37: Save the Dying 37: Save the Dying Editor: _Lunaelle, The_Dreamweavers Bennett pulled Peter into the operating room.

He didn’t know what Bennett was thinking, but he quickly found himself pushed in front of the sickbed.

“Hurry!

Save my father!” Bennett was already incoherent.

He didn’t know if Peter could save soone, but Bennett’s actions were just spontaneous.

“Bennett Thompson, what are you doing?

Your father is gone.

Let the old man rest in peace!”

Kiran’s voice was heavy as he growled at Bennett.

Peter looked around for a mont and noticed that Kiran’s eyes filled with tears.

However, at this ti, Peter wanted to see Mr.

Thompson’s condition.

He quickly grabbed the patient’s right hand, and his finger found the pulse.

“Make way!

There’s still hope!” he yelled at Bennett.

“There’s still hope!”

The words sounded like a bomb exploding in the room, shocking everyone.

“Get out of the way!” Bennett heard this and pushed people aside.

He then looked at Peter and said, “Please, save my father!”

“What nonsense are you talking about?

Who are you?” A middle-aged doctor spoke with a heavy voice.

He was clearly unhappy about Peter’s claim that there was hope.

Of course, Peter understood the doctors’ thoughts.

They had tried their best and still couldn’t save the patient.

They wouldn’t be happy to hear that there was hope.

At this mont, Peter didn’t want to say more.

After checking the pulse, he knew that there was still a breath of life left in the patient.

If that breath were to disappear, it would be too late.

He had no ti to think now.

The only thing he could do was to hold on to that breath and try to save the patient.

He took out the prepared silver needles, not caring about everyone’s thoughts, and quickly inserted them.

After inserting a few silver needles, Peter flicked one of them.

It trembled, and soon all the needles were trembling.

Having done this, Peter checked the patient’s pulse once again and sighed with relief, “The vital energy is suspended.

Now we just need to heal the injuries.”

At this mont, everyone saw the previously motionless instrunt suddenly co to life.

The most shocked were the old military doctors.

Their eyes were fixed on the instrunt, choking back the words they wanted to say.

“How is this possible?!” The middle-aged doctor who had just shouted looked in amazent at the instrunt.

“My silver needles are not enough.

Can anyone get so more?” Peter asked Bennett at this ti.

“Hurry, get the silver needles quickly!” the old military doctor shouted.

Soon, a doctor brought more silver needles.

Peter didn’t care what others thought and removed the sand cloth from the patient’s head, revealing several wounds.

“You!”

Kiran wanted to say sothing, but he couldn’t bring himself to speak.

At this mont, everyone watched as Peter inserted silver needles one by one into the patient’s head.

Indeed, in everyone’s eyes, Peter’s silver needles seed to be flying.

In an instant, the patient’s head was filled with a hundred and eight silver needles of various sizes.

When the last needle was inserted, everyone was shocked to see blood seeping out of the wounds.

Grabbing a cotton ball, Peter wiped the patient’s head.

As he wiped, he turned to Reuben and said, “Bring my herbal dicine quickly.”

“Alright!”

Reuben, also stunned, heard Peter’s request and imdiately rushed out.

It wasn’t long before the bleeding stopped.

Although there were bruises and cuts from the impact of wounds and knife edges, everyone could clearly see that the wounds that had been bleeding had stopped.

At this ti, Peter continued to twist the silver needles inserted in the patient’s head.

No one else knew, but Peter was using True Qi to stimulate the silver needles to supplent the patient’s vital energy.

After twisting one needle, Peter used both hands to twist the remaining ten needles simultaneously.

Just as this was happening, sothing more surprising occurred.

The patient, who was originally pale, began to regain color in his face.

By this ti, everyone realized that Peter could save the patient.

No one dared to make a sound, and the room was silent.

“Peter, how do we use the herbal dicine?”

Peter took a dicine jar and quickly placed the herbs inside it.

Everyone watched as Peter perford a strange action.

When he picked up a piece of herbal dicine, he didn’t put the whole piece into it.

Instead, he selected a section of the herb and threw it into the jar.

In this way, a piece of various herbs was placed in the dicine jar.

It was clear that Peter had chosen a particular part of each herb to use.

Once the jar was full, Peter asked the old doctor, “Can you help decoct it?”

“Sue, go and decoct the dicine according to the requirents!” The old doctor told a young female doctor.

“Use infusion saline.

When it’s done, bring it here,” Peter added.

“Hurry!” The old doctor shouted.

“I’ll go with them.”

At this mont, Reuben didn’t trust the others and ran out after them.

Then, Peter took so herbal dicine and sprinkled it directly over the patient’s wounds.

Soon, the herbal dicine covered the wounds.

After completing this task, Peter quickly moved and inserted more needles into the various areas of the patient before twisting them again.

This ti, Peter took longer to twist the needles, and sweat appeared on his forehead.

“The dicine is ready!”

At this mont, Reuben Taylor rushed in with the dicine jar.

Taking the jar, Peter also grabbed a large bowl Reuben had brought, poured the decoction into it, and said, “Physiological saline.”

A doctor had already prepared a bottle of physiological saline.

Peter poured so saline into the decoction, neutralized the dicinal solution, and then fed it to the patient.

No one opposed Peter’s actions at this ti.

In fact, as far as they were concerned, the patient was already a dead person.

No matter what they did, they couldn’t change the situation.

However, Peter’s thods had shocked them, and they all wanted to see the results.

As the decoction was fed to the patient, everyone was astonished to see the previously breathless patient to begin showing signs of life.

Peter laid the patient back on the bed and checked his pulse once more before quickly moving the remaining silver needles.

Soon, all the silver needles were removed.
