"He’s in a conflict with the Karna family!" The young werewolf boy rushed into the cafe like the wind and shouted at Sigro, who was sitting at the table.

This made the young werewolf furrow his brows: "Who is he?"

Had his friend lost his mind today? Did he really know what he was talking about? How? How could Sigro know who he was talking about.

"Malin!" The young werewolf said while clutching his ribs, as if that blow had caused him a lifelong pain.

"Don’t ntion that guy!" Sigro’s scalp tingled when he heard the na, "And how did he get into a conflict with the Karna family."

"It’s said that he was up north on business, and on his way back he got caught up in certain events, a Divine Envoy of the God of Misery confird he was taken by the Chaos Evil God."

Sigro gasped in shock at his friend’s news: "Are you crazy! Can you randomly talk about such things! Can he still be alive after being taken by the Evil God? How could he possibly have a conflict with the Karna family!"

"Really, the Bishop of the God of Justice later ca forward to say he was dragged back from the domain of the Evil God by his God of Justice." The young werewolf boy was a follower of the God of Misery himself, and he showed respect for his own Deity’s chief god: "That’s really amazing."

"Sounds like a very wonderful story, but why would he get into a conflict with the Karna family? As far as I know, this guy isn’t the kind who likes to cause trouble." Ever since losing to Malin at Faye’s place, Sigro had been gathering information about this guy recently, but the more he collected, the colder his heart grew—where did this lunatic freak co from, a power level over 20? Last month, Sigro himself had just reached level seven of the Knight Sequence, and his power was only 12. Those extra 8 points ant Malin could punch him to death with just one blow.

The young man then realized, recalling the last fight, that guy had been holding back all along. If he had really struck with fatal intent, he and his brothers would probably be lying in the cetery for half a year by now.

To have another brawl with this kind of guy? Sigro really liked Faye, but when this liking turned into a deadly ga, he had to consider more carefully whether he would be treated as a real opponent if he appeared in front of Malin again.

If it ca to that and he dropped his glove, would Sigro pick up the glove and be beaten to death in the street, or choose to flee and beco the butt of jokes among all the Nobles of the Central Administrative Province afterwards?

This was indeed a life-or-death question.

"Do you know Jessica?" His friend’s ntioned na made Sigro pause for a mont before nodding, "I know her, isn’t she the daughter of the forr Punisher from the Goddess of Harvest Church?" Sigro knew that Punisher, a tough guy back in his day, but after a severe injury that prevented him from returning to his peak, he had to retire.

Despite this, he was wounded in the service of the safety of the entire Carterburg region, and Sigro knew that he could take on anyone, except for that girl; otherwise, even without the intervention of the tigresses in his own family, a random squad of Punishers from the Church of the God of Justice would be enough to make him regret it.

Noble’s face? In front of the God of Justice, that’s nothing more than a vase under the hamr of judgnt.

"The fourth son of the Karna family likes her, and he didn’t dare to approach her when Malin was around, but after Malin disappeared, he hastily jumped out, and you can imagine the outco, right?" Sigro raised an eyebrow at the words of his werewolf companion: "That kid must have said so ugly things, Jessica doesn’t like him, and during the quarrel, Malin ca back and saw it, and casually beat him to death with a streetlamp?"

"More or less, but the Karna family’s third daughter died as well, she was trying to stand up for her brother, called an Apprentice fellow to hit Jessica, and just then, Malin ca back looking for her." Sigro’s werewolf companion shrugged, "Like you said, he smashed half of her body with a streetlamp."

"Then the ti we... " Sigro felt that he indeed had a brush with death.

"He definitely held back." His companion sighed, "We were lucky not to die."

As the two young werewolves were thus sighing, their companion, a Half-human, pushed open the door of the cafe: "My goodness, Sigro! Kaz! Sothing big has happened!"

"What now, let guess, were the Karna family’s third daughter and fourth son killed by Malin?" Sigro asked his old friend.

"Karna’s second son broke the rules during a legitimate duel with Malin and was shot by Malin." The Half-human sported a ridiculously exaggerated smile: "That bastard is dead at! The Karna family won’t let him go! Sigro, your chance has co!"

Sigro glanced at his old friend, feeling his friend’s mind might not be working properly: "Please, he killed level five, would I go to my death as a level seven?"

"But the Karna family won’t let him go!" The Half-human looked at his friend with wide-open eyes.

"The Karna family’s fourth son thought the sa, so I am not going to make a move before the dust settles." Sigro leaned back on the couch, "I don’t want to follow in the footsteps of so unlucky people, being killed in the street with a streetlamp."

Dying that way was truly stupid; everyone dies soday, so why not choose to die in bed.

......

The old Mage pushed open the door of the Mage Association, and his old friend at the reception whistled: "Old pal, I heard about last night. Has your little Clovis got a boyfriend?"
