In fact, Alphat was genuinely moved; if what they said was true, and such an Oasis City could be built with six billion dollars, it would be wonderful.

This docunt roughly outlined the advanced technology researched by the Mist City Arts and Science University’s Environnt College and Botany major. Of course, the content was not so complex; at least it should be understandable for Alphat, letting him know what Mist City Arts and Science University was researching.

Alphat took the docunt from Principal Ding.
After watching the demonstration video and reading through it, Alphat started to sowhat believe in Principal Ding’s Mist City Arts and Science University.
Just like Principal Ding had said earlier—please trust our Mist City Arts and Science University.
"Then Alphat, we’ll see you at the bidding eting."
After speaking, An Yujia stood up and prepared to leave.
This visit to Alphat had covered everything that needed to be said, so there was no point in lingering or wasting ti. Next, it was up to Alphat to consider things properly.

Alphat nodded, escorting An Yujia and the other two out of his office.
Right after, Alphat picked up the docunt provided by Principal Ding again and read it, then instructed his assistant to imdiately convene all the mbers of the managent committee for a eting.
Even though Alphat was the head of the Pharaoh’s New Capital Managent Committee, making a decision on such an important matter wasn’t sothing Alphat could do alone.
So Alphat planned to hold a eting to discuss it.

Alphat explained the Feiyue Building Company’s "Oasis City Plan" to everyone; initially, none of them believed Feiyue Building Company could create such an Oasis City.
They had previously reviewed the planning proposals from major international construction companies; whether it was Arican Bridge, Keweite Construction Company, BuYige Construction Company, Wanxi Group, or Xia Country Construction Engineering Bureau, none of them could build such an Oasis City, let alone a company like Feiyue Building Company whose reputation and international status were less than these larger companies.
Alphat observed that everyone’s reactions were identical to his initial thoughts, so he discussed the strength of the Feiyue Group and the technological research at Mist City Arts and Science University.
Moreover, Alphat presented the docunt given to him by Principal Ding, introducing the various technologies within.
Including environntal science, botany, and other fields, which appeared quite impressive.

Another mber of the managent committee analyzed and said: "Considering from this aspect, Mist City Arts and Science University might indeed possess the capability."
"We cannot just believe this easily."
"Yes."
"Alphat, this concerns the project for our Pharaoh’s New Capital, a six-billion-dollar project, it must be handled with caution."

So believed Mist City Arts and Science University might have the capability, while others thought that since even Arica didn’t have the capability, how could Xia Country?
Others felt that the matter should be approached with caution, at least ensuring whether Feiyue Building Company’s so-called "Oasis City Plan" could truly be realized before making a decision.
Alphat wasn’t soone with extre ideas, he felt that matters should be verified through practice.
And how could this matter be practiced?
Without doubt, it involved seeing to believe, preferably going to Xia Country’s Mist City Arts and Science University to personally witness the environntal science and plant cultivation technologies described in the docunt to confirm their authenticity.
If they were true, then Alphat, along with most mbers of the managent committee, believed they would agree to let Feiyue Building Company build an Oasis City for the Pharaoh.
"OK, everyone, quiet down for a mont, I’ll share my thoughts."
After fully listening to the committee mbers’ opinions, Alphat prepared to share his views.

Everyone turned their gaze to Alphat, all keen to hear what he thought.
"I believe we should go to Xia Country to see for ourselves if their Mist City Arts and Science University indeed has such technology and capability. If they don’t, then we certainly won’t be deceived by their Oasis City Plan proposal. But if they possess such capability and technology, then why wouldn’t we choose them to build an Oasis City for every pharaoh?"
Alphat’s words were reasonable and clear.
Everyone, after listening, nodded in agreent with Alphat’s view.

At this mont, soone raised a question.
"Go ahead."
Alphat looked at the committee mber, responding.
"Alphat, our public bidding eting is about to start soon. How would we have ti to carry out inspections at Xia Country’s Mist City Arts and Science University?"
The mber questioned.
"This issue can be easily solved; at this bidding eting, we just need to express dissatisfaction with all the construction company’s proposals, then set the date for a second bidding eting. We can use the interim period for a thorough inspection at Xia Country’s Mist City Arts and Science University."
An older committee mber calmly said.
There are always ways to solve problems.
Alphat thought so too, imdiately nodding with a smile: "Indeed, at the bidding eting in a few days, we can have all the construction companies go back and redo their proposals."
This way, it would allow these major international construction companies to carefully prepare new proposals for the next bid; perhaps they might even co up with a plan better than the Oasis City proposal?
Of course, this was just speculative, as the Oasis City proposal had beco the most perfect plan in Alphat’s mind, but for ordinary construction companies, the six-billion-dollar price tag made it virtually impossible to achieve.
Only Feiyue Building Company dared to boast such claims.
If Feiyue Building Company, Feiyue Group, and Mist City Arts and Science University didn’t possess this capability, then at the second public bidding, Alphat and the committee could select the best New Cairo City proposal, regardless of whether it was from Arican Bridge, Keweite Construction Company, or Xia Country Construction Engineering Bureau; it didn’t matter, whoever did the best would be chosen.

But after complaining, they will certainly go back and eagerly prepare for the second bidding. After all, the Pharaoh is the paying party, the client boss!
