“Everyone inside, you are already surrounded! Drop your weapons and surrender imdiately!” the secretary of state said via the loudspeakers to announce his arrival.
“Mr. Secretary, Wakanda’s prince, has co and explained the whole situation while also handing the perpetrator of everything that happened to us earlier.” A soldier said as he reported to the secretary of state.
T’Challa didn’t kill Zemo as in the end. He realised that he couldn’t allow himself to be consud by revenge.
He realised after seeing Zemo that revenge could be his end, and it was not a good end either!
In addition, T’Challa believed that death wasn’t a punishnt. It was a relief!
After reflecting upon his mistake and instinct, T’Challa handed over Zemo to the UN troops before he walked away from Siberia.
After hearing the soldier’s brief report, the secretary of state enthusiastically thanked T’Challa for everything he had done and promised that Zemo would be locked up and would be judged lawfully by the court of law.
T’Challa just shrugged and kept walking away from the scene as he didn’t have any business left there.
T’Challa knew that the secretary of state wouldn’t bother hearing his words when it ca to Steve and the others; there was nothing he could do to help anyone inside the base.
After all, in the eyes of other countries in this world, T’Challa was only a prince of a small country in Africa!
People from any large and powerful countries would think that T’Challa only had an abysmal influence and ignored him.
“How is everything so far?” the secretary of state asked the soldiers.
“We have eyes on every corner, sir!” the soldier answered.
“Have we found the spaceship yet?”
“We are still looking for it, sir! I believe with this many eyes covering every nook and cranny, we will find it soon!” the soldiers answered confidently.
“Alright! Keep your eyes peeled. We couldn’t underestimate those monsters! Are the ICBM ready for launch?” the secretary of state said worriedly.
“Ready, but are we really going to use such a weapon, sir?” the soldier asked nervously.
“This is the unanimous decision of all countries. No matter how many sacrifices we might end up with, the spaceship must fall on our hands, even if only its wreckage is left! No one would want such a superweapon in the hands of criminals! Do you understand that?”
“Yes, sir! Understand, sir!”
At the sa ti, have gunshot sounds were heard along with the screams of soldiers.
“Wanted criminal Dio Brando, Steve Rogers, and Jas Barnes have been located, sir! Your order, sir!” a soldier ran towards the secretary of state worriedly.

Outside the Soviet secret base, heavily ard soldiers were surrounding Dio while Steve and Bucky didn’t have any weapons to defend themselves.
Knowing that Dio sighed as it was all on him to save Steve and Bucky out of this ss. Dio imdiately ordered the Dark Battleship to prepare for takeoff to make sure they were ready whenever Dio was close enough.
Dio knew that he would be facing 117 nations this ti, so he also ordered the Dark Battleship to retaliate if the soldiers found them.
“Steve, take Bucky to safety for a while! I don’t think I would be able to cover you from incoming bullets this ti!” Dio said to Steve solemnly.
Dio imdiately noticed that Steve wanted to refuse and stay with Dio, but Dio imdiately beat him to it before he could say anything, “Look at you now! You will only embarrass yourself and hinder from going all out!” Dio said coldly.
Steve imdiately frowned but didn’t say anything as he was aware of his current predicant.
But it still annoyed him to no end that he was once a national hero, a war hero in fact, but now was a wanted criminal!
He was so disturbed by it that he finally snapped out of it only after Dio patted his shoulders.
Steve finally moved out of the way and covered himself and Bucky from the soldiers’ line of view.
Now, Dio could go all-out, and the only thing in his line of thought was to kill every soldier that stood in his way!
Dio didn’t have any inhibition like Captain Arica as he didn’t have the sa patriotism as Steve Rogers have.
Besides, the UN clearly wanted sothing from him that they shouldn’t have!
“Target has shown himself, open fire!” the soldiers shouted at the sa ti as Dio moved out of the building.
The barrage of bullets imdiately rained down on Dio, but thanks to the Hamon Energy that enveloped him and the [White Album] that also created a protective layer of ice, the bullets were stopped short!
Dio also summoned [Horus] as the ice and snowy environnt of Siberia created empowered his ice Stands!
Dio imdiately used [White Album]’s ‘Ice Age’ power to move quickly through the battlefield.
Because of that, Dio instantly turned everything 100 ters from him into ice sculptures!
In this cold environnt, he didn’t have to hold back both of his Ice Stands as it only consud a small amount of his Hamon Energy.
As Dio moved quickly, more soldiers were frozen solid. They didn’t have the ti to retaliate as nothing worked against Dio right now.
“Everyone, don’t approach the target! I repeat, don’t approach the target! Use long-range weapons! Sniper, try to cripple the target first!” the secretary of state shouted through the speakers as he observed the battle.
Several soldiers began to snipe Dio, and so even shot a rocket launcher towards Dio. But it was all in vain!
Dio was prepared for such an attack earlier, and the ‘Ice Age’ still rendered the sniper bullet and rocket explosion obsolete!
No bullet would be able to retain its montum in absolute zero, and the temperature of ‘Ice Age’ would instantly evaporate the explosion. In a normal environnt, Dio wouldn’t be able to keep the ‘Ice Age’ for so long as he had to manipulate the temperature to an extre degree.
However, here in Siberia, where the land was cold, to begin with, he didn’t have to try that hard to alter the temperature!
