"I miss my kids!" Cordelia swirled the blood red wine in her hand.

"Hmm... My kid makes sleep all the ti!" Rebecca pushed away the cheese platter away. That exquisite platter looked unappetising for her.

Talia looked at one of her friends having a staring at contest with a wine glass and the other one lying on the table, half asleep.

Huh!

She sighed and emptied her glass. That refreshingly sweet fruity flavoured liquid flowed smoothly thorough her throat and left a citrusy feel. Combined with that soft cheese, she felt like she was in heaven.

"You said you’d be free without them a couple days ago. Now you already miss them?" Talia asked.

Why is she flipping on her words?

"Yeah... I love those rugrats... When with them I just want a mont of peace but one day away from them feels like an eternity." Cordelia said, still swirling the wine without taking a sip.

"Why didn’t you bring them with you then?" Lifting her head with difficulty, Rebecca asked.

Talia didn’t know what happened between her and Joe after she left, but it seed like she had a clear mind and there was even a little happiness at the corner of her eyes. She had returned to her usual bubbly self pretty easily and that made both Talia and Cordelia happy for their friend.

Rebecca is a bubbly person and she should stay that way forever.

"I can’t! Royal Protocols. My sons are next in line to the throne and we cannot travel together..." Cordelia sighed. After that accident that took his son and grandson, the Dowager had put a strict order and it cannot be broken.

"Is that why Talia can’t travel with you too?" Rebecca asked wide eyed. She felt alert, but she still couldn’t get up.

"Yep, Talia and Lambert cannot travel with us... Heck! Even I cannot travel with my husband if I’m pregnant since I carry an heir to the throne. We all have to take separate flights. Even Talia and Lambert cannot travel together... It’s all... for our safety."

Cordelia couldn’t trash talk the Dowager and she controlled her language. It’s all part and parcel of the Royal life.

Rebecca could understand why there are strict rules regarding this. She knew of the accident and the Royal family mbers could be counted with the fingers. No wonder they are put through such safety asures considering how much enemy they have. She had seen how ruthless their enemies are as they tried to attack Talia.

But still... Cordelia and the King are allowed to take private jets; albeit their own Royal Jet with all security. Even Lambert flies in Private jets. But why is Talia only allowed to fly comrcial? Sure they arrange that $40000 first class seat that even has a bed... But still...

Rebecca looked at Talia. She vaguely rembered reading that comrcial flights are much safer than private jets. Is that why?

She shook her head.

That can’t be! How would they prioritize Talia that much?

"Are you pregnant?" Talia asked Cordelia who seed to be hesitating to drink the wine.

"Are you?" Rebecca was energised by that possibility and sprung up.

"No!" Cordelia placed the glass on the table with a pout. "But my husband thinks so... I’m not sure-"

"You should be!"

Both Talia and Rebecca shouted at the sa ti making Cordelia shake her head. She looked displeased.

Talia could now understand what that wide grin on Louis’ face in the morning was all about. He was just happy that he’s going to beco a father again.

"No. I’m not. My periods is just late!"

"That’s not proof-"

"You just want to go down the line, don’t you? And so you just want pregnant?" Talia was rudely interjected by Cordelia.

"I just hope you have a girl next. Then my title will pass to your daughter and I will beco so Countess or sothing of lower title... I’d prefer to be that way." Talia’s eyes glittered as she daydread.

Cordelia shook her head, "You wish! Say that to my husband and he’d stare a hole in your head!"

Talia saw the disbelief in Cordelia’s eyes and blinked. "Why? Isn’t the title of Royal Princess belong to the daughter of the King?" she asked.

"No! The King’s daughter if was a firstborn will hold the title of ’Crown Princess’ and ’Princess’ otherwise. The title you received is sothing new and you will hold it till you die and will pass it on to your heir. The title was given to you for you to not forsake your Rosandale heredity, " Cordelia explained.

" Oh? " Talia was really stunned. So she is bound by her title to Rosandale?

Well... It is not that bad...

" Ah! I’ll be bored now Talia leaves... " Rebecca held Talia’s arms and burying her face in her arms started to cry.

" Oh, stop it!" Talia pushed her away. "Don’t wet my sleeves with your snot!"

"Ahhh! Look how she despises already! How will she contact once she leaves? " Rebecca cried so more.

Talia just rolled her eyes. There is no one in this world who can readily shed tears like this Rebecca.

"Thank you, Tallie..." Rebecca wiped the corners of her eyes and held Talia’s hands as her expression turned serious.

"I should be thanking you too, Rebecca. You’ve helped a lot in these past nine years. I owe you a lot," Talia spoke her mind.

Whenever she got low, it would be Rebecca who always made her feel better. In this country where she knew nothing of, it was Rebecca who helped her stand on her own feet. She even got a job thanks to Rebecca.

" Why are you thanking for? I just taught you how to eat burgers and pizza without a knife and fork. But you..."

"Let be your child’s godmother then," Talia said with a smile. She didn’t feel like she did anything of greater impact for Rebecca.

"Really? You an it?" Rebecca was stunned. To have Talia Brunton as her godmother, how lucky should her child be?

"I don’t say what I don’t an..." Talia smiled.

Why not? More kids the rrier.

The three friends talked rrily for so ti before they went to bed.

While the friends were chatting, Arthur walked to the garden restaurant. Spring was almost there and the temperature was getting warr.

There were separate gazebos for each table in that restaurant. The bright moon shaped lighting along with small star like bulbs, and the white flowy curtains that danced along to the tune of the evening breeze, made the place look like it was out of fantasy world.

Through the stone pavent, Arthur was lead to the table reserved for him. He was told that there was already soone waiting for him.

Soone?

Arthur was not that surprised. He knew who that soone must be. He sent a text to Jordan and with no hurry walked to his table.

From a distance, he saw that figure in the blow dress sitting and his facial muscles tensed up, reflexively. He felt a shooting pain arising in his head.

Ugh!
