Lu Lanxi heard laughter coming from the kitchen and raised an eyebrow in surprise.
Entering the kitchen, she saw Lu Xuanye and Qin Junlan chatting and laughing while cooking, “Brother!” How could their relationship be so good?
Lu Xuanye turned to look at Lu Lanxi and waved her over, “Xixi, co and taste the dishes Junlan and I made.” They were getting along so well, as if they were old friends.

“No, but I’ve eaten Junlan’s cooking before. It was the dishes I brought for you to eat before we set off that day, they were made by Junlan,” Lu Xuanye said with a smile.

Lu Xuanye nodded with a smile, pointing to the dishes in front of him, “Xixi, try them and see if you can tell which ones I made and which ones Junlan made.” He was quite pleased with crossing paths with Junlan.
“Okay!” Lu Lanxi picked up her chopsticks and tasted each dish.
“How is it? Can you tell who made which dish?” Lu Xuanye asked eagerly.
“They’re all delicious, but I can’t distinguish them.” Lu Lanxi replied. Although she’s been eating her brother’s cooking since he learned how, her taste discernnt is quite poor; as long as it’s edible, that’s good enough for her.
Lu Xuanye rolled his eyes at Lu Lanxi, “I’ve wasted years cooking for you.”
“You think everyone’s a foodie like you?” Lu Lanxi playfully stuck her tongue out at Lu Xuanye, “I won’t bother you two, I’ll go find Brother Yun Han.”
“Always about your Brother Yun Han.” Lu Xuanye rolled his eyes at Lu Lanxi with mild annoyance.
“You siblings are really close!” Qin Junlan remarked enviously. Although there were siblings in her family too, they always went about their own business.
“Xixi and I are twins, almost inseparable since childhood, naturally our relationship is good. About that sauce you ntioned earlier, what else needs to be added?” Lu Xuanye asked. He was now more interested in Junlan’s homade sauce.
“Add fat oil from fried wild beef, salt from Black Sea water evaporation, White Jade sesa, and juice from aquatic flowers,” Qin Junlan said as she took out the items and started preparing the sauce.
Lu Xuanye watched intently from the side.

“Are there other people on the spaceship?” Luo Shu asked. Xixi and Yeye were opposites; since childhood, she never liked cooking.
Yun Han smirked, “Go take a look and find out.”
Luo Shu and Lu Hanmo exchanged a glance and headed to the kitchen.
“Brother, sister-in-law, you should get Brother Yun Han to be your judge; otherwise, eating every day will make fat,” Lu Lanxi said with a grimace. Being a cultivator, she didn’t worry about gaining weight, but watching her brother and sister-in-law flaunt their love really made her feel quite bright.
“Getting fat, my foot!” Lu Xuanye tapped Lu Lanxi’s forehead lightly.

“Sister-in-law will help you teach him a lesson.” Qin Junlan replied as she reached towards Lu Xuanye’s waist to pinch him.
“Darling, take it easy. If you pinch , it won’t hurt, but you’d feel sorry,” Lu Xuanye joked, pulling Qin Junlan into his arms and kissing her forehead.
“What a mouthful of dog food.” Lu Lanxi teased with a laugh. Her brother certainly knew how to be cheeky.
Qin Junlan shyly punched Lu Xuanye, “You shaless!”
“You’re my wife; why should I be ashad?” Lu Xuanye winked mischievously at Qin Junlan.
“I’m not talking to you anymore.” Qin Junlan blushed and pushed Lu Xuanye away, turning to Lu Lanxi, “Xixi, I’ll make jelly cake for you.”
“Okay!” Lu Lanxi nodded cheerfully. Eating their cooking daily, she gradually developed a liking for good food, feeling that she might beco part of the foodie world too.
Footsteps sounded from outside, and Lu Lanxi and the others turned their heads.
Seeing Luo Shu and Lu Hanmo, Lu Lanxi ran over joyfully, “Dad, Mom, you’ve finished cultivating?”
“Yes!” Luo Shu nodded with a smile, glanced at Qin Junlan, and then turned his gaze to Lu Xuanye.
Qin Junlan looked at Lu Xuanye nervously and uneasily. She was sowhat worried that Lu Xuanye’s parents might not like her.
Lu Xuanye took Qin Junlan’s hand and walked towards Luo Shu and Lu Hanmo, “Dad, Mom, let introduce you. This is Qin Junlan, my future wife.”
