'Before fighting that spirit beast, I should check the information on my new skill.'
Even though Lucas already had a basic idea of what his new skill could do, he wanted to check its complete information to make full use of it.
With that thought in his head, Lucas opened the user interface and checked his new skill.

Skill na:- Rapid regeneration skill (Max level).
Effect:- As the na implies, it could regenerate any part of the body within less than a minute.
Additional effect:- Rapid recovery of all the minor injuries without any side effects.
Note:- However, if the user's head is chopped off, then the skill is basically useless. So, keep your head intact with the remaining body.
Side effects:- Temporary weakening of the user's strength depending on the regeneration.
'What? Regeneration of any body part within a minute?'
Although he was already expecting that the skill would be much better than he anticipated, he was shocked when he saw the effect of the skill.
Even though this skill has no battle prowess, it's the best support-type skill.
'Unlike other skills, it is already a max level skill. No wonder it has such godly effects.'
Compared to the effects of the skill, for Lucas, the side effect was a small thing for him.
'With this skill, I can fight without bothering about the minor injuries and at the sa ti, I can go for much riskier moves from now on.'
Lucas was excited to test the new skill in the battle and increased his speed even faster.

Soon, he entered into a region that was filled with lots of grass that reached till his knees and as for the trees, there were only a few of them, making it a small grassland.
After entering the small grassland, Lucas didn't bother running around and waited for the spirit beast to co to him on its own as it was the basic nature of this spirit beast.

Even though Lucas didn't see the spirit beast yet, he was able to sense its presence while waiting for the spirit beast to attack him.

Soon, a green shadow flashed by him, leaving behind a small cut on its left shoulder.
'It is fast.'
Lucas looked at the small cut on his left shoulder, which healed by the ti he blinked his eyelids.
"Is that it? I heard you deal a lot of damage to your prey."
After checking the small cut which had already healed, Lucas looked at the spirit beast hiding in the grass and mocked it.

A tallic sound could be heard from the spirit beast as though it was angered by Lucas' words.
"What? Are you angry? So, co and get ."
Among the two spirit beasts he prepared to sacrifice this ti, the rainbow water python was the spirit beast that was difficult to deal with.
As for this spirit beast that was hiding in the grass, he was not worried about it at all as he intentionally mocked it.

In the next second, he saw the sa green silhouette fly past him; however, this ti, it left three cuts behind which was much deeper than before.
Nevertheless, the three cuts disappeared in a matter of a few seconds without leaving a single scratch behind.

The skill Lucas was aiming for from this grassland spirit beast was this sa combo attack. The higher the number of combo attacks this spirit beast could stack, he would be able to create that many combos too after gaining the skill.

Since Lucas knew that the more ti he gave for the spirit beast, the more dangerous it would beco for him. So, he didn't waste any more ti and started his attacks.

Since this skill could increase his battle prowess by three tis, it beca his default starting skill.
'Shadow clones, co out and scatter in different directions.'
As Lucas already made a perfect plan for the execution of the spirit beast, he started using his skills one by one.
The three clones he summoned were guarding the three other directions to make sure that spirit beast hiding in the grass did not escape from that circle.

Next, he used his wide range attack to make the spirit beast co out of its hiding.

As the dark wind blades cut the grass, the green-coloured spirit beast that was hiding in the grass was forced to co out of its hiding place.
Nevertheless, it didn't attack Lucas straight away because it didn't have the strength to fight its prey head-on.
'Its true skill lies in accumulating the combos on its prey whilst it should evade all the attacks from its prey to keep its streak.'
Lucas revealed a slight smile on his face as he thanked Beck because it was all because of her he got the knowledge about these spirit beasts, making his hunt very easy.
'[My prey]…activate.'
The mont the spirit beast was changing its hiding place while evading the dark wind blades, Lucas used one of his assassin skills [My prey] that helps him find his target no matter where it was hiding.
As for where she got all the information was from the 'Beast encyclopedia', an item she got from the system from one of her missions.
'Gotcha…ti to end the fight.'
With the help of his [My prey], Lucas could find the exact hiding spot of the spirit beast.
"Lonely Bladed Mantis, I will make good use of your signature skill."
With that said, he used [Shadow jump] to jump out of the mantis' shadow before killing it in a single strike.
