Chapter 2—Yet Again Earthlings Are Chosen

"What’s going on?"

Click! Click!

"Hello, this is TV69. You are watching live, a red eye..." A middle-aged woman shouted nervously while holding a mic in her right hand and pointing her left to the ominous red eye in the sky.

The caraman was busy capturing the woman and the miracle.

This was taking place all over the world. News channels and strears opened up caras and livestread the extraordinary event.

------

People ford groups in front of the restaurant as Rajesh looked nervous.

He wasn’t new to fantasy novels as he pondered worryingly, ’No, no, my restaurant’s finally growing. I hope no isekai to another world please; nor any apocalypse on Earth. I just want a happy life with completing my dream of owning a big restaurant.’

Click!

Sowhere, people were busy taking selfies and photos of the eye.

"Is it a prank from the governnt?"

"The governnt is busy discussing passing a new bill, which would help to steal money from the middle class legally."

"You are right! So, what is it?"

"It’s China!!"

"..."

"..."

It had been a few minutes after the eye introduced itself. Its eyelid twitched as its veins protruded even more.

’Are they idiots? I expected Earthlings to be super intelligent after witnessing multiple reincarnated heroes saving the world from demon gods and building multiple technologies,’ Ti God wondered whether his decision to co to Earth was even a good one.

"Hmm Hmm," Red eye pulsed as if clearing its non-existent throat.

"Hey, are you...USA’s new weapon?" A random kid asked, with sparks in his eyes and stretching his hands out as if to catch the eye with his hands.

"Tom...USA is indeed powerful, but it’s not centuries ahead of our country. That is why I told you not to skip school." An elderly man smacked the kid’s head as Thud! The kid started tearing up. "Grandpa, I hate you."

"Silence, Earthlings." Ti God couldn’t control these idiots anymore as he shouted, "Gravity enhance tis 10."

Thud! Thud!

Crack! Crack!

"Ahhh, what’s happening? My legs, my legs!" Tom scread, looking down at his bloodied, snapped legs.

His legs bent in the opposite direction as he was pressed to the ground.

"My hand....ahhhhhhhhh!"

"Vikrammmm,... are...e you....uu finee?"

"..."

People shrieked painfully as they were pulled by heavy gravity to the ground, and so unlucky ones perished on the spot. Not a single human remained unhard!

Delicate buildings collapsed instantly, and even reinforced skyscrapers cracked under pressure. Cities crumbled, and many casualties followed across the earth.

------

’Dammit, I should have run instead of finishing them, but at least I had one last happy al,’ Ganesh mused bitterly, lying in the middle of the ruined restaurant, suspended a few inches above the ground.

His body was shaking in pain as a chandelier pierced his abdon and stuck out from his back, holding his body up. He felt severe, burning pain.

He blinked his eyes as his vision darkened.

He’d hurried to finish the al after hearing the words of Ti God and tried to leave, but due to misfortune, when the gravity spell struck, a loose chandelier fell from above and pierced his abdon.

------

"Silence," Ti God shouted, hearing the cries of Earthlings.

This ti, everyone turned silent, as they understood that he was really Ti God, not a prank or secret weapon testing.

"Now, listen carefully. Earthlings of age from 12 to 60 will be taken to another world to reincarnate and will be placed in an individual ti loop." He paused, took a quick glance at kids below 12 and elders, above 60.

He then continued in his hoarse voice, "The one who breaks out of the loop with their power and passes the trials will be my inheritor and gain all of my power. But don’t worry, you all will get a system, so....rejoice!"

------

’Wait, that’s it? No more info?’ Ganesh thought indignantly while looking around.

All he found was nothingness and the black void, no human or insect to spot.

He understood that he’d died! But sohow, he was able to hear the words of Ti God.

’Looks like I am not disqualified from his trials. I have to save my family and help them out in the new world,’ He quickly planned his future.

------

"And beware, no one will lend you a hand in the new world. You all will begin a new life," Ti God said, blinking his eye rapidly.

"Interdinsional Teleportation." As soon as the spell was cast, earthlings aged between 12 to 60, even the recently dead due to collapsed buildings, found themselves feeling weightless as they stood in nothingness in perfect shape.

Everyone had their own void space. No one t another.

"I hope you all succeed in getting stronger," Ti God mused worriedly.

Debris of collapsed buildings was turned into dust as gravity shifted from high to low, and finally, gravity turned into normal.

He looked at the dead kids and dead elders on Earth as he cast his last spell, while he started to disappear.

"Revive."

An insane amount of golden light emitted from his body as if another large sun had ford in the sky.

All kids and elders remaining on Earth found their bodies healed to the perfect state. The dead ones ca back to life.

"Tom, Tom!" The elderly man scread, tears falling from his eyes, patting the unconscious Tom.

He didn’t dare to touch the legs of Tom or hug him, as it might cause his grandson pain.

As golden light fell on grandpa and grandson, they both recovered to full health.

"Gran-dpa, Gran-dpa," Kid muttered lightly as he slowly ca back to consciousness with his legs healed, which made his old man smile.

Elder also quickly noticed sothing different in his vision.

"My vision, my vision!" Grandpa threw his glasses out in joy, noticing the double vision due to the glasses.

He, for God’s sake, could finally no longer have to put on his annoying glasses.

Crack!

He looked at the broken glasses on the ground and rembered that they were a gift from his son, who forced him to wear them.

"Grandpa, Grandpa." Tom patted his grandpa, who was lost in thought.

He felt his legs fully healing as he kept jumping around on the ground in joy.

’I have to check. They cannot vanish like that,’ Grandpa noticed his scooter was broken, so he ran fast to his son’s dwelling.

All the mobiles lost their signals due to the gravity disturbance. Even so electric devices were affected by it.

------

"Where are Dad and Mom?...huh? Grandpa?" Tom asked with sadness, looking at the empty house, as he already started to miss his dad and mom. He patted his grandpa, who was biting his lip.

"They went to buy you gifts. They will return in a few days," the old man whimpered, unable to hide his tears.

"Then why are you crying,...Grandpa? Don’t worry, they will also rember to bring gifts for you." Tom comforted his grandpa, not understanding the situation due to his young age. They weren’t the only ones with this condition. All the remaining people on Earth were in a similar position.

Ti God closed his eye, musing bitterly, "I am sorry. This is the only way...."

----

"Grandpa, don’t you feel body pain anymore?" Tom asked. He noticed that his grandpa was able to do more work without pain, and he was also holding him up for hours.

"Yeah, I feel young." He smiled, but it had a bit of bitterness. ’It should be compensation from that Ti God, but I would rather have my family.’

Due to the revival spell, the dead resurrected in perfect health, and those who didn’t die also got to a healthy state.

Earth began to heal from its scars due to elders who were strong and fit as youngsters. They ran schools, hospitals, and governnt, rebuilding the world again, brick by brick, until kids could grow up and take over, making Earth back to normal.

Ti god finally turned to dust as his last words echoed through the selected earthlings, "Be careful of those...." But he couldn’t finish the warning before he perished!
