The next second.

A piece of steel, shimring silver and reflecting the surrounding scenery and people like a mirror, materialized in Chen Fei's hand in no more than three seconds.

When placed on the tabletop, the steel snowflake emitted a heavy thud.

Not far away, Chen ng stretched her neck with her mouth wide open.

Impressive, my brother!

"How precise can it get?"

The middle-aged man took out a microter and a magnifying glass, proceeding to asure the steel snowflake.

"Molecular level!"

Chen Fei had even crafted an AK before; the blueprints the other party brought out posed no difficulty at all.

It's impossible to discern any margin of error with just a microter and naked eyes enhanced by a magnifying glass; only by manual effort unless it's the hands of an old eighth-level chanic from the past days of machining, limited to microter precision, that is.

After inspecting for a while, the man switched to a set of tools with even greater precision.

However, to truly achieve molecular precision, the Psychic Managent Center certainly didn't have the equipnt; it needed to be sent to a specialized research institute or factory.

Eventually, after removing the instrunts, he picked up the steel snowflake, 10 centiters thick.

The mirror-like surface imdiately showed crisscrossing fractures, then disassembled to reveal its true form.

Like nesting dolls, snowflakes of all sizes were layered upon one another; when fully disassembled, they covered nearly half the tabletop.

"A miracle, a miracle..."

Little Sister Chen ng was so shocked she could barely speak.

The middle-aged man had evidently seen this kind of response before and calmly said, "It's just a very simple tal Shaping ability, far from a miracle. With ti and practice, it's not hard to achieve. tal Shaping skill, excellent!"

He continued, "Next item, your ability's perception range and control distance."

"Control number limit..."

"Control volu limit..."

"Control mass limit..."

"Individual physical fitness test..."

"Secondary ability magnetic field control..."

"Electrical conductivity test..."

"Spiritual power intensity test..."

"Superpower comprehensive tools..."

"Superpower exclusive tools..."

"Special Skill A:..."

...

An entire A4 paper checklist was filled out one after the other, the content was comprehensive and detailed.

In the anti, two more supernatural power users arrived to assist Chen Fei in utilizing his own abilities; otherwise, the environnt and conditions on-site were insufficient to support all the test items.

"The last one, other items, since you have a Magical Beast, do you have any joint skills?"

The man's gaze fell on the bottom of the form.

"Seems like... I do!"

Chen Fei stroked his chin thoughtfully, then nodded. He gestured to the Little Bird perched on Little Sister Chen's head and picked up the previously shaped steel snowflake with one hand.

"'Light Burst Flash'!"

"Chirp!~"

An instant flash lit up most of the room with just one color.

"Hiss!"

The middle-aged man was quick to cover his eyes, but he still felt an extraordinarily fierce flash.

"Brother..."

Even though it didn't hit her squarely, the dazzling white light that reflected still caught off guard Little Sister Chen as collateral damage.

Flashed three tis in less than a day, are my eyes still needed?!

She felt she should buy a pair of sunglasses, or she would be blinded by the light eventually.

"Xiao Jiu, give Xiao ng a boost of 'Light Healing Technique'!"

Chen Fei scratched at the fluffy feathers of the Little Bird.

The little guy flapped its wings and returned to Chen ng's head, bowing a head holding a Light Pearl, the gentle power of light began to release slowly, taking effect imdiately. The swollen eyes swiftly reduced, no longer irritated, and even the red veins underneath were quickly receding.

Feeling a cool relief in her eyes, Little Sister Chen let out a comfortable moan. Strenuous review naturally took its toll on the eyes, and fatigue was swept away in an instant.

"Directed Light Burst Flash, double the brightness!"

After so thought, the middle-aged man filled in the last item.

He took another look at the Pure Light Sparrow on Chen ng's head. A 'Light Burst Flash' was a Second Rank spell from the Light Series, indicating that the creature was also a Second Rank Pure Light Sparrow, which was quite rare.

"Are there any more items we need to continue testing?"

After a series of tests, Chen Fei's body wasn't tired, but he felt a bit ntally exhausted.

"Not for the mont. The AI is analyzing and evaluating, and we'll have to wait a bit longer for the Superpower Level results. Oh! It's ready!"

The man had just input the test sheet into the system for automatic evaluation.

With millions of individual cases as reference samples, the AI system's evaluation of Superpower Levels was highly accurate.

"Endurance assessnt: D Level, Control Distance: C Level, Control Power assessnt: A Level, Overall Evaluation Rank: B Level. Congratulations, Mr. Chen Fei, your superpower level is B Level."

The man imdiately announced the AI's analysis results.

80% of supernatural power users usually rank as G Level and F Level, posing little threat and causing no harm to society.

```
In the remaining 20%, E-level accounted for 17%, D-level for 2.5%, C-level for 0.4%, B-level for 0.09%, and A-level for 0.01%. The highest rank, S-level, was not included in the calculation. On the whole of Blue Star, there were no more than 50 S-level supernatural power users; this was the total accumulated over thirty years, and a new S-level user might not awaken even once a year.
A B-level power evaluation ant that Chen Fei was one in a thousand among supernatural power users.
Based on the city's population, one in every three thousand would awaken to beco a supernatural power user, and out of a thousand power users, one would be B-level.
A population of three million was needed to support the probability of birthing a single B-level user.
But this probability was derived from an average, a theoretical calculation. The actual situation was often not like this.
In the city where Chen Fei lived, theoretically, there should be three B-level power users; however, the records showed only one.
Now, the second B-level power user had finally erged.
"Bro, you're a B-level power user!"
Chen ng certainly knew what being a B-level power user ant.
Even without doing anything, just by casually showing off a little, one could make a lot of money.
In theory that was the case; after all, many videos showing off special abilities often went viral, drawing in a lot of viewership and donations. Wealth could co overnight, and steady work sotis brought prosperity. This was especially true for power users.
"Yep, yep, I can show off now!"
Chen Fei, however, didn't seem the least bit interested in being happy.
He earned his living through his craft, not his powers. There was nothing to be thrilled about, and he had no intention of being treated like a monkey, making money by charging people to gawk.
Chen Fei had t plenty of War Professionals, Mages, and power users during his ti on underground reconnaissance operations organized by the Blue Star United Defense Committee, and he never saw any of them posturing all day long. Wasn't that tiring?
He also didn't understand why his sister was so excited.
The middle-aged man tentatively asked, "Mr. Chen Fei, what do you do for a living?"
He himself was a D-level power user and couldn't help but feel a great deal of respect when facing a higher-ranked power user.
After all, no matter the field, the order of learning doesn't imply superiority, nor does age. Excellence commands respect.
Chen Fei answered crisply, "I fix airplanes!"
The middle-aged man asked further, "What did you major in?"
"Economics, undergraduate, preparing for graduate school," replied Chen Fei.
Sensing the test in the man's tone and suspecting there was more he wanted to say, Chen Fei cut straight to the point, "If you have sothing to say, just say it!"
The middle-aged man was taken aback but then decided to speak frankly, "I wonder if you're interested in working on precision machining and basic material synthesis in the high-end machinery and basic materials research sectors? I have a few recomndations, and I guarantee the compensation is generous."
Blue Star human society, which could accept the War Professionals, Mages, and Magical Beasts of Cangqiong Star, certainly wouldn't treat local supernatural power users as outcasts. Instead, they would see them as gifted individuals. Many power users relied on their abilities to make a living.
Life was cushy, with a warm family and financial freedom. Anyone with half a brain usually wouldn't think of harming society.
So professional industries greatly welcod power users with special abilities, especially since there was a significant shortage.
Soone like Chen Fei, a human walking machine of high precision, would be fiercely fought over in the machining sector.
After so thought, Chen Fei finally said, "Let think about it."
"Bro, why didn't you just agree? If you joined a rich central enterprise, you'd be guaranteed to make a fortune," said little sister Chen ng, not understanding her elder brother's hesitation.
"You don't get it! Let's go check out the training classes in Area B."
Without further explanation, Chen Fei tapped his sister on the forehead as he said this.
Just as they entered the other side of the third floor, in Area B, a water ball flew at them.
"Watch out!"
With quick reflexes, Chen Fei pulled his sister to the side. The water ball flew past where they had just been standing, changed direction, and ca at them again.
"Jiu!"
Xiao Jiu, the little bird perched on Chen ng's head, let out an indignant chirp.
"Hee hee!"
The sound of a child's laughter followed.
The water ball circled in mid-air before flying at them again, aiming precisely for Xiao Jiu, the Pure Light Sparrow on Chen ng's head. It shot forward, intent on impact.
"Whoever that is, stop using your abilities indiscriminately in public places," called a staffer who noticed the scene and began looking for the culprit.
The boy's laughter grew more triumphant.
Chen Fei: Ding! A mischievous brat detected. Comnce operation annoyance...
In a tily fashion, this Dog System had prepared energy point tasks in advance.
The little bird took to the air, flapping its wings as the water ball relentlessly pursued it.
Seeing the little bird harried by the water ball, Chen ng shouted angrily, "Who's doing that? It's too much! Stop it right now!"
Chen Fei had already spotted a small figure hiding behind a row of chairs, clutching an empty mineral water bottle.
He approached quickly, picked the little troublemaker from his hiding spot, and demanded fiercely, "Kid, do you want to die?"
Frightened by the sudden confrontation, the boy twitched, then a twisted smile spread across his face.
With a splash, the water ball secretly circling in the air ca back around, drenching Chen Fei's head and face. A few droplets even splashed on the boy.
"You little devil, it seems I need to teach you a lesson."
Skill: Magnetic Field Managent Component, Magnetoelectric Conversion Component.
100,000-Volt Microcurrent Pulse!
Zizz, zizz, zizz, the brat started shaking uncontrollably.
"Ahhh, ahhh, ahhh…"
Water conducts electricity—let's be scientific!
