The underground area beca eerily silent after Triple X's severed head landed and rolled on the floor with a thud.
Only the sounds of Corey's deep breathing and the sound of blood dripping from his eyes echoed across the walls of the underground area.
Corey stood while using his Genesis Armant as support, thick veins could be seen on his forehead to the corners of his eyes which bled as the seconds went by.
His Tri-Pupil Eyes receded and his Eyes of Dreams and Nightmares appeared, and Corey closed his eyes in pain.

The sound of footsteps drifted into Corey's ears but his eyes remained closed.
"Are you okay?"
Divine's voice drifted into his ears, and Corey just nodded without saying any other thing. Thick veins could still be seen on his forehead and his expression was one of pain.
anwhile, Divine had a concerned expression when he saw Corey's expression.
He looked around, taking the sight of the imnse destruction and devastation that ravaged this extrely vast underground area.
He could still feel the lingering sensation of demonic energy or rather Infernum, and most especially, a faint sharp and sinister energy that pricked his skin with every second that passed.
Divine shifted his gaze towards Triple X's corpse and a sigh escaped his lips.
"When I think about it, I rember that X was the one that suggested in looking for the location of Neon Headquarters. He must have been doing this for a long ti."
"I just wonder what organization he's part of and why he wanted to summon demons."
Divine sighed once again, and a tinge of pain flashed in his eyes as he looked at Triple X's corpse.
'First it was lissa, now it's X. The two people I brought under my wing were already part of another organization and they betrayed .'
'Despite all the years I spent in my past life and my experiences, I still failed in being a leader.'
'Will I ever be a capable leader like my brother?'
"Stop mopping around and take to Kiefer and Selene. We're on a ti limit, rember."
Corey's voice drifted into Divine's ears, and Divine glanced at Corey. He shook his head with a small smile, and then he moved closer to Corey.
"You can walk right?"
"I can. My senses, mind, and eyes are just a bit muddled up. Just put my hands on your back and go to Kiefer and Selene. Their lives are in danger."
Divine nodded, and then he placed Corey's hand on his back and walked towards the open wooden door while carrying Rosa in his arms.
As they walked, Divine took another glance at their surroundings and he raised his hand with a curious expression. With a thought, a fireball appeared above his palm, and then it changed to a cube of fire, a mini flaming humanoid figure, and then a fire bird.
He clenched his palm, and the fla vanished.
"Hey... What was that power you used?"
"I used a lot of powers, so what power are you specifically talking about?"
Divine rolled his eyes, "The power that transford every energy in this place to... those poisonous ghost axes."
Corey remained silent for a few seconds before he replied, "Tell what power you used when we were ambushed by lissa and the Black Mandate, and I'll tell you what power I used."
Divine's lips twitched, "Elental Essence. Since there was no mana and elental energies, I used elental essence."
Corey furrowed his brows slightly and remained silent for a few seconds, and then he spoke.
"Intent. I used the power of intent."
Divine's brows jumped in surprise for a mont but then he frowned,
"Intent? From what I know, Intent does not have the ability to transform the energies of the world to sothing else."
Corey glanced at him with his closed eyes, "It's a higher stage of Intent... World Heart Intent."
After Corey obtained his Phantom Plague Axe Heart Intent, he thought that the only abilities it had were its stealth, poisonous abilities, and imnse power and sharpness.
However, the more he studied his unique World Heart Intent, the more he realized that he had failed to understand the unique ability of every World Heart Intent.
The ability to turn mana, spiritual energy, elental energy, and so other types of energy to his intent.
World Heart Intent was basically stamping out his will or in other words, his intent on the world. It was like making the world around him what he wanted or in other words, his intent.
There was more to Intent, and the more he used it and analyzed it, the more he understood its abilities and also its limitations.
Although World Heart Intent was extrely powerful, especially his Phantom Plague Axe Heart Intent, it consud his ntal energy and spiritual energy.
Using it to kill over ten thousand enemies with most being mystic beings consud approximately 85% of his ntal and spiritual energy.
Another 5% of his ntal energy was consud to accurately target every undead, and using his Tri-Pupil Eyes to deceive Triple X and his Death Knight consud about 10% of his spiritual energy alone.
Because his ntal and spiritual energy were severely depleted, he had to close his eyes because he realized that even his normal eyes which were the Eyes of Dreams and Nightmares consud his spiritual energy, although it was extrely minute to the point that Corey had even ignored it.
However, with how depleted his spiritual and ntal energy was, he had to close his eyes to recover his energies faster.
Luckily for him, if there was thing that was extrely special about Corey, it was his absurd speed of recovering his energies.
anwhile, a curious and baffled light flashed in Divine's eyes when he heard Corey's words. He said nothing until he stepped past the wooden door.
"Even in my past life, I've never heard of World Heart Intent. How in the world do you have an absurd power like that as a Mortal?"
Just as Divine said these words, he felt Corey removing his hand from his shoulder. He was about to speak but then his gaze landed on Kiefer and Selene, and his expression beca cold.
At the center of the cave they were in were Kiefer and Selene, and they were hung in a reverse cross position with chains.
They were both unconscious, and on their wrists, ankles, and forehead were deep cuts. Their blood trickled unto the ground which had an extrely black formation.
Kiefer and Selene were not the only ones that were chained upside down, there were other people and even beasts that were chained upside down.
But Kiefer and Selene were at the center of the black formation while the rest were placed at different parts of the formation with their blood trickling down to different parts of the formation.
"Son of a bitch." Divine cursed.
