'Hrmm, I think I should buy this... it might be useful to talk to other Lords and find out about other classes and monster types from them... not to ntion, how the rest of the world is doing,' Daz thought before he decided to buy this upgrade. 'Purchase Lord upgrade, Court of Lords, please.'

'That'll do for now. I'll check out this 'court' later, but for now, let's quickly look at the five other upgrades before I check to see what Lyle had picked for . No point wasting all of my base points solely on Lord upgrades," Daz pondered before he took a minute to view the five remaining upgrades that had caught his interest.

'A lot of interesting things, huh? I definitely need to get the Monarchy and Baronship at so point..hrmm... I can probably skip Mounting unless it counts Rimmy as a mount, but I don't think the system does. I guess I'll get Fiefdomship and the Territorial Advantages first when I buy more Lord upgrades,' Daz concluded before he stood up and stretched a bit.

He took a mont to look around at his base. The recycling facility was small, maybe two-hundred ters by one-hundred ters. Although it was small, it still managed to hold eight skip bays, three skips on the ground level, a car park, the bothy and a small trail walk for kids to teach them about the benefits of recycling.
Daz had only worked here for six months, but he was quite fond of the place. It was quiet most of the ti except the odd burst of busyness, which Daz liked. He was normally quite lazy due to having no motivation to live really, but now he had changed. The Apocalypse has changed him. Daz smiled before he walked over to Lyle. It was now ti to upgrade the base physically.
Lyle noticed his approach and stopped talking to the system before he turned to face Daz, a smile on his expression. "All done? I found four upgrades that I think we desperately need now, while I found two that might be beneficial, but we don't need them. I wasn't sure how many rit points you had, but I gained three thousand for doing nothing today, and just over two thousand for yesterday, so I went on the assumption that you had around fifty thousand points since you've been doing far more than I have."
"Mmm, I have a lot more than that, but that's good. I need to buy more stuff for myself too so that much should do for the base," Daz replied in a far more sociable way than earlier thanks to the fact that he knew Lyle was loyal to him.
Lyle's smile only grew when he knew that his estimate was accurate to the amount Daz was willing to spend. He was very happy to be of help. "Well, this whole 'system' function is fascinating. I'll tell you what upgrades to view now, my Lord," Lyle said, to which Daz cringed a bit, but he chose not to chide Lyle for continuing to call him 'my Lord'.
