She Has Three Little Treasures: Fake Heiress, Yet Captures The Tycoon's Heart Chapter 950: Then Let’s Die Together
Elias Hawthorne held Raina North in his arms and whispered, "He will. Corvus Hades will find his own happiness."
...
When Corvus Hades walked out of the hall, he saw Pip Finch waiting at the door.
"Hades, where are you going? Let play with you for a while," Pip Finch thought sneakily, hoping that later when Corvus invited him along, he could seize the opportunity to drug him.
The sedative he had prepared earlier was about to be added to the teacup when it was stopped by that old Third Elder.
The Third Elder even threatened him, saying that if he dared to drug anyone, he would report it to Orion, who would beat him up.
Though Pip Finch thought the old man was incredibly nasty—not helping was one thing, but actually threatening him.
But he wasn’t about to give up so easily.
First, he would get Hades, then figure out a way to get Orion, and then slip in so aphrodisiac, and it would all co together.
Therefore, Pip Finch was exceedingly attentive to Corvus Hades.
Corvus gave Pip a glance, said nothing, and then stepped outside.
Wraith quickly followed.
Pip Finch watched as Corvus walked away without hesitation, stunned, scratching his head in bewildernt, saying, "This... why did he just leave? Could it be he no longer has designs on Orion? It shouldn’t be, if he really had no designs, why would he co running to The Celestial Alliance so early?"
...
Wraith hurriedly caught up with Corvus Hades and inquired, "Emperor Hades, we received news yesterday that sothing’s amiss at the southern branch; should we..."
Before Wraith could finish speaking, Corvus Hades suddenly stopped in his tracks.
Corvus felt the intense pain in his heart growing stronger, as if his entire heart was being torn apart.
His face was ashen, pale as rice paper, and he pressed his hand firmly against his chest, his whole body swaying.
Wraith was shocked and imdiately supported Corvus Hades, exclaiming softly, "Emperor Hades!"
His face was full of terror and concern as he looked at Corvus, hastily saying, "What happened? Are you feeling unwell? I’ll call soone right away."
Corvus swallowed the tallic taste in his throat, took a deep breath, and stood up straight: "No need."
Wraith couldn’t help but frown, advising, "Emperor, your complexion is not good; we should get soone to have a look at you."
Corvus casually wiped the cold sweat from his forehead, his expression becoming more indifferent: "No need."
"Emperor..."
"What? Are my orders no longer effective?" Corvus’s voice was cold: "If soone isn’t afraid of dying, then we can just die together, and on the way to The Netherworld at least we’ll make a pair of hellish lovers."
As he said this, Corvus laughed again, the pale handso face surprisingly full of anticipation.
If, alive, there had to be a Naless between him and Leo, then in The Netherworld, that person would not exist, and he would surely guard Raina North closely, giving no one else the chance to interfere.
This mistake he would never make again.
Thinking of such a beautiful scene, Corvus’s mood brightened a bit. Oh dear, he was indeed quite looking forward to it, what to do?
...
anwhile, at The Dark Tower, at Elias Hawthorne’s residence.
In the separate little building in the backyard, Uncle Coleman’s face was grim, so dark it seed it could drip darkness, glaring at the person kneeling on the ground with eyes burning with fire.
He had just received the news that the people Claire Lowell had arranged to deal with Orion Rivers had all been captured, and even her own whereabouts were currently unknown.
"Where is the young lady? Still no news?"
The person shook his head, "I gathered all the Lowell Family’s servants and interrogated them, but they only heard noises that day and didn’t know who kidnapped Miss Lowell."
