Fu Shiyi dashed away, trying to stay as far from Fu Shihan as possible, to avoid being brainwashed by him.
She found a quiet place to sit down and carefully recalled what Fu Shihan had said. The more she thought about it, the more tempted she felt.
A dia person who doesn’t want to make a big impact isn’t a good dia person. Fu Shiyi felt so conflicted that she opened the window to cool herself down.
Su Wanxin was resting with Yangyang in the room. After two hours, Fu Shihan ca to wake them up and asked them to go downstairs.
The two, one big and one small, were still groggy, their minds not yet clear.
As soon as Su Wanxin appeared in Fu Shiyi’s line of sight, she was imdiately pulled over by her.
"Wanwan, I need to ask you sothing." Fu Shiyi’s expression was quite serious, making Su Wanxin also take it seriously.
"What’s wrong? Go ahead."
"Seven days and six nights, do you rember?"
Su Wanxin not only rembered, but hearing the na even gave her a chill.
She silently nodded, hearing Fu Shiyi ask again, "If there was a similar show for you to be on, would you..."
"I wouldn’t!" Su Wanxin refused imdiately, almost breaking down: "I’m not going! I’m not going on any show!"
"Think again?"
"I won’t think about it!"
Su Wanxin turned around and bolted, not giving Fu Shiyi a chance to continue the conversation.
What a joke, she thought. With the ti spent on the show bickering, she could make more money for herself.
She ran over to Su Yao, wary of Fu Shiyi, while Fu Shiyi was cautious of Fu Shihan, making it all quite awkward.
Having taken a nap, Su Wanxin was a bit hungry. After waiting for a while, soone finally suggested going out for a al, and she quickly grabbed Su Yao to head out and get into the car.
Once the car door closed, following behind Fu Shihan’s car a short distance, Su Yao quietly spoke.
"Do you think it’s okay if I get engaged next week?"
"That sounds great, you’ll have to get engaged sooner or later." Su Wanxin glanced at her and asked, "But why are you thinking of setting it next week? Did Mom call you?"
"No, I just thought since Grandpa and Grandpa have so ti, I’d like them to attend."
"Oh." Su Wanxin nodded thoughtfully, then looked at Su Yao, pondering a bit before understanding her aning. "I’ll call Mom tonight to discuss this."
"Okay!"
Miss Su planning to get married left so people happy and others worried.
As for Su Wanxin’s pregnancy, she still hadn’t told the family, but this kind of thing surely couldn’t be kept a secret forever.
Su Yao: "Dad called a few days ago, asking when we would have so ti to go ho and stay for a few days."
She leaned her head against the car window, smiling bitterly.
"If the engagent is settled just like that, he’ll definitely be upset for quite a few days again."
Su Yu Yan still hadn’t co to terms with the fact that of his two daughters, one was already married and the other was about to get engaged. Whenever the topic ca up, he’d get a sullen face and not speak.
"Are Grandpa and Grandpa okay with Lu Ci?" Su Wanxin asked softly.
"Yeah, they’re okay."
"If Grandpa gives his blessing, then there should be no issues. I’ll probably go back to the Empire for a business trip in a while and stay ho for a few more days then."
The two chatted softly, and the conversation eventually turned to Su Bai.
Thinking about what Fu Shihan ntioned earlier about Su Bai liking his secretary, Su Wanxin couldn’t help but ask Su Yao if she knew about it.
In response, Su Yao was silent for a mont, her expression complicated as she asked Su Wanxin, "Are you sure second brother likes that girl?"
