Zeus looked at Shi Han helplessly. Xie Yi was so stubborn.
Shi Han coughed, and worry flashed through his almond-shaped eyes.
“Yi, is your dical research more important to you than we are? Virus X is a very dangerous virus. Do you know how serious the consequences are once infected?”
Xie Yi stretched out her hand and stroked the soft black hair on Mo’er’s head.
“Shi Han, of course I know how dangerous virus X is, but I am a doctor. Since I have discovered the formula that can cure virus X, I want to keep researching it. This is a major breakthrough in the history of dicine.”
Zeus shook his head at Shi Han. They could only compromise.
Xie Yi was kind but she wasn’t a blind follower. That was why they were attracted to her and even willing to treat her as if she were family.
“Then when are you going to leave?”
“I am going to leave tomorrow.”
Mo’er took Xie Yi’s arm and childishly said, “Mommy, take Mo’er with you, okay?”
“No, Mo’er, you are still young. Study hard alongside your daddy.”
Mo’er’s face had a bitter expression as he said, “I like Mommy better. My daddies think of as an eyesore!!”
Shi Han and Zeus were amused; they didn’t know how they should respond. The child’s mory was good. Mo’er caught them doing sothing he shouldn’t see.
At the ti, they didn’t say anything.
Who knew that this little brat would expose them now?
“Mo’er, are you still a man?” Xie Yi changed the subject.
Mo’er blinked his large dark eyes and nodded.
Of course, since his daddies said that he was a little man, he would protect his mother after he grew up.
“If Mo’er is a little man, you must study hard now and learn all kinds of skills so that you can protect Mommy and Daddies in the future.”
Mo’er seed to think that Xie Yi’s words made sense. He said, “I only need to protect Mommy. My daddies are n so they don’t need my protection.”

The family of four had dinner happily.

Shi Han brought Xie Yi to the study, where Zeus took out a news article printed on yellow paper and said, “Yi, look at this.”
Xie Yi took the newspaper and glanced at it to find a missing person notice published in it.
“What does this an?”
Shi Han said with so difficulty, “Yi, you aren’t really my sister. We brought you back from the Empire, back when you had a car accident. You were recuperating in the hospital for a month. We wanted to find your family, so I published this missing person notice in the local newspaper. Sadly, nobody was able to recognize you at the ti and our schedule was urgent. We had to bring you back...”
Xie Yi’s hand that was holding the newspaper was slightly pale, and her heart was beating wildly.

Before Xie Yi fainted, she heard two frantic voices. These two voices sounded as if they ca from a distant country.
The doctor who had been standing outside the study quickly gave Xie Yi a full-body examination.
“King, Duke, the Queen is fine.”
Shi Han asked angrily, “Then why did she faint?”
“It’s probably due to the instinctive stress response of the human body when encountering sothing that the subconscious mind rejects or is resistant to.”
