Then, in the next second, he strode forward and grabbed Shen Weiyi's wrist, "Woof woof woof... wife, I was wrong!"

Shen Weiyi's heart softened once again; she always found herself unable to deal with this man.

He was afraid of speaking too late, afraid that girl really wouldn't want him anymore.
Shen Weiyi sighed, "Jiang Zhiyi, we're not kids anymore. We need to learn to be responsible for what we say and do. Nobody will always pamper you and indulge you unconditionally."
She had a temper too. Over the years, she had been restraining it, always putting up with him, accommodating him. And what did she get in return? This guy would block her at the drop of a hat.
It was her fault for spoiling him!
So, she had thought it through, made it clear to herself—love yourself before loving soone else. She wouldn't indulge him anymore.
Jiang Zhiyi's head buzzed, his blood suddenly running cold to the soles of his feet, his face going completely pale.
He wasn't afraid of that girl being angry with him, nor of her throwing a temper tantrum, getting angry, or cursing him—it was all fine. He just couldn't accept her going silent and suddenly deciding she didn't want him anymore.
"What must I do for you to stop being angry? Do you really plan on not wanting ? Is it over? Are you really done with ?" Jiang Zhiyi's eyes reddened, the tall young man's voice rough and filled with grievance.
In the past, he might have made her angry, but as long as he pleaded, called her "sister", said a few soft words, that girl would forgive him.
But why wasn't it working this ti?
"Mhm!" Shen Weiyi softly said, "I don't want this anymore!" She passed him and walked up the steps.

Shen Weiyi paused for a mont but ultimately didn't turn back, taking out her keys to open the front door and walking inside.
Watching the Shen Family's grand door close in front of him, watching that girl's figure disappear behind it, Jiang Zhiyi took deep breaths for a long ti before he was able to alleviate the suffocating feeling in his heart.
