"Of course I do. It’s just, won’t it be too much trouble? Besides, I think I’m feeling much better!" It was just a minor cold, but he was acting as if she had so serious illness.
"It’s no trouble at all. Taking care of my girlfriend is a boyfriend’s duty and responsibility." Speaking to this, Sheng Ting looked at her with a hint of seriousness and sincerity, "Weiyi, we are a couple. It’s right for to take care of you. I know you’ve always been very independent and accustod to handling everything yourself, but I still hope you can depend on a little more."

It wasn’t that she didn’t want to rely on him; she was just used to solving all her problems herself. Moreover, he was very busy. Shen Weiyi didn’t want to occupy too much of his ti, which was why she hesitated.
But he was right. To go further together as a couple, they needed to rely on and need each other.
Leaving the school, they first went to a supermarket.
"What would you like to eat?" Sheng Ting asked, grabbing a shopping cart.
"Can I choose anything?"
"Sure, but in a couple of days. You’re still not over your cold. Let’s eat sothing light today, and I’ll make sothing else for you later."
Eventually, they picked so vegetables and two steaks.
Sheng Ting decided to make her a steak for lunch and also prepare a vegetable salad.
After grocery shopping, they headed to the fruit section. Seeing him pick a variety of fruits, Shen Weiyi couldn’t help asking, "Why are you buying so much? Can one person even eat all this?"
"It’s for you. Besides drinking more water and resting, you should eat more vitamin-rich food when you have a cold."
"But that’s too much." Even if she had a big appetite, one person couldn’t finish so much fruit.
Sheng Ting smiled and said, "It’s okay. We can take it back and share it with the people in the dorm."
Back at the apartnt, Sheng Ting went straight to the kitchen with the groceries, "You sit and rest for a while. I’ll go cook."
"Do you need any help?" Shen Weiyi followed him and asked.
"No need. It’ll be quick; it will be ready in no ti."
"Alright then!" Thinking she might be more of a hindrance than a help if she intervened, Shen Weiyi obediently went to the living room, turned on the TV, and watched for a while. Soon, the aroma of food drifted from the kitchen.
