"He’s here too?" Shen Weiyi unconsciously furrowed his brows.
Xie Hongfei lifted his eyebrows. "Yeah, didn’t he tell you? I thought you two had arranged to et."
"No," Shen Weiyi pursed her lips, "well, I’m going back now." Just as she turned to leave, she saw Sheng Ting approaching.
He was holding several bottles of water; it looked like he had just co from the parking area.
Shen Weiyi’s footsteps faltered, unsure what to say. Eventually, she managed a stiff greeting, "What a coincidence, I just saw Senior Brother Xie and Senior Brother Shi; I didn’t expect you to be camping too."
"Hmm!" Sheng Ting responded indifferently.
The atmosphere suddenly turned cold.
"Well, I’m going back now." Unable to find anything else to say, Shen Weiyi nodded towards him and walked past, heading towards the RV.
Sheng Ting’s lips were pressed into a thin line, deep in thought; his eyes were profound, his gaze dark.
Xie Hongfei walked up beside him, placing a hand on his shoulder, looking in the direction Shen Weiyi had left. "What’s going on with you two? Still haven’t made up?"
Sheng Ting ignored him and headed straight for the tent.
Xie Hongfei raised an eyebrow, watching his retreating figure. "Seriously, what are you playing at? If you want to win soone back, be direct about it. If I were Junior Shen, I wouldn’t want to deal with you either."
anwhile, Shen Weiyi returned to where they had set up camp, just in ti to et a couple who wanted to take a look at the RV. Shen Weiyi didn’t mind, so she let them board.
The Shen Family’s RV was custom-made overseas by Shen Juanzhi and had been modified further. Its interior was exceptionally luxurious, complete with a kitchen and bathroom, comparable to a five-star hotel.
The girl boarded and began touching everything in sight, her eyes spinning around. Without asking for Shen Weiyi’s permission, she took out her phone and started taking pictures of the RV’s interior, followed by a bunch of selfies, and sent edited versions directly to her social dia in front of Shen Weiyi.
Although Shen Weiyi did not appreciate so of the girl’s actions, considering they were strangers eting by chance and the girl hadn’t done anything overly outrageous besides sharing photos online, she said nothing.
As they disembarked, Shen Weiyi overheard the girl’s coquettish voice addressing the boy next to her, "Brother, this RV is quite nice, let’s buy one too in the future!"
"Sure!" The boy agreed without hesitation.
Shen Weiyi did not remind the couple that this type of RV was simply not available for sale in the country and, judging by their behavior, they did not seem like people who could afford it.
But that had nothing to do with her.
After seeing them off, she stopped paying them any mind.
However, to her surprise, as dusk approached, the couple returned.
They asked if they could use the RV for a shower.
Although the RV was equipped with a shower, due to the limited water tank storage, and since the campsite was newly developed with the RV campground still under construction and water refills inconvenient, allowing them to use it could create problems for her own group’s water usage.
Thus, Shen Weiyi turned down their request.
Unexpectedly, the girl’s face dropped upon being refused, and she looked unhappily in Shen Weiyi’s direction, "So stingy."
"What did you say?" Qin Zhen, upon hearing that, imdiately lost his temper.
What is this princess sickness? Insulting soone just because you can’t borrow their stuff, who does she think she is?
