"Look! Soone swam out!"

"That young guy is amazing! He saved several people!"

"Good job!!"

"Has anyone called the police yet? Why aren’t they here?"

"It’s only been a few minutes! You think the police can fly?"

"An old man swam out too—he saved soone as well!"

"Uncle’s incredible too!"

"I wonder how many people are still trapped in the car..."

By now, countless pedestrians had gathered on the bridge, watching the scene unfold.

After all, an incident of this scale was impossible to ignore.

At this mont.

Fenric no longer cared about what others thought of him.

Because Jitto, Isla, and the other girls were all staring directly at him.

They had been subrged for only a few dozen seconds.

That brief mont wasn’t enough to render them unconscious just from inhaling a little water.

So, everyone clearly knew who had saved them.

"Ahem!"

Fenric cleared his throat and forced a casual tone. "Why are you all looking at like that?"

Jitto was the first to speak, his gaze languid as he said, "Ric, I could’ve sworn I saw you punch a car door off its hinges."

Isla followed up, "With strength like that, you’d be rated at least D-level. But at the admissions conference this morning, I don’t rember seeing your na at all."

Another girl chid in, "And when you saved us, I’m pretty sure you weren’t using your hands!"

One more added, "Exactly! When you saved Isla, you held her so tightly. Why didn’t the rest of us even get a touch?"

"..."

Isla’s cheeks flushed.

The last girl pouted and said, "Even if we’re not as pretty as Isla, there’s no need to treat us differently, right?"

"Speaking of unfair treatnt," Jitto added bitterly, "We’ve been bros for years, Ric. But when you rescued , you pinched the back of my head?!"

Fenric felt his scalp tingle in embarrassnt under their barrage.

Annoyed, he snapped, "Are you all seriously focusing on that? I was saving your lives! Do you think I had ti to be picky about who I touched or how? Shouldn’t you be thankful you’re even alive right now?"

He huffed and added, "Technically, I’m your savior. Shouldn’t I be getting so gratitude instead?"

As soon as he finished—

One girl’s eyes sparkled with admiration, a certain longing flashing in her gaze.

"I know what must be done. For this life-saving grace, I, the humble maiden, offer myself in marriage!"

Fenric: "..."

Another girl sneered, "Please. You think he wants you? If anyone should be offering themselves, it’s Isla. You? Just... go sit in the shade sowhere."

Fenric: "..."

Isla: "..."

Are girls these days always this shaless and bold?

Still, their upbeat attitudes were oddly comforting. Not long ago, they’d faced near-certain death. If not for Fenric, the outco might’ve been tragic.

Now, it was as if they’d already forgotten the ordeal.

Jitto, anwhile, stared at Fenric intently, full of curiosity about his strength.

"Ric, roll up your sleeve and show your evaluation rank!"

At his request, the group quieted down. All the girls turned to Fenric with eager anticipation.

After all, they saw him casually blast open a door that none of them could even budge.

’I’ve had enough of this!’ Fenric thought, frustrated. ’Can’t I just live a quiet life in peace?’

There was no way he could reveal the ’C’-level evaluation mark on his wrist. If word got out that a high school student had reached C-rank, he’d be seen as a once-in-a-generation prodigy.

And anyone with half a brain would connect the dots—there was only one true prodigy in the Samsara Space, and that was Shura.

Fortunately, everyone respected his silence and didn’t push the matter.

After all, it was his personal information, and if Fenric didn’t want to reveal it, there had to be a reason.

"Well, fine. If you want to keep a low profile, I won’t force you," Jitto muttered. "But you damn brat—you’re way stronger than , and you still pretended to struggle just to match ? You were making look like a fool, weren’t you?!"

"I didn’t ask you to show off," Fenric shrugged. "That’s your problem."

"No way! You’re paying for lunch today, and tomorrow you’re treating again!" Jitto shouted.

Then, the girl who just tried to offer herself said sweetly, "Lunch? Can we co too?"

Her question imdiately won over the other girls.

"Yeah, take us with you!"

"Isla, you going?"

"Of course I am," Isla replied without hesitation.

Even the elegant school beauty was joining in so casually.

The love-struck girl slumped in defeat. "It’s over. If Isla makes a move... I don’t stand a chance."

Fenric: "..."

At this point, he felt more exhausted than clearing a dungeon.

Suddenly, Jitto asked, "Ric, tell honestly—have you already entered the Samsara Tower?"

"Yeah," Fenric nodded.

His true strength wasn’t a usable excuse in the Safe Zone.

"What stage did you reach?"

"The fourth," Fenric said casually, making up a number.

"Hiss..."

Jitto sucked in a breath. "Damn, you’re more talented than Yuhan from First High! Maybe the only one in the Samsara Space with better talent is that monster, Shura!"

The mont Jitto ntioned "Shura," Isla flinched. Her eyes widened as she stared hard at Fenric.

Under her piercing gaze, Fenric tensed and secretly cursed Jitto for running his mouth.

Thankfully...

He had his disguise ability. Playing it cool, he waved it off. "Co on, don’t compare to the God like player like Shura. That guy’s on another level."

Fenric didn’t look like he was lying, which made Isla hesitate. Her face was pensive, though it was unclear what was running through her mind.

Just then—

Sirens wailed on the road nearby.

Fenric said, "The police are here. Whatever happens next, I need you three especially—don’t say a word about what happened. Help keep it quiet."

He was referring to the three he’d saved using telekinesis.

Strictly speaking, it wasn’t a big deal even if it leaked. Just knowing Telekinesis wouldn’t be enough for anyone to link him to Shura.

Worst case, they’d just assu he was a gifted student and try to recruit him into one of the elite academies.

After all, the Samsara Space was full of powerful people. If every talented person was mistaken for Shura, the place would be chaos.

"No problem!"

"I’ll just say I passed out and have no mory of what happened."

"Yeah, perfect excuse!"

The three girls agreed cheerfully.
