"Wait, they have consud planets for millions of years? How many solar systems have they consud doing that!?"

[The Ravamites have consud a total of 5000 galaxies, in estimate.]

"5—5000!? I get that millions of years is a lot, but the distance between two planets let alone two galaxies is a lot to have consud 5000 galaxies."

[Most of the consud galaxies were eaten by a specific type of Ravemite. It is hundred tis bigger than a regular Ravemite, and has the ability to devour an entire galaxy in one sitting.]

It was too much for Eric to take in.

He knew the Ravemites survived off the planet’s energy by devouring it, But he never imagined they could devour a galaxy in one single gulp.

"Holy shit..."

[It’s no cause for alarm master, the probability of a Ravamite coming to earth again is less than 0.001%]

"There’s still a 1?"

[Yes, because by my estimates, you’d be long dead by then.]

"Phew, that’s a relief, well in a good way." He sat on his bed, and let out a soft sigh.

"Say H.A.V.A, how do you know so much about these Ravamites? And judging from the specie of aliens I acquired this tech, were you created by the Azrains?"

[Y—]

[Y—]

Much like before, he noticed the touch panel flickering—glitching erratically, as if the system had encountered an error.

[I am the Highly Advanced Virtual Assistant, H.A.V.A for short.]

Her response was unexpected, like a glitch in her very code, a montary rebellion against her own programming. The system fell silent, refusing to answer.

It was the sa thing that happened back then when he first discovered D.E.L.T.A.

"What’s going on..." It skipped his mind before, but this ti, it wasn’t going to, not after everything that happened. But one thing was for sure, all along he thought this was a system.

He was right and wrong.

It may resemble the functions of a system, but one thing was clear — H.A.V.A overseed it all. This was pure alien tech, that much was obvious considering it fell from space.

"Well then, since there’s a much higher force restricting her there’s nothing I can do about it. However." He glanced at his bio-data once more, and he realized one thing.

"With this tech, my chances of going up against Starcore Delta and these corrupt agencies has increased. Well then..." With the current situation still in his mind, he couldn’t think properly, couldn’t think without feeling the need to punch sothing.

So he needed to distract himself. And what better way to do that than to tackle his enemies?

"I guess it’s ti to officially launch this new account. H.A.V.A, you still there?"

[Yes master.]

"Good." He typed in the summoning code for the Mark I Shadow Suit in his inventory, and the touch panel of the Digitally Advanced Carrier lit to life.

Nanites surrounded his body, suiting him up in the newly advanced Shadow Suit Mark I.

"Begin recording."

[As you wish.]

He closed his curtains and switched off all his lights, to give the impression of night ti because that was when he operated.

"Hello... Nova City." He sat perched on his window fra, with his arm resting on his leg. This was the path he chose to take, with the launch of the account, not only could he generate followers that would help monetize his contents and assist Thelia in the rent.

But like all who attempted to right the wrongs of society, he’d create awareness.

"You probably already know by now, but to those who don’t, I was a nobody. Just another citizen of this great city who wanted nothing more than to live in peace. But that all changed the mont my parents died, all because of the negligence of this so-called Starcore Delta."

..

Nova City’s Police Departnt

"Lieutenant Dean!" One of the police officers burst through his doors, startling the lieutenant.

"What is it? How dare you interrupt my lunch break?" Dean muttered under his breath, he was tired. He searched through various clues, various evidence they collected from cri scenes involved with the Vigilante.

All in an attempt to trace him, but nothing ca out of it.

"You have to see this!" The officer rushed towards him with his phone, and showed him the video Phantom made.

"What’s this?" Lieutenant Dean asked, a bit confused.

"It’s Phantom sir, he just posted!" The mont he posted, fwitch blew up. His followers kept reposting the top comnt that said he was currently active on twitch— and viewers imdiately switched to his page.

In a matter of minutes, it was trending all over fwitch.

"What!?" The lieutenant reached for his comminucator. "I need the ICT unit in my office now!"

..

Back in her house, Chloe moved restlessly in her room. She tried to pass ti by sleeping, but even sleeping was a problem. Every hour she woke up, and each ti she woke up, she checked her phone.

But there still wasn’t an update.

His profile was still blank.

Then she placed her phone on the bed, and let out a soft sigh.

"What am I doing... Why am I so worked up for a vigilante?"

Her phone buzzed, and she picked it up without purpose — thinking it was just another work email.

And there it was.

The flashing icon on her phone.

The Real Phantom is posted a video!

She sat up fast imdiately, and her face lit up like a kid who managed to get her hands on so ice cream. And there it was, his latest video.

..

"I know a lot of you put your fate in these people, these Intergalactic agents to protect us from threats and forces beyond our control. But I’m here to say this, to those people like — to those people who thought they could trust these Earth’s heroes and they were let down, I’m here. I don’t wish to be a symbol of justice or anything like that, but I’m here to tell you this, as long as I wear this mask, as long as the night is still my ally."

He paused. Then turned to look at the cara.

"I am the shadows that lurks in night that seeks justice. I was a nobody, but with this single purpose, I will beco the shadows that brings justice to this City, and it all starts tonight."

"I am the Shadow Vigilante — Phantom."
