I didn’t understand it myself, I said the first thing that crossed my mind when she said sothing was growing within , what could it be if not that? The doors barge open once again, this ti it was Alaric who walked in. "I heard you fainted during training, are you alright?" he asked worriedly.
I couldn’t find my voice to speak, I just stared at him with hands still on my stomach, his eyes narrowed in question, he must have felt how tensed everyone was, his gaze moved to my stomach and he grew more puzzled.
"Yelena thinks she’s with child" Celeste finally broke the intense silence.

"I said I’m not!" I snapped, but my voice was shaky.

"I’m just as confused okay, so please Nicklaus speak to ," I said on the verge of tears, I was just so confused and.... scared. The tears rolled down my cheeks and I felt his hand on my waist.
"We should leave," Celeste said, walking to Alaric. "I will find a healer, maybe a non-magical one, maybe then we can understand"
I stroked a nod and I watched as they exited the room and then I broke into tears, I promised myself I wouldn’t cry again after the waterfall to be strong but I just couldn’t help it, I don’t know why but I just felt so emotional and it weighs heavy on . I felt a flush of relief when Nicklaus engulfed in a tight hug, I wrapped my arms around him tight and buried my face in his chest, this was just the comfort I needed, I felt an unusual relief flushed through , almost as if my body accepted him, I couldn’t explain it but this was different from before.
"Nicklaus," I said, facing him with teary eyes, he wiped it off with his thumb. "What if... I’m really, I’m really", he hushed .
"We will know when Celeste gets back, okay?" he said but I still couldn’t read his features, I felt sothing was weighing on his mind, I wanted to speak but I suddenly felt my mouth full, not again will end up...
I vomited but this ti Nicklaus seed to act fast. There was a bowl on the floor just beside the bed and I spilled everything inside, Nicklaus must have conjured it to co forth. He held my silver hair back as I once again emptied my stomach. I was sure nothing was left to co off now.
"Here", he gave a chalice of water and I quickly took it using it to rinse my mouth of the awful taste. I fell back into his arms weak and before I knew it I blacked out, sothing was draining I could feel it.

Nicklaus felt her body, she was burning up once again, her skin so pale, this wasn’t about being weak, sothing was draining her from within. It must be the growing stuff Celeste said and the thought of it being a baby made him tense more and made his mind blank. He knew he wasn’t capable of giving her child even though his body changed due to the aftereffect of his rebirth in the Mortal Realm.
But that wasn’t possible for a god. When he heard Yelena say she might be with child he didn’t know whether he should panic, be happy or be angry, it was like a blow to the face and It scared him.
Because if she really is with child, this was far worse than anything he has ever faced, because she would not be just carrying a child but a demi-god within her holding his dangerous aura and it can be deadly for Yelena, that was what scared the hell outta him.
