"Tell

then how would Nicklaus take it? When he sees his soulmate loving a good for nothing brother like ?" he said, the re thought of it shattered him, he understood that feeling quite well and it was suffocating, not wanting to drag on it he chugged the wine hoping he would drown himself in it.

Seeing his action Celeste knew just how pained he was, the feeling of being in the center of all this ss was dragging on him, she suddenly understood why he was drinking, to drown himself away, and she needed just that too. She yanked the one he gave her and gave it a chug also.

"All this is bloody ssed up, but we should always have faith" Alaric intoned.

"What faith brother? You said it yourself this is ssed up" she says. "All can do is pray that we do not lose our brother"

"We’re god’s sister... there’s no one to pray to" he pointed out. "We will be here for him, as best as we can but you know the only one that can calm that part of him is a mate and he has already found one"

"But we do not find her we will lose her"

"I have faith in Lena... I do not know why I just do and we should too"

Olivia stood just right at the door, hearing everything they said, her eyes filled with sadness for she now knew the reason the Empress left, this was so so sad and painful... it made her heart ached, Yelena not being here and the Vampire siblings in a mixed state of confusion and sadness, she didn’t want to even begin with how the Emperor felt, the weather was an icy storm out there, no one has co out for days because of it, the storm could kill even a vampire if given the chance to, the weather depict exactly the state their great Emperor was in.

"Empress," she said faintly before turning and leisurely sauntering the halls, her eyes t the window and more loving mories of their ti together flashed through her head, the Empress was a walking set of light and kindness that filled this code palace, and then she knew just then, this Realm was lost without her, she has only been here for a short period of ti but everyone... even the court felt the gravity of her departure.

Her fist clenched hard, the Empress in spite of statues considered her a friend, she was the only reason she was reincarnated due to her kindness, the only reason she could be with Mint again. ’I owe it all to you’ she thought, the Empress’ life was shattered right now and she couldn’t just sit still and let it happen after all friends help each other out during their darkest tis.

She was already storming to her chambers before she knew it, walking into it and getting to her wardrobe, she knew there was a Vampire party already searching the entire Realm for her but that doesn’t an she can’t too.

She grabbed her black fluffy cloak and hand gloves, tiring her brown in a bun and packing a bag she could easily carry.

"What are you doing?"

At the sudden deep voice she gasps facing Mint, who was suddenly behind her, gods he always does that. Her cheeks flushed.

"Can you stop doing that? You scared "

"Sorry, Ollie," he said with a charming smile, saying the nickna he gave her always seed to lt her heart, whenever it rolled off his tongue.

He frowned when he took in her dressing like she was about to make a journey.

"Is there sothing I should know?" he asked with a skeptical look, his mocha brown eyes on her with curiosity, she was up to sothing and he knew it.

"Sothing like what?" she asked innocently with a shrug and that alone raised his suspicion.

"Like doing sothing other than remaining in the palace" he intoned.

"Oh you an this?" she said, chuckling nervously referring to her attire. "Just setting out to get so flowers at the Glasshouse, I an it’s like a storm out there, so I need all the get-up I can get" she states, already walking past him hoping he won’t prolong this talk or her plans will be over.

Mint sighed pulling the hood of her cloak, the action cursed her to co back and fell in his arms.

"With a bag?" he asked, feeling it hiding beneath her cloak, she quickly pulled away.

"W-Well I need a bag for the flowers... or else the storm will simply blow it away.

"No one is going out, Ollie, the storm could be deadly even for a vampire, I will get the flowers for you okay?"

"Oh, there is no need," she said, placing her hands on his chest, with a smile on her lips.

"You have been stressed ever since, you’re part of the second party that just ca back from their search of the Empress, You should rest," she says before going on her tiptoes and giving him a kiss, hoping this will distract him a bit, and it seed too because mint deepened it, he must have really missed her and she did too, he has been away from days and he missed him madly but now was not the ti for this.

She quickly pulled away.

"Olli-"

She blurred out before he could finish.

Olivia took a deep breath of relief, gods that were close, Mint was always an observant type, that was a lucky escape on her part. Phew!

She turned to the spread open doors, the cold snow coming in, she took a deep breath, she knew what she had to do, she needed to find the Empress, although she didn’t know how to, she couldn’t just sit still and let fate be cruel to her, NEVER. She will do all she can, no matter how little she needed to try for she couldn’t stand this anymore.

She put on her hood making sure she was set before stepping out into the fierce storm.
