Chapter 935: Rune Master Association
Riya stared at the ruins of the castle in the distance.
Afirer Kingdom has monarchy system with king and queen. But if one had to say, every city was sowhat independent on their own.
The distance between each city was far away.
Even if they could use the teleportation formation to go form one city to another quickly, not everyone were willing to waste the mana stone. After all, the longer the distance, the more mana they would need to consu.
And no one would be stupid enough to use their own mana to activate the teleportation formation.
After all, the mana required would be too large.
They would end up exhausting their own mana first if they wanted to travel for a long distance.
Back then, Riya had already almost killing herself when she used the teleportation plate to bring herself and the others further away from the rank 8 magic beasts’ attack range. Thankfully, she set up restriction on herself so that she would not use up more than the current amount of mana.
As the result, they ended up teleporting nearby, though.
Thinking about that, Riya felt a bit embarrassed.
She was really not very good at using the random teleportation formation plate.
‘Maybe I can try to improve this… but randomly teleporting didn’t seem to be that convenient either. What if I can control the direction to a certain degree…’ Riya was thinking in her mind.
The random teleportation could indeed safe lives at the critical mont.
While it would still be hindered by the space lock or sothing like that, but she didn’t have to set up teleportation formation in the destination.
This will usually cost more mana.
But if she could perfect the technique…
Riya thought for a mont before pushing the thoughts away and walked into the Capital City of Afirer Kingdom.
She could think about this later.
For now, there was sothing more important that she had to do.
Even though most buildings had long turned into ruins, Riya could still faintly rember how it used to be when this place was still filled with its forr glory.
It was not a very pleasant thing to compare it, though.
Riya sighed in her mind.
She stopped in front of a building.
The building was half ruined and half standing.
“The rune master Association,” Riya whispered in a low voice.
The four years she spent in this world, in Afirer Kingdom, she spent most of it in this building. Because her master is here to teach them and she could easily obtain a lot of resources through trading with the points she earned after handing over the completed formation plate or magic scrolls.
The Rune master Association will sell the completed formation plate and magic scrolls to others.
They have their own way to earn profit.
So no matter how much they spent to get those materials, they would definitely earn more.
Riya was too lazy to go out on her own to look for the materials.
Because buying it herself might an that she ended up getting scamd and paid higher than its original price. She had to refer to the price in the association and after so ti, she gave up trying to buy the materials outside.
Most of the materials would be bought from the Rune master Association.
And so rare materials would either be collected personally or she could buy it at so auctions.
Because so materials were rare.
Thanks to this, Riya spent most of her ti inside the Rune master Association and had no intention of leaving the place in the slightest bit. She only made so trip occasionally and the rest of the ti were spent here.
And it was not lonely either.
Because she had her master and his other disciples accompanying her.
“Haha… no wonder I was resistant of staying in my world for a long ti,” Riya whispered to herself.
Perhaps, it was because she had once experienced what the loneliness felt when she was still in this world. Her master and her senior and junior brother and sisters were there when she was here, so she would not be lonely.
But if she stayed in that world alone…
She would truly be alone.
So even if she was so pissed off with her family mbers, she still chose to stay outside and played with Alia and the others.
Even if she didn’t spend that much ti, she would still choose to be outside.
Perhaps, the root cause was actually from here.
Riya tried to smile, yet the corner of her mouth couldn’t be raised.
It seed as if sothing was blocking her movents.
Sothing that should have been so easy beco so difficult at this ti.
She pursed her lips slightly.
Her eyes moved towards the building as she walked inside. For a mont, she tried to distract herself by thinking that other people might be doing the sa thing.
Entering their most familiar place.
As for what they saw…
Isn’t it the sa ruins that basically destroyed everything and leaving nothing.
Riya looked at the familiar desk in front of him and then glanced to the side. The ruined part was the warehouse area where the treasures were usually located. Most of the materials for making magic scrolls and so on were also placed there.
Right now, it was completely destroyed and the materials would have long been buried under the ruins.
Considering that it was not protected by mana, Riya even wondered whether it would have been destroyed by now.
After all, she didn’t know how much ti has passed.
The ti fra between this world and the Green Planet was not the sa. The teleportation formation had guaranteed that they would have three years in this world at most, but who knows how much the real ti difference between the two world is.
She moved her eyes to the other side.
The Rune master Association is a large building that looked smaller on the outside, but it used formation in the inside, allowing them to live in a spacious area.
