Alia froze.
She looked at Arnold with her eyes widened in surprise as she couldn't believe what she had just heard.
Arnold smiled faintly in return, showing a gentle look on his face.
This might seem a bit hasty, but Arnold knew very well that it wouldn't do him any good to let her stay worried but couldn't get close. At the very least, if they have a relationship, Alia had the right to supervise him openly and strictly.
