Charles stood up after the room had quieted down enough so that everyone's attention could be drawn to him. Although he seed to be a serious person that didn't really know when to take a break he still was observant enough to know not to co off as so sort of overbearing presence in a room filled with several people that could challenge him. He didn't gather so many people just to try to throw his weight around and cause even more trouble in the future. He smiled for a mont before he began to discuss the reason he had invited everyone here.

"I welco you all to the headquarters of the World Governnt Guild. It seed like this was the perfect ti for such a gathering to take place and for us to get our ideals across to one another." Charles said while looking not only at the people seated at the table, but also the people that were all spread out around the room. Joshua agreed that this was most likely the best ti to have such a eting. There was still a break period that had been put in place by the system preventing territory wars with one another, so no one had to worry about defending their territories at the mont which was a huge priority for all of the guilds that had been gathered.

"After such a tournant that most of us here have participated in, we all have a better understanding of the capabilities of each other." Charles continued as he looked from person to person. "I think with this in mind we should spend this ti to co to so agreents, but before any of that I wish to apologize for so of the things our World Governnt Guild has caused in the past."

Joshua and everyone else in the room were surprised by the sudden change in topic. Everyone in the room that wasn't a part of the World Governnt Guild had at so point been forced to deal with so of the bullish actions of said guild. Joshua had to personally deal with attempts of taking over his first territory and he was sure he wasn't the only one that had been put in such a situation. The only reason such a predicant hadn't been worse was likely because of how small of a guild he had at the ti. Joshua had no idea how many tis Madalyn and Laura had to deal with so of the sa attempts on a bigger scale when it ca to their territories. Judging by the looks of anger around the room Joshua could tell they weren't the only ones that had to deal with similar issues.

"Although I was not a part of this guild during the earlier phases and I was definitely not its leader at the ti, the man that was in control was still my brother." Charles said sounding like he was almost spitting out the word brother. "He was still my family and he is a festering piece of garbage that never belonged at the head of this guild. Even so I must apologize on his behalf."

Joshua noticed that Charles didn't just seem to be mad at his brother by the way a couple of people in his group flinched after realizing he was also pointing the loaded gun at them as well. Theodore was one of them and he was currently trying his best to look as small as possible so that no one would pay attention to him. Even though he was trying to accomplish this Joshua could still see Natalie glaring in his direction the mont that Charles had brought the topic up. If looks could kill there'd be one large dead weasel amongst the mbers of the World Governnt Guild right now.

"I decided that now would be a good ti to clear the air on such a subject. Though that is not the main reason that I have asked you all to gather here today. Instead I wished to bring up a topic that I have learned from my ntor." Charles said getting certain people's attention that included Joshua. He could see that so of the people in the room that he knew had unique jobs already had ntors like he had with Thoren and the others. Although it seed to be a more recent thing in most of their cases.

"Let guess. It has sothing to do with the requirents for the next major event to occur?" The Stranger's Guild leader said with a far more serious tone then she had when she and Joshua had been just chatting before.

"Yes. I'm guessing your ntor had brought this up with you as well then?" Charles said getting a small nod in return. Most of the people in the room seed to be clueless of what they were talking about, but since Joshua had brought this up with all of the mbers of the alliance throughout the week they knew what was going on. "Well I believed this topic was sothing that all of the leaders of the hub city should know of so that we can make a decision on this together."

"What difference does it make?" The leader of the Raider's Guild said with a shrug of his shoulders as he brought everyone's attention towards him. "Even if we know the requirents to trigger the next event why should we be worried about it? It's just the next task that will allow us to prove our strength while our world evolves around us."

The way the man said this didn't exactly leave a good impression on Joshua. He seed all too eager for another event to happen as if he was just looking for opportunities. Joshua didn't know exactly what kind of opportunities he was looking for, but judging off of what the Raider's Guild had done in the past there was no way that it was going to be anything good.

"I didn't have a ntor before the tournant so I can't tell if the upcoming event is sothing that will be similar just based off of the requirents." Charles started to say. "However I know that my ntor has explicitly stated that we as a race are not ready for the next event at this ti."

"My ntor said sothing similar." The Stranger's Guild leader said surprising Joshua. He wasn't surprised that she had a ntor, but he was surprised that so many of these ntors were warning about future events. The only reason they would throw out such warnings in the first place would be because they expected their disciples to be able to inact the requirents to start the next event. That made sense in the case of Charles since he was the leader of such a powerful guild, but he was surprised when it ca to the Stranger's Guild leader who seed more focused on making a profit from her runes than trying to start the process of the next major event.

"Did they give you any hints on what the event might be?" Charles asked. "My ntor was rather quiet on the details, according to him the system wouldn't allow him to say any more."

"It's the sa in my case." She responded after she turned to look towards Joshua. "Though I wouldn't be surprised if the hub city champion got to learn a bit more on the topic. After all there is no way you yourself haven't gain the attention of so ntors after your showing in the tournant. Maybe they'd be a little bit more talkative when it cos to you."

Joshua looked back at her for a mont realizing that everyone in the room was paying attention to him at this point. He looked towards Henry and the other mbers of the Alliance that he had already discussed this topic with and realized they all seed amiable to speaking of what they knew. 'Go ahead and let them know.' Natalie said through a ntal link that they had all been connected to before the discussion even started. They wanted to be able to talk about what was going on in the eting without anyone else knowing. 'This might end in a way for us to prevent the next event from happening to soon.'

"My ntors have said sothing about that." Joshua said getting looks of surprise from certain people around the room. He soon realized that was the case after noticing he said ntors instead of ntor, but the slip up was just sothing he'd have to deal with now. "They said sothing similar to what you all have discussed. They told the three requirents for the next event occurring and gave a warning about not setting it off too soon."

"Three requirents? What requirents were these?" Gregory the leader of the rcenary Guild asked.

"They were having a certain amount of explorers reaching level ninety, the clearing of a level ninety plus dungeon, and the claiming of city scale territory." Charles said getting so gasp at the last requirent.

"There's no way any of us are going to be able to clear one of those city level territories so soon. Even if it is one of the smaller ones, it's still a death wish to go there at the mont." The Stranger's Guild leader said with a shrug. "After all the lowest level of one of those abomination bosses can be in a city scale territory is one hundred."

"In other words they will be a tier up on us with enough minions to fill up an entire city." Charles responded. "At the mont the only way I can see anyone clearing such a territory would be through sheer numbers and tons of unnecessary deaths."

"True, but even if we could clear it we wouldn't want to start the next event at the mont." Henry said after Charles had finished explaining things. "Although it seems your ntors gave you warnings they didn't give you nearly the hint that Joshua was given."

With those words everyone turned to Joshua to see what he had to say. "Your ntors may have warned you, but one of my ntors purposely told that if we started the event now that I wouldn't stand a chance at succeeding the first ti around."

"So? Are you on such a high horse now that you can't even imagine being able to lose?" The Raider's guild leader said with a bit of a smug look as he stared at Joshua.

"Please as if you would stand a chance." Madalyn said with a shrug getting a glare from the Boss of the Raider's Guild and Seven looked as if she was going to draw her weapon. "Oh I wish we weren't in the hub city right now. Then you could draw that blade of yours and I'd be able to show you your place once again."

"Enough." Joshua said cutting through the tension that was starting to build up in the room. "I'm not so foolish to think that I'm unbeatable, that is not why I considered her words odd."

"What was odd was the fact that she thought Joshua had no chance at winning at all. Can anyone in this room let alone around the world truly be so strong that they could say for certain that they'd be able to defeat Joshua so effectively that he wouldn't stand a chance in the match?" Henry explained getting frowns in return along with most in the room agreeing with him. "With that in mind we figured that it's likely that the next event will evolve us competing against other races from around the universe in so sort of major event."

With those words everyone seed to be lost in their thoughts as the eting truly started to beco interesting..
