Capítulo 897: Chapter 50: Allocation

For a normal person, more burdens would obviously be heavier than one; however, for Aske, it’s just the opposite.

Because he has the Plunder Skill.

For example, when facing dea alone, he’d basically lose completely, but if Peggy or Nora is present, and he plunders the forr’s “Flesh” or the latter’s “Cell Proliferation,” then even facing seven or eight opponents at once is not a problem.

So in a certain sense, the “sharing plan” proposed by Miel was indeed for the benefit of his body.

Hmm, deduct one Goodwill Value from dea and give it to Miel.

Over here, dea noticed the change in his expression, a thought crossed her mind, realizing that Miel seed to be using her to gain goodwill, so she seamlessly joined in saying:

“But thinking about it carefully, sharing is indeed a feasible solution…”

“Didn’t you say you couldn’t accept sharing?” Sigrdrifa asked puzzledly.

“Ahem, I never said that.” dea shalessly reneged, “My love for my husband is absolutely sincere, and I can selflessly accept any of his preferences.”

Aske: ???

He looked bewildered at dea, who returned a perfectly gentle smile, like an angel descending from heaven, a saint reincarnated.

Though he didn’t know why, this expression on dea definitely seed suspicious, I’d better be more careful…

Everyone continued to chat idly, and sohow the conversation turned to dirty jokes, with Sigrdrifa boasting about how her body left Aske always wanting more, while dea laughed quietly beside her, and Peggy bickered with her with biting sarcasm.

anwhile, Mia, being young and brash, joined in with various boasts against Sigrdrifa, going as far as revealing so details, prompting Aske and Miel to reach their limits, repeatedly trying to hush her.

Finally, when Nora and Eleanor finished cooking in the kitchen and brought the dishes to the table, the two finally quieted down a bit—mainly because Mia shifted her focus to the food.

Chomp chomp chomp chomp.

After calling Theodora back, everyone enjoyed a hearty al and had a little to drink, becoming slightly tipsy.

Sigrdrifa then brought up the “ti allocation” issue again, asking Nora and the others for their thoughts.

“Ti allocation…” Nora’s cheeks flushed, she smiled sweetly, “Just divide it evenly.”

“Exactly!” Aske chid in again, “There are eight of you, two people together each ti, I rotate in four sessions per cycle, each cycle lasting four months, so I will have at least three months each year to be with everyone individually, and more considering sharing.”

“That’s too little,” Peggy said, “I need at least six months.”

“When it’s soone else’s turn, it doesn’t an you can’t see Aske,” Nora said softly, “Eleanor and I welco you anyti, even if Aske isn’t with us.”

At that, Peggy had nothing to say; she had three months with Theodora, plus three more with Nora and Eleanor, reaching her goal of six months.

“Thank you,” She whispered inaudibly, and on the other side, Nora smiled again.

Aske remained silent for a mont, deciding not to remind Nora that Peggy’s companionship might not be the sa thing as how they understood “companionship”…

After the al, prompted by little Lilith’s suggestion, everyone eagerly started a board ga.

Now the team consisted of nine mbers, so they could have fun with either Werewolf or tabletop RPGs. Little Lilith volunteered to be the GM for the tabletop ga, responsible for arranging the entire storyline.

Her story was quite simple: nine people forming a rcenary group to slay a dragon in distant mountains.

However, dea’s Mind Mage character was crushed to death by a falling tree right at the start.

“Wait a minute.” dea slapped the table and said, “This isn’t right, how could I be crushed by a tree?”

“Because you rolled a 90/60,” Little Lilith explained, “Based on your agility value, as long as the dice fell below 60, you could avoid the falling tree, but unfortunately, your roll was 90, so it deed that you were distracted while dodging.”

“Haha, clumsy dea,” Peggy gloated from the side.

“Hold on,” Sigrdrifa quickly said, “I want to save her! Yes, I want to save her.”

“How will you save her?” Little Lilith asked with a side glance.

“Um, by pounding her chest?” Sigrdrifa said.

“That’s called Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation,” Nora added.

“Alright, roll the dice. Since your class is Barbarian and you lack dical knowledge plus excessive strength, you need to roll a 10 to succeed,” Little Lilith said.

“Hmph, let’s see my Viking luck!” Sigrdrifa grabbed the two 10-sided dice from the table and tossed them.

The two dice showed 0 and 1.

Little Lilith was dumbfounded.

“So, the tens digit is 0, and the ones digit is 1, aning I rolled a 1,” Sigrdrifa said, hugging dea beside her with a smile, “Old friend! I brought you back to life!”

“Alright,” Little Lilith coughed, “Since Aunty Sigrdrifa rolled below 10, using a completely unskilled Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, but applying just the right force, managed to bring your mom back.”

“Wait.” dea suddenly spoke, “If I rember correctly, rolling a 1 is a critical success, isn’t it?”

Little Lilith: ………

“Alright, ta-da!” She clapped her hands energetically and said with a smile, “Aunty Sigrdrifa rolled a critical success! Mom, when you wake up, you find yourself completely intact, with no wounds, realizing it was Sigrdrifa who saved you, and you can’t help but develop goodwill towards her!”

dea: ???

“Can I develop goodwill with your dad?” She pointed at Aske next to her.

“Stop ssing around, dea.” Aske explained to her, “In the board ga, you have to play the character of ‘dea,’ and this character needs to act according to her backstory character card. In the background, there is no relation between us, we’re simply companions aiming to slay a dragon together… Don’t you think suddenly developing feelings for is very abrupt?”

“Not abrupt at all!” dea threw down the character card, “My character is an Enchanting Demon, and Enchanting Demons like n. You’re the only man in the team, who else am I supposed to like if not you?”

There was a sudden silence all around.

“Um, can I change my character card now?” Nora suddenly raised her hand.

“After the storyline begins, you can’t change it anymore,” Little Lilith said seriously, “Let see… Your character card’s tags are kind, wealthy, smart, healer. Which tag would you like to change? If it’s the class, I can arrange a career change story for you later.”

“Gender,” Nora said, “I want to change my character card’s gender from ‘female’ to ‘male,’ so Aske won’t be the only male in the team anymore.”

Little Lilith was also silent for a mont.

“To change gender, you’d need a Flesh Sculptor, but there isn’t this class originally planned in my story line…”

“Then just add one,” Peggy chid in, clearly delighted at Nora stepping out of the “competition for Aske” in the ga, “Or how about I change class? I could be the Flesh Sculptor and help Nora change gender.”

“Ahhhhh!” Little Lilith finally broke down, throwing herself into Aske’s arms, “Daddy, the aunties are bullying ! How can they change character backgrounds after the ga already started? It’s against the rules! They just don’t want to play the ga properly with !”

Aske held her helplessly and quickly exchanged a glance with the ladies.

“It’s just everyone’s first ti playing, not familiar with the rules,” Theodora quickly tried to smooth things over, “Let’s just start another ga. This ti, Little Lilith, you set the rules, and we’ll follow them strictly.”

“Exactly, exactly,” all the other ladies nodded repeatedly.
