"SIR!! THERE IS A HUGE ZOMBIES HORDE INCOMING!!! SOUTH SIDE SIR!!! WHAT SHOULD WE DO?!"

"What?! Alert everyone! Prepare for combat! I'm on my way! Over-"

"Co on Jon! Get you group to wake up the rest of the groups! I'm gonna start the defence protocol 15!"

"Alright!"

Defence protocol 15 was a defence asure against large group of zombies. This was one of the 64 defence protocols that the 5 leaders had co up with while their groups were clearing the ground floor.

As the chief was sprinting his way to the south entrance of the Colossus, his radio began once more, since the scout had noticed so more details.

"Sir! There seems to be a red figure leading the zombie horde! Could it be a new type pf zombie? Over-"

"R- Red figure?"

The chief was startled. He was a player, just like rlin, and he had accumulated quite a of points. Not enough to level up, but enough to increase his strength and vitality by a few points, along with a little into agility.

Being the chief of police, he did not have delusion for the usage for mana, and instead invested all his stat points into strength, vitality and agility. This made his running speed almost double of what the average officer could do.

Coming to a halt all of a sudden resulted in so smoke rising from his shoes.

But he didn't notice that. His mind was being bombarded with an extrely unpleasant mory. The mory of a certain red figure ripping out a part of his soul, and collecting it. His state of despair was broken by the scout on the radio.

"SIR! The horde had stopped 300 ters away from my location! The red figure seems to have gone within and is now killing the zombies. Your orders? Over-"

"Nothing! Just wait and report any changes to the situation. Over-"

"Roger that, chief!"

With this, the chief continued his sprint towards the south gate, only this ti it wasn't to prepare to fight a zombie wave, but to welco soone. He was almost 100 % sure that the red figure was the boss.

Although he was a little regretful towards the boss, he could say anything to him. Not only because of the mark on himself, but also because of the impossible strength the boss had.

The chief himself understood a few things related to the system so far. He understood that the more zombies you kill, the stronger you can get. Taking himself into consideration, he had already killed around 20 zombies, and was considered incredibly strong among normal humans.

However, that boss was simply too strong. He could casually eliminate an entire horde like the one in front of him with only two tal rods in hand. This was beyond the common sense that he thought applied to anyone of this world, and by now was sure that his boss was simply a monster among monsters.

On the other side, rlin was in fact struggling with the zombie horde. He had tried to lose them on the way to this place by circling around other area before coming here, but to his shock, more zombies got added to the horde, and it was almost at the size of a class 1 zombie wave. What is a class 1 zombie wave? It is an enormous number of zombies, which when put together, can display the strength almost equal to that of a Tier 1 zombie, and therefore considered a class 1 threat.

Generally, zombies are considered real threats once they evolve into Tier 1, and are considered class 1 threats. As their power, in terms of number of individual strength increase, their threat class is increased to class 2, class 3, on more.

Zero was too much of an exception to be placed within the class system, and so he was placed within the class 0 threat; aning an impossible threat.

What was worse for rlin in this situation was that he had two passengers to take care of, and therefore all he could do was to run.

But then, Foveros jumped out of his hand and went into his hoodie.

Suddenly, rlin had one free hand, and the shocked expression was replaced by a wide grin. He exerted so more strength and began to outrun the zombie horde, and around 100 tres away from the horde, he stopped. Dropped the scared Jas on the ground and said,

"Wait here. Kill any zombies that try to attack you."

With this, rlin stuck his hands into his trusted bag, and retrieved two more tal rods. With his two trusted aids by his sides, and nothing restricting him from moving them, he dove right into the zombie wave.

Although a true Tier 1 zombie could even manage to kill rlin, this was not such a being. This was rely a zombie wave that could display the strength of a Tier 1 zombie with the sheer numbers they had. But numbers could be dealt with over ti, unlike the disparity of strength between a level 4 human and a Tier 1 zombie.
