With that, rlin cut the call and ordered to Phillip to put 'Plan 32:AG' into action, and put the entire nation into Yellow alert, while the central region, consisting of what was originally rlin Sanctum, into Blue alert.
After giving Phillip certain instructions, rlin left the base and flew to outside the nation and began killing off Tier 2 zombies like he was at a carnival.
This was an exhilarating feeling of freedom. Over the past 10 years, he could not do much an was only increasing his mana levels. Since he did not have many Tier 2s on the tsundere plane, he had to wait until he reached Earth's dinsion before grinding levels. And that was exactly what he was doing.
While he was doing that all the non-military peak Tier 2s and certain lower levelled Tier 2s received the information regarding the new beast tide mana burst.
This was the first ti that Phillip had directly contacted them instead of making one his children contact these people, and so they took this ssage rather seriously.
Since the nation had been created, rlin naturally had to allow the existence of non-military Tier 2s and peak tier 2s.
Naturally, he had kept a lot of restrictions on them, especially the peak Tier 2s. They could not grow the number of people working under their command above a certain limit, and they could not have more than a single peak Tier 2 within a group.
As always, there had been people who tried to circumvent this rule by making sub-organisations, however Phillip had his children take care of it. So organisations were forced to split completely, while others were never heard of again.
Despite splitting them up, alliances were not prohibited for a simple reason. During the mana bursts, and other special disasters, the individual organisations will not have enough coordination to work together, and the nation's military would not be enough to handle the entire nation.
This was because the rule of joining the military to allow your family mbers to enter had been lifted, and people could enter with their families as long as they joined either the military, or one of the private military organisations. If you were strong enough, you could try and create your own organisation, which would require a lot of restrictions being placed upon you. This left Cayden's military might being the strongest organisation in the nation, however, it was not enough to protect all of the nation.
Especially during mana burst like the upcoming one.
On the other hand, alliances would allow up to 12 Tier 2, or 4 peak Tier 2 organisation joining hands to remain active within the nation without being kicked out for not having enough coins to support their activity.
How did these organisation earn coins? Simple. Phillip and his children set up tasks, and anyone or organisation could pick them, Naturally, this included farming for food, scavenging outside the nation, and hunting zombies.
Separate tasks gave different rewards. Over the past year, this economy had developed enough where most people were already taking tasks directly from their long0ti custors, and only the newcors, and those who lost their custors would go the Phillip's exchange.
This had created a growing economy for the citizens of the nation, and unlike a normal economy, all transactions could only take place through Phillip, since only magic currency was used in most of the nation.
Naturally, many organisations had tried to create illegal physical currency and tried to use it in the poorer parts of the nation.
As usual, Phillip noticed this and sent his children to eliminate the perpetrators.
There was no other currency existing in the nation, and Phillip wanted it to remain that way. With this thod, he could keep record of all transactions occurring within the nation.
All peak Tier 2 non-military organisations sprang into action, along with Cayden's own military as well. They began their preparations as quickly as possible while rlin was still killing off Tier 2s everywhere.
