[Two Days Later.]

The Xavier continent was in disarray. For two grueling days, their forces had relentlessly attacked the half-celestial stage beast, suffering imnse casualties. Thousands of soldiers had fallen, and even their most formidable tars and Awakeners were struggling to contain the threat. anwhile, the other continents had solidified their defenses, bracing for the inevitable beast onslaught...

...Of the five cities, two had been successfully evacuated, with the remaining three still in the process.

Within this chaos, Christopher had achieved a significant breakthrough, reaching the upper stage of the Transcendent level, solidifying his position as the strongest in Cordelia city.

Advika, too, had advanced, entering the low Elite level. This allowed her to tap into 15% of the goddess spirit’s strength, elevating her combat prowess to a legendary level low stage for a duration of ten minutes.

Now, two more individuals were on the cusp of their own breakthroughs.

[Cave Entrance.]

Christopher, Advika, Tiamat, Grim, and all the beasts outside felt the potent surge of life force emanating from the cave.

"They’ve been in there for two days... They should be out by now," Advika muttered, her gaze fixed on the cave entrance.

"True," Christopher affird. "We only took one day. Maybe it’s because those two are evolving."

"Evolving?" Advika questioned, a hint of confusion in her voice.

"When a beast reaches the peak of the divine stage, they have to evolve to enter the sky stage," Christopher explained, his eyes never leaving the cave.

"That’s why a sky stage beast is stronger than two Divine stages combined."

Advika’s eyes widened:

"Does that an Hellfire will also evolve?"

"Yes," Christopher confird. "As of now, only Grim has evolved." He thought inwardly.

’This is good... If their physique changes like Grim, I can summon them out... No one will know they are the sa beasts! They will only be the strongest beasts in the competition... What a stroke of luck.’

BOOOOM!

"GRAAAAAAAAA!!!!!"

A dense amount of life force burst forth, slamming into the ground and sending everyone sprawling backward. Only Tiamat and Christopher remained rooted to their spots, the others pushed back five steps.

"This??" Advika stamred, stunned by the sheer power.

"Lazarus," Christopher whispered, a knowing smile playing on his lips.

BOOOOOM!!!!

The highest point of the cave shattered, rock and debris raining down. Christopher casually waved his hand, and the stones hurtling towards them disintegrated into dust.

BAM!!!!!

".....?!!"

Everyone stared in awe as a colossal, golden claw gripped the mountain wall. Before their eyes, a 30-ter-tall golden dragon, adorned with glittering scales and two majestic horns, burst forth from the shattered cave.

"GRAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!"

Lazarus unleashed a mighty roar that reverberated through the sky, instantly summoning fiery red lightning bolts that struck the distant ground, carving out mini-craters.

’You did a good job... Now with the fire, Lightning, ice, and water Bloodlines, Lazarus will beco the strongest force in history,’ Christopher thought, a satisfied smile spreading across his face.

’Your plan on adding more bloodlines to your beast is superb... Making them even more powerful than their stages! Because of your action, Lazarus now has a combat strength of Lv12... I don’t know about Lucas.’ Tiamat replied telepathically.

BOOOOOM!

Lazarus shot into the air, its imnse body temporarily eclipsing the sun.

BOOOOM!!!!

"GRRRRRE!!"

"Is that?!"

Christopher took a step back as a 15-ter-tall tiger erged from the cave. Lucas’s white stripes had transford to red, and her fur was now pure white, matching her newly acquired wings. Two pristine white horns adorned her head.

"Master!"

Both Lucas and Lazarus declared in unison, bowing their massive heads to Christopher.

"Nice!!! Both of you entered the sky stage and also gained a Lv12 combat strength," Christopher exclaid, beaming. "Now I have three sky stage partners with Lv12 combat strength, and one Mythical stage beast with a Lv9 combat strength."

He glanced over his shoulder at Reaper.

’This wolf absorbed all the cores I gave him... It’s absorption process is even faster than mine,’ he mused.

"Okay guys," Christopher announced, addressing his beasts.

"With your boost in strength, nothing can touch you in Cordelia, but that doesn’t an there aren’t other beasts out there that can be a threat! We must continue to get stronger." He fixed his gaze on the three evolved beasts. "Three of you don’t have to use your second beast form anymore... From today onwards, show your strength and don’t hold back... We will see which bastard will stand before us and be arrogant."

The beasts nodded in understanding.

BEEP!!

The group turned to Advika, who pulled out her phone and answered the call.

"Sister! Where are you!! The academy competition will start in an hour!! Everyone is getting anxious! Both you and Chris are absent!!" Sylvia’s worried voice rang out from the other end.

"This?!" Advika looked at Christopher.

"We are already there," Christopher stated.

Advika looked around at their current surroundings, a quizzical eyebrow raised at his words, but she relayed the ssage anyway.

"We are already there... Just sit down and watch the show."

"Oh... Okay! I will let mum and Dad know, they are both here to watch your competition," Sylvia said, a hint of relief in her voice.

"How is Dad?"

"He is holding up good... Just co outside now!" Sylvia yelled.

"I will." Advika chuckled, disconnecting the call. She then turned to Christopher.

"How are we already in the academy?! That is more than 1,000 kiloters from here."

Christopher rubbed his ring, recalling all his beasts, then snapped his fingers.

WHOOSH!

Advika watched as water began to rise from the ground, slowly enveloping them.

"You might want to take those two inside," Christopher said, gesturing to Hellfire and Viki.

"Okay..." Advika rubbed the new ring Christopher had given her, and the two beasts transford into trails of light, disappearing into it.

At that mont, the water completely enveloped the two, and they vanished from the red zone.

[Vitality Academy Arena.]

"Welco everyone to the academy competition!!! I can see we have a lot of beautiful and handso faces here today!!!"

The announcer bood into the microphone, standing on a platform overlooking the expansive arena.

"As we can see! There are five teams here!! Each consisting of four teammates each!!!!" he yelled, gesturing towards the lush green field below.

"First!! The Guardian Academy!!!"

Everyone’s gaze fell upon the four figures standing together: Zack, and three other students from the Guardian Academy. These included Tony and Tori Felons, twins and the only children of the Felons family, known as the second strongest family in Cordelia. The last mber was Hunk, the largest in their group and also from a powerful family in Avalon. The four were clad in sleek silver uniforms with the emblem of their academy on it.

"This will be easy... The Guardian Academy always wins," Zack said, his gaze sweeping over the Vitality Academy teams, noting only Mariana and Mitchell.

"Are they sending only those two?" he asked in confusion.

"Hmph... Who cares," Tori scoffed, while the other two remained silent.

The announcer continued: "And as you can see... We have the team from the First Star Academy!! Rising from Vanilla Country!!!" he roared.

The First Star Academy team was uniformly dressed in black. Surprisingly, they were all girls. Their captain was Stella, accompanied by Josephine, Miriam, and Addison. All four wore cold expressions and exuded an air of clear arrogance.

"This year’s competition has so changes!!" The announcer turned to a middle-aged woman, bowing respectfully. "As the leaders of Baltimore have decided!! We will be having the other two countries joining in this year’s competition! And they will be sending two teams consisting of four students and also their strongest!!"

He announced, gesturing towards the two additional teams on the field. The audience instantly erupted in a frenzy.

"What?! Their strongest! Why?!"

"Yes! Isn’t that unfair?!!"

"This is cheating!!"

The announcer surveyed the agitated crowd and yelled.

"Calm down everyone!! Don’t you have faith in your teams! They might have the strongest in theirs, but do you think our teams will like to fight their weakest?!" he asked, his words laced with a subtle mockery.

The audience fell silent for a few seconds, then began to nod slowly.

"Yeah... He has a point."

"Their weakest will only be a novice tar... That battle will be boring."

"Yes... But if they sent their strongest, and that strongest gets defeated by our weakest, that will be good."

"What the hell are you saying?! The rules said only the freshn, do you think this year’s freshn are weak?! Look at the Guardian Academy team, the weakest there is an Elite level tar! Are they weak??"

"Now that you said it, that is why they made this rule in the first place."

Everyone continued murmuring among themselves.

"These bastards!" Vitality Academy’s dean spat, visibly annoyed.

"Now we know their reason for the rule," Monica, who sat beside him, stated.

"Hey... Dean Howard... I hope you aren’t upset about the rule?" the Dean of Guardian Academy asked with a fake smile, staring at Monica and her father.

"You!!" The dean was about to retort, but Monica stopped him by gently holding his wrist.

"Calm down, Father, we have Christopher," she said reassuringly.

"Oh yeah!! The young man whose beast can defeat a beast much higher than it! Co on, where is he?"

The Guardian Academy dean leaned forward, scrutinizing the field, and pointed at Mitchell.

"Is he the one?" he asked.

"You think I will tell you that?" Howard retorted.

"No... He can’t be the one, he is too weak... And, why do you have only two mbers? Where are the other two??" he pressed, turning back to Howard and Monica.
