Helen’s words made Thomas’s face slightly freeze.

"Edward, it’s not you who’s pregnant, you don’t understand, every pregnant woman’s tastes are different during pregnancy, but when I saw you so happy this morning, I couldn’t bear to disappoint you, so I forced myself to eat, but I really couldn’t take it."

She cried more and more sadly, "Now if I go downstairs, and feel nauseous at the table, they’ll say I’m doing it on purpose again. Edward, I’m really having a hard ti, boo hoo hoo~~~"

Thomas never expected it to be this situation. Watching Olivia cry so sadly, his guilt deepened, and he also harshly slapped himself ntally.

How could he still think his mother cared about him, cared about this child? He’s really a fool.

"Alright, if you don’t want to go down, then don’t. What do you want to eat? I’ll have them make it separately for you later."

Olivia nodded and ntioned a few dishes she loved, and Thomas went downstairs.

As he saw Thomas head downstairs, Olivia snorted coldly.

"Do you think a breakfast can buy my heart? You Smith Family treat like this, sooner or later I’ll make your family live in misery."

When Thomas went downstairs, the Smith Family had just sat down, and nobody asked when they saw him co alone.

The breakfast Evelyn ordered in the morning for Olivia was purely out of humanitarian concern. As for what Olivia and Thomas thought, she couldn’t be bothered.

However, that morning, Charles and Helen lendy had seen the guilt on Thomas’s face, and now seeing his cold face coming downstairs, clearly showing displeasure to everyone, they knew Olivia had been whispering in Thomas’s ear again.

Oh well, that woman won’t stay long in the Smith Family anyway, just see how long she can stir up trouble.

Thomas sat with a stern face and realized that no one asked about Olivia.

It seed Helen was right, her presence was not important at all, not even worth ntioning.

"Let’s eat."

Evelyn spoke, instructing the servants to serve the dishes.

At the dining table, Thomas held the chopsticks and deliberately knocked them against the plate, making loud noises to express his dissatisfaction.

No one spoke, directly ignoring him.

He made a fuss for a while, seeing everyone treating him indifferently, feeling both hateful and angry inside.

The dinner was soon over.

Thomas placed the chopsticks with a bang on the table and got up to head upstairs but was stopped by Edward, "Thomas."

Thomas subconsciously had so reverence mixed with fear towards his brother Edward.

Hearing Edward call him, he imdiately halted his steps.

Turning around, he saw Edward put down his chopsticks, standing up and said to him:

"Co out with , I have sothing to say to you."

After finishing, he stepped out of the dining room, and Thomas stood there, hesitated for a few seconds, but still followed.

In the yard, the cool breeze of early spring carried a hint of chill, calming so of the anger Thomas had in the hall.

"Brother, why are you looking for ?"

"I heard you asked Dad for the Smith Family’s shares this morning?"

Thomas was taken aback for a mont, then nodded.

"Olivia told you to ask?"

Thomas instinctively wanted to deny it but was directly interrupted by Edward, "Alright, you don’t need to defend her. Whether she is human or ghost, I know better than you."

Thomas kept a cold face without making a sound; he knew that no matter how much he defended, it would have no aning in front of Edward.
