Edward Smith threw a set of investigation materials left to him by Harry Hall that day onto the table in front of him and said:

"This investigation report was given to by Harry Hall. It shows that two years ago, you started keeping a close watch on his wife, Helen lendy. Is that correct?"

Upon hearing this, Night Hawk’s face showed a slight surprise, but he didn’t panic. He simply acknowledged truthfully:

"Yes."

"Why are you watching Helen lendy? What is her relationship with the Young Master, and why were you instructed to keep an eye on her?"

Edward Smith’s sharp gaze locked onto Night Hawk’s sowhat guilty brows. Since he had been caught, he had nothing to hide and replied:

"Young Master, watching Miss Helen was not an instruction from the Young Master."

Edward Smith didn’t say anything, rely raised an eyebrow at him to urge him to continue.

"It was the Young Mistress who borrowed from the Young Master. The Young Master instructed to follow the Young Mistress’s orders, so I did as instructed by the Young Mistress."

"The Young Mistress?"

Edward Smith’s eyes deepened, as suspicion long-hidden in his heart intensified.

"Why did Olivia Smith have you watch Helen lendy?"

Edward Smith’s voice sank.

Night Hawk hesitated for a mont, then spoke truthfully:

"The Young Mistress only asked to monitor Miss Helen and report regularly on her daily life. She didn’t instruct to do anything else."

Edward Smith showed no extra expression, rely said to him, "Continue."

"More than six months ago, the Young Mistress told I didn’t need to watch Miss Helen anymore."

"Did the Young Mistress give a reason?"

"No."

Night Hawk shook his head honestly, "I only follow the Young Mistress’s orders and dare not inquire into her private affairs."

Edward Smith looked at Night Hawk in silence for a long ti, knowing he couldn’t get the answers he wanted from him, so he didn’t push him further and waved him away.

Not long after Night Hawk left, a call ca in from Harry Hall.

A flash of light crossed Edward Smith’s eyes as he thought the DNA results must be out, and he quickly picked up the phone, "CEO Hall."

Hearing Harry Hall’s voice on the other end, Edward Smith felt a strange tension, even tightening his hand holding the phone.

On the phone, Harry Hall told Edward Smith the DNA test results.

The expected answer stirred a storm within Edward Smith’s heart.

This ant that his younger sister Olivia Smith at ho wasn’t his real sister but had been a false identity for over twenty years, a case of "stealing the nest."

Recalling Night Hawk’s earlier words, Olivia Smith had him monitor Helen lendy to achieve what purpose.

Did she already know she wasn’t the real Young Mistress of the Smith Family?

Thinking of this, Edward Smith’s eyes dropped several degrees in temperature, and a chilling cold glead from his deep eyes.

"Thank you, CEO Hall, for this great favor. I will clarify this matter with my father and mother."

After a while, Edward Smith cald down and thanked Harry Hall, who said a few words on the other end of the phone and was about to hang up when Edward Smith stopped him.

"CEO Hall."

Edward Smith’s eyes slowly overflowed with a touch of softness, "Could you let say a few words to my sister?"

On the other side, Harry Hall held the phone in silence for a mont but refused.

"Chief Smith, pardon my frankness, but there are too many doubts surrounding the whole thing. I do not trust anyone from the Smith Family. Even if the DNA results prove my wife is your sister, I do not wish for her to recognize you until all questions are resolved."
