Capítulo 1821: Chapter 1821: Sumr Hall Side Story (23)

Everyone in the Smith Family is highly intelligent, except for Olivia Smith, who had to rely on money to get into a regular university.

On the contrary, Helen lendy…

Edward Smith furrowed his brow.

Although genetics cannot determine everything, and geniuses can give birth to children with intellectual disabilities, there are too many coincidences right now, forcing him to think more.

Is it possible that his sister was really switched at birth back then?

——-This is Jennie’s separator——

“Harry Hall, you lied to , you lied to …”

Helen lendy’s voice seed suppressed, each word spoken in utter agony.

Tears flooded out from the corner of her eyes, and she clutched the sheet beneath her tightly. The next second, she suddenly opened her eyes wide.

Tears blurred her vision. She stared at the unfamiliar ceiling, dazed for a few seconds, before recalling where she was.

She had married Harry Hall, just yesterday.

From the bathroom, the sound of water could be heard; it should be Harry Hall taking a shower.

She glanced sideways at the empty spot beside her, which still retained his warmth; he hadn’t been up for long.

The morning sunlight shone in through the gap in the curtains, bathing the room generously.

She glanced up at the clock on the wall; it was almost eight o’clock.

Perhaps because she was still sleeping, Harry Hall moved very quietly, not even pulling open the curtains.

She supported herself with her hands to sit up in bed. Feeling her cheeks cold, she instinctively reached out to touch her face only to find it covered with tears.

Her actions paused for a mont as those familiar, heartbreaking images flooded her mind again.

Harry Hall sitting opposite a girl in a café, the girl using a tissue to wipe his mouth…

In her ear, there was another voice, belonging to Leanne Richards—

“My son is a man in the spotlight, and those who can match him, naturally, have the ability to help him. What do you have? You can’t help my son; you’ll have to rely on him for your entire life…”

“Look at these girls, which one can you compare to? Ask yourself honestly, what support can you provide to my son?”

“…”

This was a mory Helen lendy didn’t have, but she knew it must have happened at so point.

After losing her mory, she hadn’t heard any less of Leanne Richards’ sharp words, but because she didn’t care, she never thought she could really develop further with Harry Hall, so those words of Leanne, she counted as nothing.

Although she would be angry at first, hearing it enough tis, she treated it as garbage, both dirty and foul.

But now, those words had once again entered her mind, and recalling the fragnt repeatedly flashing in her mind, she felt an intense pain in her heart.

The face of the girl she saw outside the bridal shop that day overlapped once more with the images in her mind.

When Harry Hall finished showering and ca out of the bathroom, he saw Helen lendy sitting on the bed, lost in thought.

He walked over quickly, “Did I wake you up?”

He had a habit of running and exercising every morning, and coming back at this ti, he was afraid of waking her, so he hadn’t pulled open the curtains.

Even when taking a shower, he tried to be as quiet as possible, but still woke her up.

Harry Hall had a hint of apology in his eyes.

Helen lendy snapped back to reality, her gaze sowhat absent as she looked at Harry Hall, naturally not missing the apology in his eyes.

So feelings are felt with the heart, not by relying on so ambiguous fragnts.

Especially for those fragnts she could no longer rember, she didn’t want to use these fragnts to doubt Harry Hall’s sincerity and loyalty to her; it wouldn’t be fair to him either.
