Chapter 911: chanical Heart Core
This secret dungeon was never considered a guild’s campaign in Xu Feng’s books.
In other words, all the rewards and drops here didn’t fall into the category of requiring guild rit points for wanting certain items.
Xu Feng despised nepotism and refused to allow anyone to get an advantage within the guild due to their close relationship when it revolved around the guild’s campaign.
He would much rather prefer to reward those who were loyal and skillful, having earned their own set of Guild rit Points to exchange things for themselves.
Thus, even Carn was subjugated to the rule and required to use her own Guild rit Points to exchange for things in a guild’s campaign.
Of course, the guild’s campaign and being able to access the guild warehouse were two different matters. Hence, Carn was taken by surprise when her stingy Guild Leader would say 0 points.
“Hoh, I thought you would charge
high in rit points.” She teased and smoothly stored the items in her inventory.
Xu Feng spread his arms in response. “What can I say? This is a private matter and not a guild’s campaign.”
Carn gave him a aningful glance for a mont before nodding in agreent. She wasn’t going to be polite with him if that was the case.
Either way, her rit points were extrely high, so it didn’t even matter if she had to spend a few. Nobody within the guild could beat her in terms of rit points.
Well, there was still Crimson Heart who were constantly creeping up from behind.
After all, she might not have joined any guild’s campaign, but her crafting alone had provided a large amount of funds and fa for the guild.
Not all mbers were required to be talented in combat. And certainly, rit points were not earned through the campaign alone either.
There were still many channels in which a guild mber could earn rit points.
The question was whether they were willing to work for it or not.
Soti later, they moved on from the Epic Grade items as their eyes soon landed on the Legendary Grade items.
Without a doubt, the Legendary Grade items far exceeded those of Epic Grades.
“This Mark of the Unstable King ring is too good,” Carn exclaid as she picked up a ring.
Xu Feng checked the ring’s description and was intrigued by its unique effect.
Each critical hit increases spell power by 3% for 5 seconds, and it stacks up to 5 tis. Additionally, if the ring user also happened to stun or inflict any status ailnt to targets, it could also reduce all their skills cooldown by 2 seconds. There was also no limit to this particular effect.
“This ring… I suppose you want it.” Xu Feng didn’t even get to finish his sentence when he saw Carn directly equipping the ring.
“You’re not going to compete with , right?” After wearing it, Carn then asked him with a cautious tone.
“…”
You have already worn it on your finger? Was he supposed to argue or snatch it by stripping the ring off from your finger?
Why even bother asking?
“You can have the ring,” Xu Feng exhaled softly and said calmly. He wasn’t going to demand her to return it anyway. The ring was more useful for her anyway.
Carn simply flashed a cheeky smile in response. She then picked up a one-handed weapon and was surprised.
“Guild Leader.” She called out.
“What is it this ti?” Xu Feng raised an eyebrow. At first, he wondered if she had taken an interest in the one-handed weapon which resembled a blade.
However, his expression changed when he noticed the description. It was compatible with Mage classes.
“Eh?” Stunned, Xu Feng proceeded to read further.
Chainsaw King’s Spineblade. A physical and magical hybrid weapon. Its attacks have a chance to trigger Spine Ripper—a burst of multi-hit chain damage. Additional bonus effects would apply if used inside a domain.
“You also want this weapon?” He then raised the question.
“No,” she shook her head and handed the weapon over to him. “I was just surprised that it could be used by mage classes. It’s too heavy and I don’t fancy its effect.”
Nodding, Xu Feng didn’t find it weird. The abnormal attribute requirent to be able to handle the weapon was sothing else.
Soti later, most of the items were analyzed and collected, with only one that truly made Xu Feng pay heavy attention to them.
The chanical Heart Core!
“Is this another valuable crafting material?” Carn asked curiously. At a glance, she could already tell the item wasn’t complete.
“Yes and no,” Xu Feng responded, his mouth curling slightly up. “It’s not just another valuable crafting material, but a priceless material.”
No wonder there were no Mythic Grade items.
It wasn’t that his luck was terrible or anything. Instead, his luck was great thanks to Carn’s presence.
Although the chanical Heart Core was of Legendary Grade, this item was capable of producing sothing that could be on par with even the Artifact Grade. Artifact Grade was the highest rarity in the Divine World, and Xu Feng wasn’t exaggerating it.
So long as the materials he gathered were equivalent or similar in quality, he could produce a devastating battle puppet.
Yes, a battle puppet—one that could easily annihilate a whole city. Battle puppets were feared among players because there was a unique characteristic of it.
Battle puppets were immune to taunts!
Similar to most bosses who were immune to taunting, battle puppets only knew to follow the command of their owners.
As Xu Feng explained the usage of the battle puppet to Carn, the latter’s eyes bead in delight. Her expression was clearly showing a deep desire to own a battle puppet for herself.
“Guild Leader…” She suddenly wrapped her arm around him and said coyly.
“Absolutely not!” Xu Feng rolled his eyes. He could indulge her but regarding this battle puppet. There was no exception. Between him and Carn, the one who would benefit more was him.
“Tsk, I’ll call dibs on the second one then.” Carn clicked her tongue and declared.
