Capítulo 1384: Sunrise Inner City Part 1

Twilight Glades, Haven Wind Town

At the teleport platform, Xu Feng erged from the teleportation.

He had completed his business with Madam Ying for the mont, so now it was ti for him to move to the next stage.

‘With the Fragrance Tea obtained, I can finally start another large-scale dungeon raid for the Ethereal Stone.’ He thought to himself.

Because the dungeon he had in mind was extrely difficult for Tier 2 players, he was forced to stall for a better ti when everyone else got used to their classes and power.

However, that all changed with the Fragrance Tea, which imdiately boosted one’s attribute to nullify all the min-maxing monts.

Just at this mont, Xu Feng recalled his buddy who might still be struggling. Without hesitation, he promptly sent over a few Fragrance Teas to Zhao Kai.

Xu Feng was certain that he was definitely being chased and beaten down by monsters of a higher level than him.

After all, he had warned Lightning Blade and his team not just spoon-feed him the experience points.

Although being spoon-fed experience points helped decrease the ti spent, such an action would be detrintal to Zhao Kai.

Zhao Kai needed to understand the ga chanics and actively play a role to avoid being rusty or outplayed by others.

In the Divine World, levels don’t an much. Only the Tier does, and even when both sides are equal in Tier, the combat experience is the most important aspect.

“Phew, that should do it.” Xu Feng closed his ssage prompt once he transferred so Fragrance Tea to them.

He glanced at the sky and reckoned that most players were doing their best to manage the second major update.

So might have called him lazy for not rushing, but these people were the ignorant ones.

Who said rushing ahead was always the ideal choice?

Rushing without proper planning or utilities was just courting death!

“Ti to regain so of the lands nearby.” He murmured, staring at the vast land in Twilight Glades.

By now, most of the monsters here should have been cleared out.

In other words, expansion was now open for him to do, especially with the new Army Camp.

‘Let’s see the current elite teams in the guild…’ He opened the guild feature and was surprised to see the elite team mbers’ count had increased.

Upon seeing this, Xu Feng was once again reminded of why he needed to avoid giving Veronica a headache. She was truly the only one useful in the guild regarding the administration work.

Maybe it was ti for him to find her another helper.

But who could he trust?

Truth be told, his trust was very hard to earn.

If it wasn’t vouched for by soone he trusted already, then the chances of him trusting another were as low as 5%.

Just when he returned to the Town Hall, he was quickly approached by soone.

“Look who decided to show up after cornering .”

“Hmm?” Xu Feng turned around and spotted Jeanette. She was soone whom not many in the guild knew about, either.

After all, she held only a regular mber rank.

However, she enjoyed benefits almost akin to those of a Guild Captain due to her main profession: Alchemist.

“What’s the matter, my dearest Alchemist?” He smiled warmly and asked.

“Scram!” Jeanette’s face quickly frowned as she held a disgusted expression toward him. Out of everyone in the guild, she despised him the most.

If it weren’t for the fact that the Vanguard Guild was actually so harmonized, then she might have really questioned everyone in here.

Questioning them whether they also got forced or coerced by this despicable man into staying in the guild.

‘Hmph, this bastard really knows how to win people’s hearts!’ Jeanette sneered inwardly. She would definitely not fall for his sche regarding the great benefits that mbers could get from the guild.

“What’s with the coldness?” Xu Feng remained nonchalant at her angry response. It would be a miracle if she didn’t hold any grudge from his previous conduct.

In fact, he would have been imnsely scared if she suddenly acted cozy or friendly with him.

“Why do you care about my attitude?” Jeneatte rolled her eyes before darting left and right, seemingly trying to say that now was not a good place to discuss.

Xu Feng naturally picked up on that and suggested they head to his personal office.

Personal Office

Soti later, the two arrived at the office with Xu Feng gesturing for her to take a seat.

“No need, I won’t be here for long.” Jeanette flatly rejected the gesture and retrieved an abundant amount of potions.

“These are the latest inventions. Now I’ve finished my quotas, so don’t you dare bother

in the anti.” She continued and exited the office.

Based on her attitude, it was clear that she was drawing a distinct line with him. She would complete her assignnt, but she would never beco a part of his guild.

“How amusing.” Xu Feng wasn’t affected by her behavior as he grabbed one of the vials for inspection.

[Drop Loot X2: A potion when consud increases the drop loot rate by two tis!]

“As expected of the Inventor. Even sothing like this was possible at this stage already. Seriously, I’ll need to funnel more herbs and ingredients to her.” He chuckled in amusent.

Although his approach in roping Jeanette to the guild was immoral and even outright despicable, he had no regrets in doing so.

Just the fact that she could concoct the Drop Loot X2 potion already made everything worth it.

As for nding their relationship, Xu Feng refused to believe he couldn’t overwhelm her with unlimited resources.

After all, no one could ever resist having unlimited resources while providing barely any effort, except for doing the things they love.

“With these potions, I can really begin to tackle the dungeon Sunrise Inner City…” Xu Feng’s eyes narrowed in a cold light. Sunrise Inner City was an old ruin that dictated the past history and contained many ancient items.
