Chapter 1359: Aetheria Empire Part 6

As Xu Feng arrived in ti for the rescue, he didn’t hesitate to unleash his Origin Form and throw everything at the hound.

This particular hound was definitely not simple compared to the other hounds.

When he shielded Evelyn, he had detected the hound shift gears and changed to a penetrating attack.

This kind of fast change offense cannot be done if the summoned hound is by itself.

To simplify, the Tier 4 Summoner was currently controlling this hound to target them.

He had no intention of wasting ti and allowed this kind of threat to stick around.

In the blink of an eye, surges of Origin Power shrouded the hound. The hound’s movent was swift, and it attempted to dodge.

Unfortunately, its trajectory was ultimately predicted by Xu Feng.

’Hmph, I might not be Tier 4, but I have been there before.’ He sneered inwardly. He was Tier 2 at the mont, but his battle experience was far superior to his current Tier.

Despite the hound’s reaction to his offense, the pursuit ultimately lasted for only 3 seconds. Maybe if the Tier 4 Summoner was present, the situation would have been different.

However, there were no maybes or ifs. The Tier 4 Summoner made the blunder by thinking it was unparalleled in the Oracle Region.

Once the hound was cleanly dealt with, Evelyn attempted to speak with him.

"Not now," Xu Feng shook his head and brushed past her. He couldn’t afford to give the Tier 4 Summoner any ti or opportunity to take control of other hounds.

With his skills now exposed, it would be a pipe dream to think he could achieve a similar result.

Hence, he must make haste.

"Scatter across!" Xu Feng shouted at CarnageBound and the rest of the Malefic Order Guild people.

"Vanguard Guild Leader?" CarnageBound was startled. He was so occupied that he hadn’t detected his presence until now.

Nevertheless, he didn’t bother to question when Xu Feng had arrived. Instead, he obeyed the command and gestured for his n to scatter across.

A few seconds later, the hounds were in Xu Feng’s vision.

"You should all return to your owner now." He snickered coldly and bombarded the hounds with all his skills. The outco was naturally a dazzling gleam of lights that sparkled throughout the field.

The hounds’ health points depleted instantaneously.

"This is a healer’s damage?"

"Why do I feel like my class is useless?"

"Are we even fighting the sa enemies?"

Nearly all the DPS classes from the Malefic Order Guild received the shock of their lives.

Not only had they barely scratched the hounds, but they also struggled deeply to even land an attack on these swift hounds.

Yet Xu Feng, who was of the Healer class, had not simply landed his attacks on these fast hounds. Instead, he completely annihilated them in a matter of seconds.

"Good thing I’ve stopped provoking this demon..." CarnageBound murmured. He patted his chest softly and praised himself for knowing how to avoid any further conflicts.

However, it was at that mont that CarnageBound noticed a hound had secretly escaped the vicinity of the attack. The hound planned to pounce on Xu Feng.

"Watch out—" CarnageBound extended his hand, hoping to warn him of the danger.

But before he could fully warn, a surge of void power brushed past him.

Afterward, the hound that attempted to sneak attack imploded on the spot, covered in a dark purple void color.

Upon seeing the scene, CarnageBound swallowed a mouthful of saliva nervously.

He slowly turned around to check the person responsible for the attack.

As soon as he spotted them, he nearly staggered in place. Fear colored his eyes as he recalled their past events.

"V-Vangaurd Guild Commander Lunar Wraith." CarnageBound stutteringly said.

mories of the past regarding Dawnshire City, where he had gotten Lunar Wraith killed, resurfaced.

In the past, Lunar Wraith was indeed soone easy to kill. But the current Lunar Wraith had already beco a legend in the Divine World to most players.

There were even instances where he would occasionally be insulted and criticized by other players when they discovered his actions against their demoness goddess.

"Oh, it’s you." Carn dusted off so dirt on her clothes and glanced at CarnageBound when she heard her in-ga na being called. It took her less than a second to rember him.

After all, he was responsible for her death during the Colossus’ siege.

She died unfairly because she couldn’t even focus on the battle entirely when there were multiple other factors.

"We should have a duel." She coolly said and rushed to Xu Feng’s aide.

While her intent to duel was to test her current ability as opposed to the past, CarnageBound misunderstood it as a call for revenge.

’Crap... she’s going to co after .’ CarnageBound’s body shivered.

"Good luck, Captain."

"We pray for your safe return."

"Try not to get too beaten up."

It also didn’t help when CarnageBound’s subordinates all offered their sympathy and condolences.

Many players in the Divine World had a common saying.

It was better to offend the demon king than to offend the Demoness.

Because the demon king couldn’t possibly harm them in the real world, but the Demoness was different.

Her fanbase alone in the real world could literally drown them to death.

"You’ve rushed too fast." Naturally, none of those mattered to Carn, who chided lightly on Xu Feng’s actions.

"My bad." Xu Feng chuckled softly and cleaned up the remaining battlefield.

Luckily, Carn had arrived in ti. Otherwise, that hound, which was about to sneak-attack him, would have caused a disaster.

’That Tier 4 Summoner still managed to break free and gain control of a hound in the end.’ He tried to prevent the situation, but was still a bit too late.

The enemy’s reaction and response ti was no joke.

"Guild Leader Lin Feng, thanks for your assistance." Evelyn approached him and thanked him.

She was about to go on and introduce the NPC she was protecting until Xu Feng halted her.

"Now’s not the ti to converse. We need to leave the vicinity."
