Chapter 1261: Origin Trial 2.0 Part 6

“He ran to the dical Sector!”

“Quickly chase after him! The dical Division contained lots of important supplies!”

“We have permission to shoot to kill! Ensure this traitor cannot do any more harm to our Battleship Lux!”

Multiple voices resounded throughout the battleship, with every mber giving chase to Xu Feng.

One could say the whole battleship had gone into an ergency alert for a re trainee.

Many supervisors were secretly displeased by the large commotion.

“What’s with the Commander utilizing so many mbers to capture a single trainee?” Supervisor Harvey frowned deeply. Because he had close ties with Aera and even interacted with Michael, he was certain that there was a major misunderstanding.

Moreover, he suppressed his internal anger at the constant replay of the death scene of Aera.

‘The Commander has gone mad!’ Harvey ca to this conclusion, but dared not voice his actual thoughts aloud. The only thing he could do was sow discord and try to speak in a subtle manner to the other Supervisors in the room about this exaggerated action.

Luckily, Trainee Michael had gone into the dical Sector.

As the Supervisor in charge of the dical Division, Harvey discreetly manipulated so of the surveillance caras to ensure Micahel could hide himself well.

‘This is the best I can offer to support you, Trainee Michael. Please don’t disappoint .’ Harvey refused to believe Aera would betray the Battleship Lux.

For her to entrust everything to a trainee, Harvey promised to try his best to honor Aera’s last wish.

While Harvey continued to discuss with the other Supervisors regarding the action, the person in the spotlight was currently hiding in Aera’s personal room.

‘Aera handed

her card key, so I must make haste.’ Xu Feng panted heavily and browsed through Aera’s room.

He didn’t get the chance to enter here previously because of the ti constraint.

As he glanced through her room, his expression turned sowhat bitter.

“Although you may be an NPC generated by the System for the first trial, I thank you for your sacrifice.” He gave a deep bow in respect to her courageous and firm determination.

After the bow was completed, he began to search through the room for relevant data and equipnt.

“Nice, this tablet controls sectors in the battleship.” He quickly discovered a backup tablet from Aera’s drawer.

He opened the tablet and was relieved that it was still functioning. It appeared that the compromised Commander didn’t necessarily have all the mories revolving around the battleship.

Otherwise, they wouldn’t have allowed such a mistake to occur.

With the tablet in hand, things would beco easier for Xu Feng to navigate the inside of the ship.

Soti later, Xu Feng finished collecting all valuable equipnt and relevant data.

“The laboratory is located on the B3 level. The clearance level needed to be on the Supervisor level.” He pursed his lips and frowned.

Unlike the robot facility, in which only the robots were present to secure the periter, the basent B3 level had actual guards on standby.

Without the proper clearance level, even just stumbling there by accident would result in imdiate detainnt, followed by an extensive investigation of their ‘accidental’ presence.

‘What to do…’

He needed to enter the laboratory to conduct a cure to eradicate the parasite.

In the first origin trial, he gathered the necessary materials and ingredients already.

Now, all he needed to do was repeatedly experint on the properties and control of the amount of ingredients to synthesize a cure.

Just when he wondered how he could get the clearance level access, the tablet suddenly vibrated.

Startled, Xu Feng thought it was Aera’s spirit returning.

“Please don’t kill , Aera.” He hurriedly raised the tablet up and shouted.

However, all he received was dead air. It was completely silent, and it seed like he had overthought that the System might pull out so random revival bullshit.

He patted his chest a few tis and glanced at the tablet.

Supervisor Harvey: Are you Trainee Michael? To be able to access Aera’s tablet ant you were soone she trusted.

Supervisor Harvey: I know you might not trust

with the current circumstances, but this is my Clearance Level Access Code.

Supervisor Harvey: I don’t know what you’re up to exactly, but I will assist you in avenging Aera. I treat her as my niece…

As if afraid that wasn’t enough, Harvey proceeded to drop multiple pictures between the two.

The picture wasn’t intimate, but Xu Feng could discern that it was a relationship between families.

After all, he also wanted a family back then and saw multiple types of similar pictures with warm eyes directed at the person next to them.

‘Seems like this is the cheat code to grant

access to the laboratory.’ Xu Feng reckoned this was a System guidance to ensure he wouldn’t be stun locked.

If Xu Feng was truly forced to be alone and attempt to clear the trial in a single run, then it would be impossible to achieve.

Supervisor Harvey: I’ll have the surveillance cara temporarily disabled in the next 5 minutes. Take good use of this ti and flee from the dical Sector. There are too many people surrounding it.

Reading the ssage, Xu Feng clenched his fist and understood this was the ti limit.

As long as he succeeded in escaping within the ti fra and made his way to the laboratory, then he would still be in the trial. Otherwise, he was destined to fail the Origin Trial 2.0 and be forced to restart or even lose his chance to advance his tier for a certain ti.

“It’s do or die anyway.” Xu Feng shut his eyes to regulate his emotions. By the ti he reopened them, he donned the disguise of Mike once again and waited for the surveillance caras to be disabled.

The disabling was utilized under Supervisor Harvey’s authority, aning that he would sooner or later be caught by the compromised Commander.

In other words, even the Clearance Level Access Code Xu Feng had just received would beco useless if he stalled for too long.
