Reincarnated with an SSS-rank Tamer System: My Harem of Villainesses Chapter 17 – Layla’s Gift Part 1
The next day, Adam was once again in the training room, going all out on the exercises that had already beco routine for him over the past few weeks.
Ravenna was, as always, standing off to the side of the room, waiting patiently. She had prepared a damp towel and water for when he needed a break.
Adam was executing a series of movents with the sword while his mind wandered to completely different matters.
’A harem of villainesses...’ he thought while blocking an imaginary strike and counterattacking with a quick thrust. ’Twenty won. How the hell am I supposed to handle that?’
The idea still seed ridiculous to him no matter how many tis he went over it in his head. Twenty won, not thirteen, not five, but twenty damn won that he had to conquer according to the system.
He repeated that in his mind several tis while shifting his stance and executing a horizontal slash. ’Twenty villainesses...’
[Tar System]
[You’ve never been with more than one woman at the sa ti?]
The system’s tone was almost ironic, as if it were tired of hearing the sa complaint over and over again.
Adam ca to a sudden stop and frowned with clear offense at the question. ’Of course I have. Who do you think I am?’
[Then what’s the problem?]
’That it was like three, no more.’ Adam replied while resuming his sword movents, this ti with more force than necessary. ’Not twenty damn won. How am I supposed to handle that without going insane?’
[First of all, I never asked you to have sex with all twenty at once... that’s your perverted mind jumping to conclusions]
’It’s not perverted, it’s logical.’ Adam shot back irritably. ’If I have to conquer them all, eventually we’ll reach that point.’
[Eventually, yes. But that doesn’t an you have to do... what do they call it? An orgy?]
Adam nearly tripped over his own feet at that. ’Did you seriously just say that?’
[I’m just saying you can take it slow, one at a ti, build genuine relationships, you know... normal]
’None of this is normal’
He thought in annoyance, leaving the wooden sword on the rack and wiping the sweat from his forehead with the back of his hand.
[Well, speaking of sothing else. Since I gave you an entirely free level, it’s ti for you to complete an easy mission]
At that, Adam raised an eyebrow as he walked toward the water Ravenna had left prepared. ’What kind of mission?’
At that mont, the system displayed the mission:
[Tar System]
[Mission: Bathe without complaints]
[Reward: 10 XP]
Adam blinked several tis as he read the ssage, trying to process whether the system was being serious or simply mocking him.
’What...?’
But before he could finish, he heard movent at the entrance of the room.
When he turned his head in that direction, he saw his sister Layla standing beside Ravenna.
Apparently, she had said sothing to Ravenna in a low voice that Adam couldn’t hear from where he was. Ravenna bowed before quickly leaving the room, leaving them alone.
Layla walked toward him with a calm smile on her face, while Adam watched her with so confusion.
"Adam." She greeted him in a cordial tone.
"Layla," he replied simply before taking a drink of water. "What did you ask Ravenna to do?"
But Layla waved her hand, brushing the matter aside. "I just asked your maid for sothing, and it was to clean sothing that would take her about two hours, nothing more."
At that, Adam frowned. He didn’t like soone giving orders to Ravenna without consulting him first, but in the end he only nodded, begrudgingly accepting the explanation. "And what are you doing here?"
According to the original Adam’s mories, he and Layla were not particularly close. They got along well, yes, but in the sense that they didn’t actively hate each other like with so of his other siblings, though they didn’t spend much ti together either.
"Your fight against Dorian surprised ." Layla admitted while smiling at him. "I ca to congratulate you for that, not many can last more than ten minutes against him."
Adam looked at her for a mont before shrugging. "I didn’t win."
"But you didn’t die either." She pointed out with an amused smile. "That counts as a victory in my book."
After that, they talked for a few more minutes about the fight and about the academy Adam would attend in two days. The conversation was relatively casual, though Adam could feel that there was sothing more behind her visit.
Finally, just before Layla left, she stopped at the entrance and looked back with that enigmatic smile.
"By the way, I left you a gift." She said calmly. "It would be rude to reject it."
And without giving any further explanation, she left, leaving Adam completely confused.
’A gift?’ he thought while staring at the door through which his sister had disappeared. "What kind of...?"
He didn’t have ti to finish because Layla was already too far away for him to ask.

After finishing his training and seeing that Ravenna still hadn’t returned, he decided to go bathe on his own. Normally, she would be there to help him with bathing matters, but two hours was a long ti to wait when he was covered in sweat.
He walked through the mansion’s hallways until he reached the bathroom. He opened the door expecting to find the place empty, as always.
But it wasn’t.
There were two won inside.
Adam froze completely at the entrance while processing what he was seeing.
They were two beastwon, that was obvious from the ears and animal tails they possessed. One appeared to have feline traits, with black cat ears and a long tail that swayed slowly behind her.
The other had fox-like characteristics, with reddish, pointed ears.
Both appeared to be around his age, maybe nineteen or twenty at most.
And both were extrely attractive.
And their clothing... it was a stretch to say they were wearing anything, because in the end almost everything was visible.
Both of them looked at him at the sa ti with a playful smile that Adam recognized instantly.
"Young Adam." Said the one with cat ears in a soft tone. "Your sister Layla sent us to assist you with your bath."
That was the mont everything clicked in his mind.
The system’s mission: "Bathe without complaints."
His sister Layla’s comnt: "I left you a gift. It would be rude to reject it."
’That bitch...’ Adam thought.
