"So... what your basically saying is, my body has beco 3D while my Soul remains 4d?"
[Yes. But even then, its not that simple. While your body is within the paraters, we still need to make sure that your existence isn’t causing disruption. Thus, your body, that interacts with the physicality of this dinsion, will have to beco an Axis for for everything to follow properly.]
"What about the soul? ... I an, won’t it cause so problem? Even if it’s taphysical stuff?"
[No. Because the [Essence of a Higher Being] is inside your body. It doesn’t affect the physical world much. Unless you can make it interact with the physical work so how.]
The World Spirit said resignation. Alex felt it was enough questioning now. Its better to be done quickly.
"I understand your explanation. So? What kind of Bloodline am I getting"
He asked. Feeling a bit excited. He maybe finally able to do all the cool things others does. But he didn’t her his hopes up much. He still wasn’t sure what did she ant by Axis. Although the premise of Bloodline sounded safe, the word Axis is bothering him.
’Am I really going to be turned into so kind of machine trapped in a place and destined to suffer for eternity?’
He couldn’t help but feel a bit sad but on the second thought, it didn’t matter. He didn’t have anything to care for anymore.
’But what is this reluctance?’
But there was this silent pull inside his chest that is making him feel difficult. But he shook it off. Not like he can do anything anyway if what he thinks will happen to him.
[...As much as the universe and I wish for you to be integrated with fate, that us not possible. It is strong strong enough to hold or mold when needed... Thus... the universe is forced to chose Causality as an option...]
The World Spirit said with irritation, reluctance and resignation evident in her voice. From that, Alex understood that he will likely nor be made into sothing he is fearing. Which is a great relief.
[Sigh... then let us begin. Do you have anymore questions?]
World Spirit sighed and said. Alex thought for a mont before he asked,
"What’s the na of the Bloodline? And why-... nevermind I have no question."
Alex retracted his question because he felt it was aningless as he would know later anyway.
’Let’s just be done and see what happens to .’
He thought as he slowly stood up from the white floor. The floor was smooth to touch, and felt warm in a way that made even the most vagilant let their guards down.
[Very well. The seed is already inside you. The Bloodline will just activate and beco dormant. And you can actively use its power there after. In the processof awakening, do not faint. That will cause problems in ways that is unforeseeable.]
Alex nodded heavily. He realised just how much his existence was a threat to a lower dinsion. Making him feel guilty and helpless at the sa ti. But with these feeling, ca a different kind of realisation.
’The Behavioural Modification Chip really is off... huh... almost forgot how it feels to think freely. Doesn’t feel bad at all.’
A sense on freedom blood inside his chest, as well as a surging wave of heat.
’Wait, heat?’
Before Alec could process further, extre pain assaulted his nervous system. Sending danger signals to his brains about the anomaly taking place in the heart.
Alex clutched his chest in pain. His breath hitched as he gritted his teeth, trying not to scream. His eyes bloodshot. He knelt on the ground. Unable to stand because his muscles felt like they were clutching inwards.
Intense pain in his heart made it hard for him to breath. Sweat appearing all over his body.
Inside his heart felt like a ball of lava just ca into existence out of nowhere. His heart beating faster and faster. So much so that the rhythm beca asymtric and his heart tried to convulse. Expanding and contracting unnaturally before it pushed out a wave of blazing hot liquid through his aorta and spread into his body through his artery.
The liquid travelled in a slow and painful manner. Like a pebble is proving inside his artery. His artery bulged from the volu. Glowing slightly as his whole bodies artery beca visible. Cosmic gradient colour faintly pulsing under his skin.
The liquid surged through his arteries, reaching the very tips of his fingers before reversing course. As it flooded back through his veins, the vessels strained and bulged against his skin, looking as though they might burst.
A cycle was created. The liquid seed still, but light pushed occasionally.
But Alex’s suffering wasn’t over. The pain still continue. Not increasing or decreasing. A suffocating silence filled inside his head. He couldn’t move, couldn’t think straight. Only intense, mind numbing pain.
Suddenly, another wave of wave hit as the liquid seed to he sipping into his flesh and bones. His body started to quivere unnaturally before his limbs started to detach themselves.
The limbs fell and green toxin like liquid started sproute out of his body. His chest and back skin ripped open and many tal pieces fell out. Massive amount of green toxin like liquid sprouted from his body. Flooding the ground. Steam rising from them.
Alex’s face convulsed as well. His skin ripped and parts fell, his eyes fell out of his eye socket. All the hair in his head fell, the back of his skull cracked and a chip flew out along with another rwave of the sa liquid.
After a while, the liquid stopped coming out of his body. There was no limbs on Alex’s body. His whole body looked torn and dissected. His chest and back open while. Eye socket empty, no hair on his body.
Despite all that, he still stayed in the sa position. The cosmic gradient colored liquid extending out of his body were suspended in the air in form of human nervous system.
It started pulsed softly. Each te, a faint outline beca more and more apparent with each pulse.
The scenery behind Alex also started to change. Alex appeared back into the balcony in the sa crouched position with out the wastes around him.
The moon hung in the sky. Stars twinkling. The world seed quite. And eerie. Like it was holding its breath.
The sky seed to he still, until it wasn’t. It started to move. Slowly at first. Before it started to spin backwards. The moon went backwards. And the sun ca out. The sun set and the much ca out.
The cycle of day and night starter to revese. And the speed kept increasing. Alex’s position changed as well. As if he was being dragged through the space.
He appeared in the Alexander The Great Hall. The people were moving backwards very fast. Their movent blurring before his position changed again. And again.
Sun and moon cycled in the sky, Alex was dragged through space before everything abruptly stopped.
The pain stopped. The cycle stopped and settled I to day.
Alex felt scorching heat on his back. His breathing was rapid. Confused, he brought up his head, the first thing he noticed that he was inside a small creator. A sense of deja vu creeped in. He slowly stood up. And felt the slight awkwardness yet familiarity on his mont. He looked at his hand. It was slander. Pale white skin saring under the sun. He felt shorter. His body less bulkier.
He touched his face, it was the sa. Alex walked out of the creator and a familiar sight of a desert filled his vision.
The wind blew and carried the sand. Distant mountains stood tall. Confusion filled his mind.
He instinctively scratched his hair in confusion and his eyes widened. Instead of that fake feeling whenever he touched his hair before, now it felt real. Natural part of his body. His eyes moved without any dissonance and discomfort.
He pulled a strand of his hair in front of his eyes and confird his suspension. His hair was black instead of
"I- This-oh. Guess the Bloodline remade my body. Cool."
[Correct.]
"Woah! You’re still here?"
Suddenly, the voice of the World Spirit rang inside his head again. Alex felt a bit alienated. Wasn’t their previous encounter supposed to be the last one according to the tropes?
"... You don’t play play play rules as well, huh World Spirit."
[What?]
"Nothing. Soooo... where am I?"
Alex said looking around. Though he already knew the answer in his heart. But he still wanted confirm it.
[You have been regressed to the mont you ca into this world.]
The response made Alex sigh instantly.
