Ben's heart was stunned in fear, his mind was completely blanked out. He did not even know what to do now, why he even allowed this battle to happen.

In the next few seconds, Freya's body fell loose as she slowly fell asleep, along with the purple flas surrounding them.

"Are you guys alright?"

Ben heard a concerning voice from behind him, just when he turned around to face the voice, he found out that it was none other than Alex, who was using so kind of artifact in his hand which was absorbing all the flas around.

"Yes I am fine, but Freya is unconscious due to heat," Ben answered, standing up as he picked the silver-haired girl on his back.

"I am sorry, it's our fault. Ray always goes overboard when it cos to battles, I should have been more careful with this." Alex said with a genuinely apologetic expression as he turned off the pot-like artifact in his hand.

"No... it's actually...she was the one who started first," Ben said with a sigh. In the beginning, all he wanted to do was punch Ray in the stomach until his guts ca out, but thinking again it was also a mistake on his side to let Freya fight Ray.

"It took a while to get this from the storage room, but as long as it worked out," Alex said, looking at the brown clay pot in his hands. Judging by looks it was just a normal clay pot but how the blasts and fire from earlier were all absorbed by this pot, this was magical equipnt.

"Well, don't worry, as long as everyone is fine. By the way...I never expected Ray to be this strong." Ben said, trying to change the topic and step out of the awkward conversation.

"Ray is strong? Bruh...you have gotta be kidding ." Alex chuckled as if he heard a joke or sothing.

"That will take more than 3 hours, though, don't you think you should let Freya rest in here?" Alex asked, feeling a little disappointed, thinking that Ben now has trust issues thanks to him.
