Kartora stood in place, her gaze, along with Karlbira’s, fixed on Daniel’s back. In that mont, there was a flicker of light in their eyes.
Had it not been for Daniel’s sudden appearance, they would have surely t their end here. It was his arrival that had saved them.
"Lord Crossbridge, you are truly powerful!" Kartora couldn’t help but quietly marvel, while Karlbira, beside her, had already thrown herself into Daniel’s embrace.
"Lord Crossbridge, thank you for saving us."
Daniel hesitated for a mont, then gently embraced Karlbira as well. He couldn’t help but reflect on how strange Ti River was.
For him, it felt like he had gone through so much during his ti away. But for Kartora and her sister, it had only been a mont since he left.
But no matter what, the outco was good for now. He had successfully rescued the Kartora sisters.
Taking a deep breath, Daniel looked at Kartora and said, "Kartora, I need to ask you sothing. Do you have a way to send to the ti after Luna’s birth, preferably not too long from now?"
The reason Daniel made this request was entirely because of the hint he had gotten from the "Kartora" he had seen earlier.
If he wanted to change the future’s fate, there were so things that only he could do personally. The first step was to make so arrangents for the newly born Luna. The original Daniel had missed the ti when Luna was born.
Kartora, upon hearing Daniel’s request, nodded solemnly.
"No problem."
"As long as it doesn’t violate the paradoxes of ti."
Daniel nodded in response, then seed to recall sothing and spoke again.
"Kartora, have you ever thought that your power might be far greater than you realize? It’s just that right now, you haven’t truly sensed your own strength."
"If one day in the future, you awaken your mories and your power, will you...?"
Daniel trailed off. So things really didn’t need to be said, as they hadn’t happened yet, and speaking of them would make no difference.
Kartora, on the other hand, seed to have guessed sothing, and a gentle smile appeared on her face.
"Lord Crossbridge, it seems you don’t fully understand . As a god of the Ti Domain, how could I not be aware of my own uniqueness? I believe when I beco the only god-ranked being in the Ti Domain, it will an that I have beco a true god, don’t you think?"
"To be honest, I already have so idea about my powers and how to increase them. But I can assure you that no matter what happens, I will always be —the Kartora you know."
Kartora said this with a serious look, her gaze fixed firmly on Daniel’s face.
Seeing this, Daniel secretly let out a sigh of relief. The Ti Domain was indeed incredibly powerful, but it was also very troubleso.
"Kartora, I think you and Karlbira no longer need to rge. I’ve already figured out a way to turn you both into gods. Of course, I’m not yet fully certain about this thod."
For Kartora, she had always been pursuing the path to becoming a true god, but deep down, there was also a sense of fear that occasionally surfaced. As ti passed, this fear only grew stronger.
But no matter what, becoming a god was Kartora’s goal, and to beco the god of the Ti Domain, she needed to awaken the "forgotten" powers within her.
Kartora looked at Daniel again, her eyes filled with determination.
"I understand, Lord Crossbridge. Then I entrust everything to you!"
"Whatever we need to do next, I will fully cooperate with you."
Kartora trusted Daniel completely. Beyond their mutual affection, she had absolute faith in him.
After confirming Kartora’s decision, Daniel turned his gaze to Karlbira.
"Karlbira, what are your plans?"
Upon hearing Daniel’s question, Karlbira fell into a dazed state. She was uncertain, not knowing what she should do.
"Maybe... maybe I should return to the ti and space that belongs to ? But..."
"Forget it, I think it’s ti for to leave. Farewell, my sister. And... Lord Crossbridge!"
With that, Karlbira attempted to leave.
But Daniel stepped forward and stopped her.
"Returning to your ti and space is the safest choice for you now. But I hope you can leave a way for us to stay in touch. After all, we are friends, aren’t we?"
Karlbira was slightly stunned, and a glimr of light passed through her eyes.
She thought for a mont, then took a strand of her long hair, tied it, and handed it to Daniel.
"If you wish to see , this will guide you to ."
Daniel nodded, gave Karlbira a big hug, and then watched her step into the portal.
anwhile, Kartora also summoned another portal. She looked at Daniel, then spoke in a serious tone:
"I believe the ti for our action has co."
"Indeed, then let’s wish us a smooth journey ahead!" Daniel replied.
...
Daniel did not follow Kartora or Karlbira as they departed.
He stood by Ti River, taking a leisurely stroll along the river’s surface.
Daniel’s pace wasn’t particularly fast, and as he moved upstream against the current of Ti River, it felt more like a casual stroll.
But during this leisurely walk, he was able to clearly observe what had happened in the world over the past several thousand years.
Before he knew it, he arrived at a familiar ti and space.
When he saw "himself" trying his best to purify the entire Land of Origin, Daniel suddenly felt a sense of disorientation.
It had only been a few days since this event happened, but now it felt as if it had been an eternity.
At that mont, Daniel noticed that Luna had been ambushed.
But unlike the previous ti, when everything had been chaotic, Daniel acted decisively this ti.
He didn’t even need to raise his hand fully—just a single finger, and all threats vanished into nothingness.
This overwhelming sense of terror even made Luna, who was severely wounded, furrow her brows slightly.
At the sa ti, a powerful force radiated throughout the entire Land of Origin.
At this mont, countless demigods and Fake Gods found themselves in a state of extre anxiety!
