Daniel was deep in thought, his mind constantly running through calculations and simulations.
At the sa ti, he was using ntal Deduction to make comprehensive predictions.
What he needed to do now was find a way to join the war between the gods and figure out how to kill one of them.
Only by achieving this would he truly ascend to the rank of a demigod.
The difficulty of this task was, as expected, extrely high.
Originally, Daniel thought that after improving his luck points, subsequent tasks would be easier, perhaps even on an easy mode.
But the [Ultimate Trial] was proving to be nearly impossible!
Despite this, Daniel had no intention of giving up. Instead, he shifted his focus to the core area of the Godfall Battlefield.
The gods he was familiar with were currently stationed there, defending against the invasion from the inner gods.
Although Daniel knew about this place, he had never been there before.
But now that he had such a task, it seed like the perfect opportunity to check it out!
Daniel’s current plan was to deal with one of the gods from the Ancient God Pantheon, but the situation at the battlefield didn’t seem very promising.
Simply defending passively was already stretching the limits for Faer and Luke.
A counterattack seed like an almost impossible task.
So... what they needed was more god-tier combat power!
But given the circumstances, the closest to a god at the mont seed to be...
Daniel paused for a mont, then locked onto the perfect candidate.
Yes, it was Isabella!
Isabella was already at the peak of the Demigod Rank, and she was just one step away from becoming a true god.
So what Daniel needed to do now was find a way to help her ascend to true godhood.
With this thought in mind, Daniel’s body flashed, and he appeared right in front of Isabella.
At that mont, Isabella was enjoying a relaxing bath.
Upon seeing Daniel’s sudden appearance, Isabella froze for a second, then a faint blush appeared on her cheeks.
However, she made no attempt to cover herself and instead looked at Daniel with her large, doe-like eyes, sparkling with curiosity.
"Little brother, have you finally figured it out?"
"If you don’t mind, would you like to join in a bath?"
Hearing this, Daniel’s mouth twitched slightly. He turned his back to Isabella, facing away from her.
"I... I really didn’t an to intrude."
After saying that, he took a bottle of homade soda from his spatial pouch.
Using his mind power, he levitated the bottle and offered it to Isabella.
"Try this, I think you’ll like the taste."
Isabella, slightly stunned, took a sip of the drink, and imdiately a look of mild comfort appeared on her face.
"I didn’t expect you to have such a nice drink hidden away, little brother!"
"This tastes amazing, but why haven’t I ever tried this before?"
"Also, you really won’t join for a bath? The water temperature is perfect!"
Daniel shook his head, not wanting to continue the conversation. After all, this situation was entirely his fault.
Although they were already very familiar with each other, and had seen each other’s bodies, Isabella’s suggestion still left him feeling awkward.
Despite their closeness, Daniel wasn’t willing to fall into her trap.
Isabella, seeing Daniel ignore her, let out a helpless sigh.
"Alright, alright, you’re really cold-hearted, little brother!"
"I’ve been so forward, and yet you won’t give a chance?"
"You really have a heart of stone. So tell , why did you co to see ? You didn’t just co here to admire my beautiful body, did you?"
"Cough, cough, not at all!"
Daniel coughed loudly and then slowly spoke,
"Do you rember anything about Elizabeth?"
When Isabella heard her sister’s na, her expression subtly shifted to one of seriousness.
But the next mont, she regained her usual playful smile and looked at Daniel.
"Little brother, do you have feelings for my sister too?"
"Wow, you’re really a greedy one, huh? But I like it!"
Daniel ignored Isabella’s teasing and continued asking,
"So, do you have anything to add about your sister?"
Isabella shook her head and then, with a bit of flirtation and longing in her eyes, looked at Daniel.
"Little brother, I’ve actually been hoping to ask for your help, but you’ve been so busy, I never had the right opportunity."
"But before that, can you tell where you t my sister?"
Daniel didn’t hesitate to answer and spoke directly,
"I first t your sister in the Desire Abyss. You should have so mory of that place, right?"
Isabella froze for a mont, then her face took on a peculiar expression.
"So, when I was born, you were also there?"
"Now it makes sense! I knew it! With my sister’s weak strength, how could she have possibly reached the deepest part of the Desire Abyss?"
"If it was you helping, everything falls into place!"
"I guess the reason you’re immune to is because you’ve seen all of , huh?"
"Well, well, little brother, your true intentions are exposed! I knew it all along!"
"Actually, I don’t have much of an issue with that. But as for my sister, you’ll have to work hard for that! She’s a very conservative girl, so she probably won’t give in so easily."
"Of course, you don’t need to worry too much, because I’ll definitely help you as much as I can!"
"Stop, stop, stop!"
Daniel couldn’t hold it in any longer and spat out the soda in surprise.
He was truly at his wit’s end with Isabella.
What on earth was going on in her head?
However...
Isabella and Elizabeth, the two sisters, certainly made for an interesting pair... cough, cough!
Daniel, oh Daniel, what are you thinking about again?
Daniel shook his head and cleared his thoughts.
Then, calming himself, he spoke in a very neutral tone,
"Actually... it was just an accident."
"So, little brother, what do you need my help with?"
"Surely it’s not to win my sister’s heart, is it?"
