The Puppet Kartora seed to sense Daniel’s vigilance, and with a smile, she casually remarked:
"You’re still as cautious as ever, Lord Daniel."
"However... could you return to the ti and space where we last t?"
Daniel hesitated for a mont, then nodded and agreed.
After all, he could sense that Puppet Kartora’s control over ti far surpassed his own. He was rely using God Rank Skills to enter different tilines, but it was clear that she had an in-depth understanding of the ti domain!
If she really was Kartora, then everything would make sense. After all, it was perfectly normal for a god who controlled the ti domain to be more powerful than him.
However, there was another important reason: right now, Daniel had no way of escaping from her.
With this in mind, Daniel began formulating his thoughts.
"Alright, I agree," he said.
...
In the next mont, Daniel once again used Ti Stream, and the tiline shifted once more.
When Daniel opened his eyes, the first thing he saw was the massive formation in front of him.
At that mont, he hadn’t yet opened the portal to Backworld.
And once again, Puppet Kartora stood before him.
"So... what exactly happened?"
"Lord Crossbridge, please don’t enter Backworld. Because... you will really die!"
Upon hearing her words, Daniel’s expression didn’t change in the slightest. But in his mind, he began reviewing his Star Upgrade Quest.
At the mont, he had already accepted the third stage of the Star Upgrade Quest, and one of the objectives of this task was to enter Backworld.
That was why, after opening the portal, Daniel had chosen to enter Backworld.
But to his surprise, Puppet Kartora had actively stopped him.
"So, what is going on?" Daniel thought about his possible death, but he was even more curious about the cause of it.
anwhile, Puppet Kartora deeply "looked" at Daniel, and her obsidian black eyes suddenly emitted a faint glow.
Almost at the sa ti, a completely different scene appeared before Daniel’s eyes.
At that mont, Daniel found himself standing on scorched earth, surrounded by countless illusory entities.
Near him, nurous God Rank Skills seed to have been frozen in place, scattered across the ground. So of them were skills Daniel had never seen before.
Clearly, these were abilities he would acquire in the future.
No matter how Daniel analyzed it, he soon realized one thing—what he was witnessing now was a scene from the future!
And then, it dawned on him where he was!
Wasn’t this the Land of Origin?
But it was different. The terrain here was exactly like the Land of Origin from thousands of years ago, unlike the one Daniel was familiar with.
Above him, the clash of laws and domains tore open countless rifts in the sky!
Milla was battling a Fake God rank being, and at this mont, she had already reached the Fake God rank herself!
As powerful forces collided, Daniel felt another familiar presence.
Charles—the man who had always been the troublemaker—was also participating in the battle! Though to be more precise, he seed to be receiving a beating, considering the massive opponent he was facing. The figure before him was not only huge but also had fists that could crush mountains!
Further away, countless stellar lights fell, and Alice, holding a longbow, was filled with despair.
What Daniel hadn’t expected was that Alice had also reached Fake God rank at this point!
At her side, Charlotte had summoned a massive army of abyss creatures. Each of them radiated a terrifying aura.
And in front of Charlotte, a giant, flesh-eating worm composed of a mass of at appeared, devouring the abyssal creatures. Even more terrifying, this colossal worm had reached the Fake God rank!
The battle in the sky was equally intense, with Dark Star Jarvan seeming to abandon all reason. His gigantic form was cracked open, yet he still pressed forward, determined to fight another formidable being!
Nurous human awakener warriors participated in the fight, many of whom had reached Demigod level!
However, many of them were instantly killed in battle. Strangely, they didn’t seem to revive upon death.
The intensity of the battle was beyond what Daniel had ever witnessed. It surpassed even the horror of the Thousand-Year Apocalypse.
Daniel couldn’t help but feel that what he was seeing was the end of the world.
At that mont, he seed to be guided by so unseen force, and instinctively, he turned his gaze toward the far-off horizon.
After his vision passed through nurous falling stars, Daniel’s eyes finally focused on a massive, powerful being standing far in the distance. It radiated a seven-colored aura, unmistakably marking it as an extraordinarily powerful entity.
Its opponent, however, seed to be hidden within the chaos.
They were fighting—brutal, bloody, and savage.
Although Daniel couldn’t see the actual bloodshed in this vision, he couldn’t shake the feeling that it was there, lurking in the chaos.
Daniel tried to focus, hoping to get a clearer picture of these mighty beings.
But even with Psychic Perception, Daniel was unable to discern their true forms.
Instead, an overwhelming sense of dizziness washed over him. This was a sensation he had never felt before.
Once he regained his composure, Daniel looked back at the sky.
The powerful being was now under attack, and the aura around it was being torn apart!
With each shattered aura, enormous quantities of energy derived from God Rank Skills rained down from the sky, scattering onto the ground.
Daniel’s heart began to race as he put the pieces together.
"Kartora, you must tell —what I’m seeing right now, is it the future that has already happened, or the future that you’ve seen?" he demanded.
Hearing Daniel’s question, Kartora sighed deeply.
"If you really step into Backworld, this is the future that will happen."
"So, has it already happened?" Daniel frowned, but Puppet Kartora nodded before shaking her head.
"To you, it hasn’t happened yet."
At that mont, Daniel began to sense sothing crucial. The Puppet Kartora before him didn’t belong to this tiline.
Her existence seed more like a puppet or projection controlled by soone.
And the one controlling her was likely another Kartora from a different tiline.
But for now, these were just speculations—nothing could be proven, and there was no solid evidence.
After a brief silence, Daniel spoke again:
"Kartora, I need you to tell —what level of power do you currently possess? Is it Demigod rank, or God level?"
