Daniel followed closely behind Milla as she led him toward one new destination after another.
At the sa ti, his avatars were not idle either, continuing their exploration through Flashback to extend the progress he had made earlier.
Although ti itself had been reset by the Ti Stream, Daniel’s exploration did not suffer the slightest setback.
anwhile, his true body was still located deep within the stormy sea, exploring the underwater cavern system.
Daniel’s thinking was simple—he never intended to finish exploring the entire world in the re span of two hours.
What he did want, however, was to uncover as many treasure-filled locations as possible.
Because with Ti Stream available to him, Daniel could repeat the process endlessly until his goals were achieved.
If he failed to finish or ran out of ti, he would simply use Ti Stream again.
...
Milla was still repeating the chanical action of opening portal after portal.
As they passed through different regions, Milla suddenly froze for a mont.
Right in front of her eyes, another Daniel walked past.
She rubbed her eyes instinctively, then turned her gaze toward the Daniel standing by her side, blurting out in confusion.
"Lord Daniel, this is..."
Her mind was now filled with countless question marks.
She no longer understood what was happening at all.
Wasn’t she supposed to be guiding Daniel forward herself?
Then why had Daniel appeared in the very place they were about to reach?
And why did his avatar seem to move faster than the real body?
No, that wasn’t it—the avatars and the true body of Lord Daniel were identical.
So who was the true one? Which was the avatar, and which was the original?
Or perhaps, the true Daniel had never appeared in person at all.
As this terrifying thought occurred to her, Milla’s body shivered slightly without her realizing it.
Lord Daniel’s strength was truly unfathomable.
She had never considered the question of his avatars before, but now it seed those avatars might be far more powerful than she had imagined.
A flood of thoughts rushed through Milla’s mind at once.
Yet she did not know that every flicker of her inner thoughts was clearly perceived by Daniel at her side.
"Don’t concern yourself with that. Keep moving forward."
Daniel’s voice was calm, as if he had ntioned nothing more significant than the weather.
And the avatar that had appeared just now quickly vanished without a trace.
Milla wore a stunned expression on her face.
At that mont, she seriously suspected Daniel possessed so ability to travel freely through space, and perhaps had never needed her assistance in the first place.
Of course, she buried these doubts in her heart, without speaking them aloud.
She continued to open portal after portal, guiding them to the destinations Daniel described.
This operation was proceeding far more smoothly than she had expected.
...
[Blood-colored Snowfield]
According to the intelligence he had acquired earlier, Daniel carved his way into the depths of a glacier and eventually located the snowfield’s core.
But Daniel chose not to collect it, for there was no real point at this stage.
This was only his second cycle of Ti Stream.
According to his plan, the number of repetitions still fell far short of what he required.
Thus, even if he obtained the snowfield core now, it would hold no real value.
...
Ti passed quickly, and another two hours slipped away.
Milla halted, glanced toward the sky, and spoke softly.
"Lord Daniel, it’s ti we return."
Daniel did not answer imdiately.
Instead, he was ntally reviewing the route of this journey and the rewards he had gained.
The snowfield core from the Blood-colored Snowfield, the crystal island, and...
These materials could now be harvested.
But the deep-sea caverns still demanded further exploration.
The Dark Strand had only just been reached, and would also require ti to investigate.
At the sa mont, one of Daniel’s avatars had already arrived in the Desert of Ti.
There, he was imdiately drawn to a strangely familiar portal.
This was... the Gate of the Past.
It was exactly the sa as the one Daniel had once seen in Dark Star Jarvan’s domain.
But for now, it was best to keep his distance.
Daniel had no desire to approach such a gate prematurely.
After all, the Moon Goddess Luna was his assurance of safety.
So long as he had not encountered her, it ant his future self still lived, and therefore his present self could not die.
This was essentially exploiting determinism itself, taking advantage of fate to guarantee his survival.
As long as he avoided seeing the Moon Goddess Luna, Daniel’s life was in no real danger.
After reflecting briefly on his current experiences, Daniel decisively used Flashback.
anwhile, on the other side, Milla once again repeated the familiar words she always used at the end of their journeys.
But this ti, her face carried a flicker of doubt.
Wait—why did it feel as though she had already said these very sa words before?
Could Lord Daniel possess so kind of power related to ti itself?
Though she had no real evidence, she voiced the thought instinctively, guided by her intuition.
And indeed, as the devotee of the Luck Goddess, her intuition was often unreasonably sharp.
Daniel, however, was considering matters on a much deeper level.
If even a demigod like Milla could faintly sense anomalies in ti, then how could true gods possibly fail to notice?
Still, such concerns passed through his mind only briefly.
His face remained serene, with a faint smile.
Then Daniel began naming entirely new locations once again.
Yet when Milla heard these place nas, she frowned unconsciously.
Many of them were completely unknown even to her.
...
Deep Sea Plateau.
Daniel’s figure appeared in this unique place.
It was a vast plateau lying at the bottom of the sea, yet the water pressure here was astonishingly low.
Because of this strange condition, so awakeners had nad it the Deep Sea Plateau.
Daniel’s reason for coming here was simple.
The Deep Sea Plateau was ho to a rare and unique snow lotus.
This snow lotus was nothing like the common flower-shaped variety.
Its form resembled sothing closer to a shimring jelly.
The strange shape was also the result of the unusual pressure environnt here.
Obtaining such a lotus was by no ans easy.
This was because countless powerful silver-rank monsters lurked around the snow lotus.
Of course, to Daniel, those silver-rank monsters were nothing less than valuable resources.
When the ti ca for him to construct his training ground, he would rely on them heavily.
Thus, as he fought, he unleashed teor Arrow Rain, wiping out the silver-rank monsters in great numbers.
At the sa ti, he diligently gathered their souls.
After annihilating every one of the surrounding creatures, Daniel finally stood before the snow lotus.
