Over here, Chu Xiaoqiao and the others are handling their affairs, while Qin Xue, who returned home earlier, is preparing some food to bring to Ji Yan and his sister later on.

Xue Ling didn’t say it won’t teach them anymore. To it, Yu Chen is Qin Xue’s son, its little master, and it won’t abandon its master.
It’s just going to stick to its own ways, potentially stricter, because there’s truth in strict teachers producing diligent students.
"Understood, Master, let’s begin." Of course, Yu Chen knows he doesn’t learn as well as his brother, but he isn’t too bad either. With Xue Ling urging him to work harder, he can only agree, not daring to disagree.
