Dorian folded his arms while seated on the bed.

’Hmm, the cost to upgrade summons is significantly less than any other upgrades. I am starting to think it might not be a bad idea to invest more in my summonings. Then again, the more I have, the more mana I need to maintain their physical form.’

While thinking, sothing suddenly caught his eye.

The bat had taken a rather bizarre change in physicality.

Its body was glowing, and the magic threads that had ford a cocoon around it were growing even larger in size, almost as big as the entire bed.

’What is happening?’

’Well, what do you know, this summon might actually surprise ,’ he said with a mischievous grin.

When he upgraded Diggy to a Tier V summon, the entire process took only a second before Diggy was out of the cocoon in a new form. Even then, the cocoon was much smaller and definitely not this big.

’I can’t wait to see what cos tomorrow.’

Making up his mind, Dorian decided it was best if he fell asleep after he was done drawing the blueprint he would need for the following day.

The next day finally ca.

Before Dorian could fully open his eyes, he was already hearing voices in his room.

"Uhn? Is this so kind of joke? Who are you, and what are you doing in my brother’s room?" a female voice echoed.

’Yelena?’

"Tee-hah~ are you a human? No, wait, are you my lord’s servant like ?"

Shortly after, a second female voice was heard, expressing even more excitent.

’I wonder who has the second voice? I don’t think I have heard it before.’

Then it hit him.

"I am warning you, if you’re so kind of assassin, I—"

Yelena clenched her fist, flas surging out from her fist in a line and circling her body.

Before she could finish her words, Dorian sat upright, his gaze darkened as he stared at her for a good second.

Shocked, Yelena took one step back, dispelling her mana in the process.

"Brother, you’re awake!" she voiced out, her eyes widened in shock.

"How could I not be? You were practically urging to with the noise you had going on." Dorian’s expression was calm, his gaze montarily drifting to her fist, where he was sure he saw flas surging out of.

His suspicion was further proven when Yelena suddenly hid her hand behind her back.

Narrowing his gaze, he uttered,

"Since when can you use magic?"

Yelena had already begun sweating bullets as she averted her eyes.

"W-hat are you talking about, big brother? I—"

"My mories are a bit fuzzy, but I was certain the only reason you haven’t attended the royal magic academy is because you were still a novice rank. So how can you use magic?"

In due ti, Yelena ca to terms with the fact she had been caught.

There was silence for a while, Dorian’s eyes solely fixed on her.

Though he barely rembered, there was a ti when she attended college and was set to be admitted into the Royal Magic Academy.

People who were there were only people who had the talent to use magic, mages of the amateur rank and upward.

Yelena was supposed to have been admitted, but then all of a sudden, she refused to go and beca a closed-in introvert, never leaving the mansion. At the sa ti, she claid she was incapable of leaving the novice rank like him.

With her gaze lowered, gripping the side of her arm, she replied,

"I can use magic."

"Yeah, no shit, I saw," Dorian remarked. "My question is why did you lie about it? You can’t hate the magic academy that much; anyone would die to go there."

"Well, I don’t!" Yelena suddenly yelled, "I don’t want to be there if you’re not there as well."

Dorian squinched his face in confusion.

’What the hell is with this girl lately? What do I have to do with this?’

Just as he was going to say a word, the different voice he had heard earlier echoed again.

"Master! It is an honor to see you wake up well. Please, allow to be of use to you if this woman is your enemy."

"Master?" Yelena suddenly threw Dorian a disgusted look.

Panicking, Dorian quickly turned his gaze to the voice.

And that was when he saw her.

She was kneeling close to the bed, dressed in a black leather outfit that left space for her massive cleavage to be exposed, along with a red gem at the center.

Her wine-colored hair covered one of her eyes, leaving the other exposed for Dorian to see her red, pearly eyes and perfectly lengthened lashes.

Her leather thigh highs connected to her black heels, leaving black leather strings tightened around her legs as if threatening to sink into her flesh.

What drew his attention even more were the two black bat-like wings adorned on her back.

She was indeed beautiful.

So much so, it left Dorian in shock for a few monts, until the system notification snapped him out of it.

"Lili..." Dorian called out softly, still surprised that it was her.

In response to hearing her na, she raised her head hastily, her gaze glowing with adoration.

"Yes, Master, Lili!" Her cheeks turned red. "Hearing you call by the na you gifted is truly an honor. I don’t deserve such; I should kill myself right now!"

Dorian initially believed she was making a joke, but then he noticed her pointing her long red nails at her neck.

"Oi! Are you stupid?! Don’t waste my points!"

"But Master—"

"Ahhh!"

Yelena scread right after, grabbing Dorian by the neck and swinging him back and forth.

"My brother is a womanizer! I knew it! He even got a woman to roleplay as his bat slave, where did I go wrong?!"

"Master, this woman—shall I end her?"

"Uhn?! Are you talking about ?!"

"Master, please give the go-ahead to end her."

"Brother, are you going to watch her threaten your cute sister~? Uhn?!"

Dorian, already lost in the chaos, rely awaited his savior, Maria.

"I don’t have the strength for this."

He glanced at Yelana, who was still yanking him back and forth in rage.

’She can use mana... I see.’

[A/N: The character art for Lili has been made, though I am still contemplating whether to put her alongside the main leads. I guess we’ll see.

Oh and also, please take note that the mc and his sister were distant for so long due to a few things. This is one of the reason why he still finds it hard to draw into her issues comfortable, the sa can’t be said for her since she has been stalking. maybe that is a spoiler.]
