——Ming Han looks like her dad’s illegitimate child.

If she rembers correctly, the twins got into a fight with a girl from the Han Family in kindergarten because the girl said Ming Wei and Ming Han didn’t look like twins, but she and Ming Han did.

To be fair, the girl from the Han Family does slightly resemble their Ming Han around the eyebrows, and Ming Wei’s features don’t really show much resemblance to her twin brother Ming Han.

But Ming Wei looks a lot like her biological mother.

As thoughts swirled, Kang Li abruptly stopped herself, thinking the more she dwelled on it, the more ridiculous it beca; if she continued, soone would truly beco a victim of a miscarriage of justice.

And if such an embarrassnt and dignity-shattering matter turned out to be true, how would he react?

"You should also wash your face."

Sending Ming Han and Ming Wei away, Kang Li secretly observed Luo Yanqing, but after a while, she didn’t notice anything unusual.

"What’s up?"

Detecting her gaze, Luo Yanqing looked puzzled.

Caught, Kang Li feigned calmness and shook her head, "Nothing, I’ll go to the kitchen to serve the food."

Luo Yanqing got up from the sofa and followed behind Kang Li, "Do you have sothing to say to ?"

"No."

Such a matter didn’t lend itself to asking; if the twins’ paternity was indeed questionable, and the man was aware, it would be his private matter, and it would be reasonable for him not to wish to discuss it with her, after all, it would be too embarrassing.

As a wife, she respects him!

Conversely, she doesn’t need to say anything either, to prevent unnecessary troubles and avoid hurting Ming Han and Ming Wei.

Though initially she was their stepmother, raising the two children, over the years, including Min Rui, all three siblings have been treated as her own children, not stepchildren.

Given this, no matter their backgrounds, the children she has raised can only be hers!

Kang Li believes Luo Yanqing probably thinks the sa.

Even if the twins’ origins are uncertain, children raised for over a decade couldn’t possibly have their familial ties erased just because they’re not biologically related.

"Mom, I don’t want to change schools."

Sitting down on the dining chair, Ming Wei picked up the chopsticks and said, "If my brother and I transfer, our classmates might think we’re embarrassed." Yes, she knows that she and her brother aren’t their father’s biological children, but her father has said they will always bear the Luo surna, always be his kids; yet being called an illegitimate child by classmates does make her a bit uneasy, so considering this, not transferring seems better.

Ming Han: "Mom, I don’t want to transfer either."

"..." Kang Li quietly watched the siblings, and after a mont, she asked, "Are you sure?"

"Mm."

Ming Han and Ming Wei nodded simultaneously, each expressing seriousness.

"Professor Luo, what do you think?"

Kang Li’s gaze turned to Luo Yanqing.

"Let them decide."

Luo Yanqing’s expression was indifferent: "Regarding any rumor, as long as you don’t give it a thought, it can’t touch you, do you understand?"

"Mm."

Ming Wei nodded.

Ming Han also nodded: "Dad, you’re right, as long as I don’t care, no amount of rumors will matter."

"Good to know." Luo Yanqing nodded, then turned his gaze to Kang Li: "If one’s self-confidence isn’t strong enough, no matter where one changes schools to, if others intend to spread rumors, they will find a way to do so, just like this ti, Han Qian certainly put in quite a bit of effort."

Ming Wei: "Dad, tell us in detail."

Luo Yanqing saw Kang Li and Ming Han both looking at him, and couldn’t help but recount what Teacher Yang had told him. After listening, Kang Li’s expression was complex: "She really did put in quite a bit of effort, what was the point? Hanhan and Vivi bear the Luo surna, and didn’t want to fight with the Han Family for anything, let alone repeatedly target our children?!"

"She’s got issues!" Ming Wei looked displeased: "My brother and I have no connection with that Lady Feng at all. Why would we want to cling to soone else’s family? She certainly has a lot on her mind, worrying we’ll fight for her father’s things—truly judging others by her own standards!"

"Wang Xiaoju is a big mouth."

This was Ming Han’s voice.

"Li Kexin and Miss Wang were the sa, notorious for gossiping in the class during elentary school; even a needle-sized issue could be turned into a widely spread rumor by them."

Ming Wei snorted: "ng Qi too, always loves to parrot others."

"Alright then, enjoy your al. Since your dad got you a day off from your horoom teacher, spend the afternoon relaxing at ho, and go to school in the morning."

Kang Li picked up the serving chopsticks and put a couple of chicken pieces in Ming Han and Ming Wei’s bowls, then added so dishes and chicken pieces to Luo Yanqing’s bowl. Seeing this, Luo Yanqing said: "They’re grown up and not without hands, you eat, don’t worry about them."
