Entering November, the days were getting colder one by one, and this was the first snow of the year.
Now Luo Qiao would first finish her classes at the business school before returning to the lab, yet like the other senior students, she didn’t fall behind in her experints. Professor Wilson said in Chinese, ’She was born to do this job.’
Once she started experinting, she would forget about sleep and als. That day, when she left the lab, it was already past one in the morning. Emma and Steven insisted on taking her ho because they were concerned.
It was only when the three of them got to the main entrance of the laboratory building did they realize how heavily it had snowed. Luo Qiao, knowing that both of them lived quite far away, insisted on taking a taxi back by herself.

As Luo Qiao walked out, she saw a car ahead with its lights on.

Just then, the car switched to high beams, then back to low beams. Luo Qiao looked back and saw Wei Jun getting out of the car.

"How long have you been waiting here?"

"Where did this car co from?"
"This is a new car added by the Yipin Overseas Company. I drove it back from New York today."
