Chapter 504: 401 Ye Cheng Died?_3

“Right, she’s just a calamity.”

No matter what anyone said, Xiaofeng just sat on the ground, embracing Ye Cheng’s body and kissing him. Overall, the scene was sowhat eye-searing and extrely mismatched, making it unbearable to watch.

“The ambulance is here.”

“After that kind of explosion, how could he possibly survive.”

“Ah, what a pity.”

“Heaven envies the talented.”

In the hospital, the attending doctor was very apologetic, “I’m sorry, we’ve done everything we could. Please accept our condolences.”

The attending doctor was half-bowed, with his head hanging down.

Upon hearing the doctor’s words, she fainted on the spot.

When the Pri Minister heard the news, his rigid and straight body almost couldn’t stand upright.

“Miss, Miss.” Xiao’ou burst into Xu Xuezi’s room, flustered. Inside, Xu Xuezi had just finished smoking a cigarette. Seeing her co in, she was displeased, “What’s all this panic about? What happened outside?”

If she wasn’t mistaken, it should be that Su Xiaofeng was dead.

She actually disapproved of n Chao’s thods. In her opinion, there was only one way to deal with those she didn’t like: eliminate them.

As long as she was willing to pay, there were plenty of people outside who would be willing to do her bidding.

“There’s been a big incident.” Xiao’ou was terrified, “I just heard the news. They said that Young Master Gu died in an explosion while trying to save Su Xiaofeng.”

Xu Xuezi stood up, equally shocked, “What? Who did you say is dead?”

“Young Master Gu.” Xiao’ou hurriedly turned on the TV, “It’s Young Master Gu, for sure there must be a report on TV. Take a look.”

The TV was broadcasting a current affairs news report about an explosion that had occurred in the snack street, with reports of soone being blown to bits.

The news didn’t directly state that the one who died was the young master of the Gu family.

Of course, who was the young master of the Gu family, how could his death be easily reported?

But the image of Su Xiaofeng sitting in place, holding the clothes of Gu Yecheng’s body, was enlarged by the reporters.

Xu Xuezi, seeing Su Xiaofeng’s as-if-dead figure, was infuriated to the point of kicking the television, “This troublemaker, I wanted to blast her, not him!”

Xiao’ou looked at her missus, astounded, “Miss, are you saying you planned this incident?”

She had no idea when her miss had planned this, and she had been clueless.

Realizing her slip of the tongue, Xu Xuezi scoffed, “I just intended to deal with Su Xiaofeng. Who could have imagined Gu Yecheng being so sentintal, risking his life for her sake and disregarding his own. He deserved it.”

“Xiao’ou.” Xu Xuezi warned her as sothing ca to her mind, “You’ve been by my side for quite a while now. You should be clear about what can be said and what can’t, right?”

Xiao’ou imdiately knelt on the ground, “Miss, I won’t say anything out of turn. I didn’t hear a thing just now.”

The person who died wasn’t Su Xiaofeng, it was Young Master Gu.

This matter had nothing to do with her, Xu Xuezi, and it had nothing to do with the Xu family either, not even a single di’s worth.

Xu Xuezi wanted to say more, but the door was pushed open abruptly. n Chao stood in the doorway with a cold expression, his face chillingly peering at Xu Xuezi, “Why would you do sothing like this?”

“n Chao, are you interrogating ? In what tone are you questioning ?” Xu Xuezi lifted her head, her face full of arrogance, “Whatever I want to do, no one can stop , including you.”

“If you insist on being willful, that’s your own business,” n Chao looked at her coolly, “You better make sure that this matter doesn’t involve the Xu Family, otherwise, given your grandfather’s personality, he would certainly be prepared to sever ties with you.”

“Don’t scare ,” Xu Xuezi, who had just been shocked by the death of Gu Yecheng, now felt nothing but relief upon hearing n Chao’s words, “Whether it’s Su Xiaofeng or Gu Yecheng who died, what has it got to do with ?”

“It better not be related,” n Chao turned and left.

“n Chao, you stand right there!” Xu Xuezi stood up angrily in front of him, “What did you an just now, questioning , aren’t you? Don’t forget, you and I are husband and wife, we are one. If sothing happens to , you won’t be okay either.”

“It’s precisely because you are my wife that I ca to ask. If you weren’t my wife, I wouldn’t even bother asking,” he wouldn’t ask, but deal with it directly.

“Yecheng, Yecheng,” Yan Juni cried breathlessly, and when she saw Xiaofeng, she raised her hand to slap her.

Chu Qing stepped in to hold her back, “Juni, if you want to hit soone, hit . None of us wanted this to happen, and Xiaofeng surely wouldn’t have wished for it either.”

Juni glanced at Chu Qing, then at Su Xiaofeng, “She’s no longer a daughter-in-law of the Gu Family, I don’t want to see her anymore, let her leave, let her go.”

Her son, he was just gone, gone.

The Pri Minister looked at his distraught wife and said to Quan Sifang, “This matter has hit her too hard, it’s better you take Xiaofeng away for now.”

Quan Sifang nodded, “Xiaofeng, the child, has been silent since the incident, not saying a word, I’m quite worried too.”

Chu Qing held Xiaofeng’s hand, softly persuading, “Xiaofeng, let’s go ho with mom, okay? We all know that Yecheng loved you, and you also loved him. This tragedy is surely unbearable for you, co back ho with us, or even crying it out is fine.”

But Xiaofeng turned and walked outside.

“Xiaofeng, where are you going?” Seeing her like this, Chu Qing was very worried.

“Let her go,” said the elder Gu with a hoarse voice, “Let her go, I’ll take responsibility for whatever happens.”

Everyone was startled, and by the ti they turned back, Xiaofeng had already left the Gu Family’s house and driven away.

“Ye Fei, take people and follow her,” the old man’s face showed fatigue, yet his voice retained its authoritative tone, “She is the person whom Yecheng protected with his life, from now on, you must protect her as you would protect Yecheng.”

Ye Fei nodded, taking his people to follow.

Yan Juni could not accept the old man’s words, “Dad, I disagree, what do you an by this? Yecheng died because of her, and yet you still want to protect her?”

“Daughter-in-law,” the elder Gu sighed lightly, “She is the person whom Yecheng protected with his life, do you truly want to force her out of the Gu Family? If Yecheng knew of our actions, what would he think?”

“But dad, Yecheng died because of her, seeing her reminds of Yecheng’s death, I can’t accept it, nor can I bear it,” Yan Juni was sowhat hysterical, if she had known it would co to this, she should have stood her ground to the end.

If Su Xiaofeng and Yecheng had not been together, then Yecheng wouldn’t have perished.

“Daughter-in-law, don’t you understand? This isn’t about Xiaofeng, soone has been scheming all along,” the Pri Minister of course understood his daughter-in-law’s feelings, “Right now, the priority is to find out who the mastermind is.”

“Yes, these incidents were all aid at Xiaofeng, but in reality, they were all aid at Yecheng,” Quan Sifang continued.

“Whoever it is, they took my son’s life, and I won’t let them off,” Yan Juni certainly understood the situation, but she just couldn’t hold back.

Every thought of Yecheng giving his life to save Xiaofeng caused her great agony.

Yecheng was too foolish, truly too foolish.

How could he be so foolish.
