Lin stared at him as though processing several problems at once. "I am not your son."
"Temporary situation," Zhong Sihan waved off. "Soon-to-be permanent. It’s destiny."
Shui resisted the urge to twitch her brows. "...Please stop talking like that in public."
Zhong Sihan ignored the plea entirely. "Go on, then. Go sit on the swing. And if soone dares to cut the queue in front of my future son, I will drag their ancestors out of their graves."
Shui breathed out. "That is extrely violent."
"That is extrely love."
She was dumbfounded. Love wasn’t the kind of word she expected to co out of Zhong Sihan’s lips ever.
"What? I can talk about mushy stuff too. Which reminds that I haven’t accepted you two."
Lin said, "We are not dating."
"So you just ca to play here with the children?"
"It’s our day off."
"Which you could have spent separately rather than together."
"What’s your point?"
"That I don’t accept you two."
"I am not asking for your permission."
"As my future son, you have to show so respect."
"You shouldn’t be intruding in our private ti either."
"So you do admit it’s a date?" He sneered.
"Why are you here?"
"I was bored. I want to spend ti with my son."
"Actually, it felt like you were lonely," Ruyi said.
Zhong Sihan slowly turned toward her. "I think my gofer should buy another dessert."
"It’s like you are repeating history like the pizza party."
"And do we have a problem?"
"If we have to call for an ambulance, then yes. And we need to leave. We shouldn’t disturb them."
"If I buy this whole park, then I can disturb them all I want. Besides, he knows that I am not the only one," he smiled.
Shui looked at the two. "What do you an?"
He sneered. "Hey, don’t bla this old man. You have so nosy family mbers too. Lin knows it."
Lin said nothing at first. Then he pointed at the bushes. "Your sister-in-law is spying on us with Sir Liu and Alix."
"What?" Her eyes widened. "Where?"
She hastily rushed to the direction he pointed at and imdiately felt a disturbance. Suddenly, three masked figures jumped out.
The one at the center laughed. "Hohoho, you are beautiful miss. Do you want a balloon?"
"..."
"...Sis Nuo."
"Who?"
"You."
"I don’t know who you are talking about hohoho. But this Nuo you are talking about seems like a wonderful person~"
The masked man on her left visibly shifted.
"Jin..."
"Who Jin? He is my nephew, hohoho! He is mute. It’s quite a tragic story."
"..."
Then she smiled. "And the one on your right?"
"Deaf."
Her jaw dropped.
She didn’t even stutter! You are just making people invalid left, right and center!
"Sis, please take off your mask. I know it’s you."
"Actually, it’s that man who pointed at us. It’s quite rude, you know?"
Lin’s finger was still raised, perfectly straight as the three masked troublemakers stared back at him like deer caught in headlights.
Shui looked between them, her lips pressed thin. "You three followed us here... why?"
Nuo put both hands on her hips. "We were NOT following you. That’s quite an insulting accusation."
The "mute" nephew quietly nodded with grave seriousness. By that ti, Lin and Zhong Sihan were also there.
Lin blinked at them. "You are wearing disguises."
"So do many superheroes," Nuo defended.
"Are you superheroes?"
The mute nephew nodded again.
Shui rubbed her temples. "Please take off the mask before I scream."
No response.
"I am serious about the screaming part."
So Nuo ca out first, sighing as she freed her hair from inside. Jin followed. Alix dramatically removed hers at the last like she was in a spy movie.
"What...are you all doing here?"
Zhong Sihan sneered. "Like what I am doing."
"What?" Nuo shrugged. "I wanted to play at the park today!"
"Without your husband and child?"
"See Shui, I love Siying and Muyang, but I also get so personal wishes from ti to ti."
Jin’s brow twitched.
"Where is Cai?" Lin asked. "I know he is here too."
Cai revealed himself from the other side of the bushes, sheepishly grinning at him. "W-What a coincidence, Bro..."
"Is it now?"
Ruyi quickly behind Zhong Sihan, completely taken aback to see Cai here too.
"What...what is happening here!" Shui was speechless.
Jin pursed his lips. "Sis, I told you we should have left them alone."
Nuo’s eyes narrowed. "Are you going against now?"
"...I was just sharing the lack of insight in doing sothing so stupid. And you roped Alix and in it too."
"But do you see Alix complaining?"
She yawned lazily. "I am there wherever fun is."
"D-Don’t talk like the twins please. You will give a heart attack," he patted his sweaty forehead.
Jin watched Shui’s expression growing darker and darker and sighed. "We are really sorry. Sis was insisting that you are..." he cleared his throat, "that you probably have soone you...like?"
Her lips parted and closed. "That...I-I an why..."
"Well, you were asking about crushes and all so I got suspicious," Nuo pouted. "And then I saw your expression change when you got so text so I had to investigate!"
"How did you find us?" Lin asked, tilting his head.
Alix raised her hand casually. "Your location."
Shui’s jaw dropped. "You TRACKED ?"
"Only because I was worried if it was so dangerous stalker!" Nuo nodded quite sincerely.
Zhong Sihan scratched his ear, bored. "Wow. The excuses are becoming more and more ridiculous. If it was so dangerous stalker, then why is Lin’s brother here? You three were enough to worry about her."
Cai looked away.
Lin stared. "You told them about the amusent park."
"Be-Because I wanted to see the girl. I an, you never take a day off and you were specifically getting ready to look good and handso. You have never done that before, so I just wanted to see the woman from afar. Bro, you are very innocent. What if that woman was dangerous? What if you got fooled by a serial killer?"
