Having no clue what I should do first, I turned my brain off and charged.

I set only one arm on fire as I rushed forward. Holding out the other hand, I casted another spell.
"|Enchant Lightning|!" [Solace]
Purple lightning wrapped itself around my left arm, causing my hairs to stand on end.
"Gn... Nu..." [Stone Giant]
It sounded like a voice ca from the giant, which wasn't surprising since it was a living thing.
"Translation: Leave. Here." [Spirit Guide]
The stone giant raised its massive arm, slinging it forward in an attempt to hit .
("It's slow!") [Solace]
I sidestepped the punch as it struck the ground. What I didn't expect was the shrapnel from the ground after being struck.
"|Reinforce|!" [Solace]
Reacting before little bits of rock hit , I managed to buff myself.
"Ow ow ow!" [Solace]
Dust accumulated before , covering my vision.
"|Wind Edge|!" [Solace]
I thought it was a good idea to clear up the dust with a wind move, but I made a mistake. The mont my spell was launched, the smoke made way for the giant's fist to co through.
("Oh crap!") [Solace]
"|Earthen Shield|!" [Solace]
I pulled up a wall of earth to block the punch. Unfortunately, the giant's hand bulldozed straight through.
("God damn it.") [Solace]
I was forced to raise my arms to block it. This gave flashbacks to when Jukhan smashed through my |Earthen Shield| and broke my arms.
"Oof!" [Solace]
I felt the impact send shivers down my spine. I grit my teeth as I felt the giant keep pushing, so I attempted to keep my balance.
"Urgh!" [Solace]
I dug my feet into the ground and slid back as the ground gave way. Luckily, my body withstood the blow.

The punch had finally fully extended. Therefore, it was my turn.
"|Blazing Fist|!" [Solace]
Raising my right arm, the flas sticking to it burst forth as I returned a punch.

The attack didn't do much. It dug a bit into the giant's hand, but it slowly closed itself.
"The hell?! That's actually cheating!" [Solace]
That was the ti I rembered that the stone giant had the |Repair| skill.
("That's what it ant? This is so annoying!") [Solace]
I backed away to collect my thoughts, which was the incorrect move since the giant started to fire beams at again.
"Ayo?! Chill!" [Solace]
Almost tripping over myself, I sprinted off to the side.
("How can I deal with this?! There's gotta be a weakness!") [Solace]
"Response: A stone giant's weakness is the core. It is normally located underneath the foot." [Spirit Guide]
("Thank you!") [Solace]
That did make sense. The only part that I didn't really get was why it was under the foot.
("Okay. Now the question is, which foot is it?") [Solace]
Turning my brain off once again, I rushed at the giant.
"Co at !" [Solace]
It fired beams at repeatedly, but I nimbly evaded them. I say "nimbly", which is an overstatent since so of them kind of grazed .

Targeting the floor beneath the giant, I forced the ground to beco uneven so it'd lose its balance.
"Gn... Nu..." [Stone Giant]
"Translation: Leave. Here." [Spirit Guide]
I took a quick look underneath its foot as it was being lifted. The ti fra was small, but a glimpse was enough.
("Not the right one... Left it is!") [Solace]

Lifting it up on the other side, the giant tripped.
"Uh oh." [Solace]
The fall of the giant caused the floor to shake and dust to billow. However, it was a stroke of luck since a red crystal was revealed beneath the giant's left foot.
("Bingo!") [Solace]
Feeling a rush of adrenaline, I wasted no ti attacking it.
"|Explosion Arts|!" [Solace]
My body followed a certain rhythm. Movents ca into my mind as my body placed my hands together into a single strike against the crystal.
"Gn... Nu...!" [Stone Giant]
It let out a cry when a spark was lit, causing a giant explosion to shatter the crystal. Needless to say, I was caught up in it as well.
"WOAAHH!!" [Solace]
I found myself soaring through the air, spinning until I hit the ground.
"Urgh!" [Solace]

I'm gonna skip that part since that went on for a while.

My body hurt all over.

I slowly picked myself up. I found tons of dust covering , but I was fine overall.
"Ugh..." [Solace]
I tried shrugging off the aching pain. Sadly, it doesn't go away so easily.
("Well. That's fine. Now, I can finally move onto the mine.") [Solace]
I dragged myself over to the opening for the mine, only to find that the giant's corpse now covered it.
"Bruh." [Solace]
I couldn't help sighing at such a sight.
("This is gonna take a while to clean up isn't it?") [Solace]
