All eyes were wide open as they observed the mother and daughter before them. There were no tears of pain as seen on television, no embrace, not even a few words of greeting—this manner of conversation between mother and daughter was quite unexpected. Even Zhuge Feng was shocked as he watched them.
He could not take a single step towards Lin ngjie, yet the girl had managed several steps and could converse so calmly with ngjie.
"Good, very good," Lin ngjie nodded, adding a hint of warmth to her icy facade. The glow that had seemingly faded from around her flared up once again.
"I am the Guardian of this domain, and you are the one who woke ," her voice was as cold as ever, carrying with it an innate sense of superiority.
"I woke my mommy, Lin ngjie, not the Guardian of this domain," Shangguan You raised an eyebrow and spoke indifferently, eying the resplendent Lin ngjie before her. What’s so great about five-colored radiance? I have it too, and mine is even a six-colored radiance!
Lin ngjie’s body shifted slightly, and a beam of light surged towards Shangguan You.
"ngjie, You is your biological daughter, how can you raise your hand against her?" Zhuge Feng exclaid in shock, clearly sensing the power within that beam of light.
"Grandpa, Daddy, Uncle, Aunt, Brother Qing, Uncle Feng, I’m okay, don’t worry," Shangguan You quickly retreated several steps, sidestepping the light beam.
"Do you want to do this here, or outside?" Lin ngjie’s cold voice rose again, and she retracted the beam of light she had unleashed earlier.
"Follow ," Shangguan You pushed down the shock in her heart, her figure flashed, and using Teleportation, she vanished from the room.
"Impressive, you’ve got so skills," Lin ngjie nodded subtly. Everyone saw a flash of multicolored light, and then Lin ngjie, along with the Crystal Coffin in the room, disappeared without a trace.
As soon as Lin ngjie’s figure disappeared, the oppressive pressure that weighed on everyone lifted rapidly, leaving them all collapsing weakly to the ground.
"All of you stay here, I’ll go take a look," Zhuge Feng spoke quickly.
"I’ll co with you. I cannot just watch as my wife and daughter fight each other," Shangguan Hao quickly said. Although he did not understand why Lin ngjie, upon waking, would aim her fist at her own daughter, he would not stand by and let such a thing happen. That was his daughter and his wife. He did not want to see either of them get hurt.
"Shangguan Hao, you’re a noteworthy figure in Beijing, but in the eyes of us Hidden Truth seekers, you’re just a bunch of weak humans. Those two, although one is your wife and the other your daughter, do you really think you have what it takes to stand shoulder to shoulder with them?"
Zhuge Feng’s words pierced Shangguan Hao’s heart like a knife. "One of them is the Guardian of the domain, the other has all of Hidden World Village beneath her heel. What ability do you think you have to help them? You can’t even defeat , let alone them. If you don’t want to be a hindrance, then just stay put here. Needing to protect you repeatedly would only distract them." Zhuge Feng spoke coldly. He waved his hands, causing Shangguan Hao to stagger back several steps involuntarily. Then, Zhuge Feng’s figure disappeared from the living room.
"Second Brother, harsh as Zhuge Feng’s words are, there’s truth in them. Our Shangguan Family is no longer what it used to be, and we have left Hidden World Village," Shangguan Yu patted Shangguan Hao’s shoulder, comforting him in a solemn voice. "If Second Brother follows them now, he’ll only cause trouble. Besides, no one knows Lin ngjie’s current attitude."
Since Lin ngjie sought out the girl, regardless of her initial reasons for approaching the Shangguan Family, in the end, the girl was still her own daughter, and she wouldn’t seriously harm her.
The Shangguan Family, together with Old Ancestor Qi and his grandson, and the Lin Family brothers, were all shrouded in gloom. Lin ngjie’s drastic change was montarily difficult for everyone to accept.

"Good, I too want to know, Mommy, whether the injuries on your body have healed after being in a coma for seventeen years?" Shangguan You nodded, her black attire billowing in the wind. Compared to Lin ngjie’s aura of sacred nobility, intimidating and oppressively heavy, Shangguan You appeared like a chilly, detached lotus, inviting people to their doom.
Several hundred ters away, two figures stood. They too watched from a distance as the outstanding mother and daughter faced each other in midair; the atmosphere they created made others instinctively keep their distance.
With a BANG, a burst of colorful light emanated from Lin ngjie once more, and both of them retreated three steps simultaneously.
"Show your true power," Lin ngjie commanded sharply, her figure turning into a mass of multicolored light, barreling toward Shangguan You with unstoppable force.
Shangguan You nodded; she knew that Lin ngjie would not go easy on her. If she couldn’t defeat her or et her expectations, escaping today would be out of the question, and perhaps even the Shangguan Family would be in trouble.
Shangguan You swept her hands through the air, and the already strong winds of the high altitude grew stronger with her gentle wave. The fierce winds whipped her cheeks, stinging sharply. Despite the pain, she felt a sense of familiarity—after gathering the Five Spirit Pearls, she’d received not only the power of light but also the power of wind. She could freely control any elents of the five phases, even employing them for her own use.
